Feb. 22 — Caller wants an officer for an ID check of the occupants of an SUV that were hiding behind the recycle bin next to the Water Department. The caller has not spoken with them, but thinks there might be two people. He also thinks they are trying to burglarize the trailer he was evicted from.

Suicidal subject: Caller is feeling suicidal and is alone. The door is unlocked, and there are no weapons. She was drinking earlier today, and is feeling shaky, but she has not harmed herself. She’s feeling body pain. She said, “if I could walk to the ocean, I would.”

Caller’s wife is saying someone is banging on the door. The caller is heading to the residence, and will be in a white Chevy Silverado. He said his wife has special needs. She doesn’t know who’s at the door, and might not answer it.

Feb. 23 — Medical emergency: A subject is suffering from fentanyl withdrawal. The call was transferred to Medix.

Welfare check: Someone shut off the electricity with the resident still inside. The caller is afraid that he will freeze. She doesn’t want him to know she called, because she feels like he is dangerous.

Feb. 24 — Caller said he has “some people” following him in a greyish vehicle, and it was “very spooky.” He is on the phone with his mom in the background. Dispatch said he stopped answering questions. It’s unknown if the subject is still in the brewery, as he put the phone down.

Theft: Caller was sold some nicotine vapes. They had old packaging from a year ago, and were stale. The person who sold them refused to take them back, and the caller is out $32. The caller is available by phone.

Feb. 25 — Caller smells gas at a rental, and it’s a strong smell. There are propane tanks outside, on the left side of the house.

Traffic hazard: Caller said there’s a large sinkhole in the road under the asphalt.

Feb. 26 — Threats: Caller’s co-worker was threatened by a male looking for services. When he was told he needed to leave, he pointed at her car and said, “Bye, I’ll see you later, and I’m going to rape you.”

Feb. 27 — Citizen assist: Caller wants to speak to an officer regarding a situation involving his daughter, who was receiving threats from a man while she was at work. The caller is available by phone.

Theft: Caller believes someone stole their wallet while at Ocean Beach Hospital for a blood draw. The hospital has a possible suspect, an overweight female subject with blonde hair, last seen wearing a black puffy coat and pale yellow pajamas. The wallet is a beaded coin purse with an orange crab on either side, mended with thread on either side.

A citizen at the Long Beach Police Station wants to talk to an officer about getting a gun permit.

Threats: Caller wanted to make a report about a neighbor making threats to them. The neighbor is white, has dark brown hair, and has been known to carry a knife. The caller is in the Community Room.

Medical emergency: A gentleman wrecked his bike, is bleeding on the side of the head and is laying in a ditch. The caller was driving when he saw the accident. The male subject is semi-conscious, but is breathing, and is possibly intoxicated. He did not respond normally, and told the caller to “f**k off.”

Violation of court order: Caller wanted to report a violation of a restraining order every day within the last week. The male subject has been showing up and is contacting the caller on the phone. The order was issued out of Pacific County, has been served, and has been in place for the last couple of months.

Feb. 28 — Suspicious person: A male subject is sitting on a log. He has a gray backpack and a tool bag, and the caller can see him taking out devices. He has long gray hair and a mustache, and is wearing blue jeans, white and black tennis shoes, a dark jacket, and a red T-shirt. He had a floppy camouflage hat on, but is no longer wearing it.

Sex offense: Caller requests to speak to an officer about multiple sexual assaults on children. This started in 2020. The sister is one suspect. She has been baiting kids on the phone.

Bribery: The caller and a male subject have a protection order. A truck was recently vandalized, and the subject tried to bribe his and the caller’s daughter with $100 to tell the cops that she knew the neighbor vandalized his truck a few days ago. He also continues to threaten the caller on speaker phone.

Pacific County Sheriff’s Office

Feb. 22 — Sex offense: Caller wanted to speak with a deputy regarding their niece and underage drinking and “inappropriate touching.” The caller isn’t sure of the exact address where it happened. The caller will be available for contact, but hung up before Dispatch could ask more questions.

Caller wanted a welfare check on a subject. They last made contact within the last few days. The subject has not been feeling well, and has a history of drug use. The caller is unsure if there are any weapons inside the house or if there are any vehicles outside.

Shoplifter: Caller wanted to talk to an officer about a theft that occurred on Feb. 19.

Property repossession: The subject has a history of violence, and the caller would like to have an officer on the scene. The caller, who is waiting in a blueish-gray Toyota Sienna, provided the address and the registered owner of the Dodge Ram truck.

Unattended death: Caller found a female subject a few minutes ago, and believes she is beyond help.

A subject had been drinking. There are no weapons involved, but the subject has weapons in the house, like guns and bows. The subject and the caller are currently separated, but the caller has been living there for more than a year. The argument is only verbal, and Dispatch can hear the caller and the subject yelling at each other. The caller wants his “stuff” from the subject.

Animal problem: There’s an animal neglect situation, and the caller wants to be contacted. They saw a golden Lab mix dog in the road with a collar on that “looked like a really mangy baby deer.” It doesn’t look old, but its ribs are showing.

Civil dispute: The head chef was yelling at the caller, and he’s horrible. Dispatch heard a subject talking to a male in the background, asking if the caller is on the phone with 9-1-1. It’s unknown if the male subject had been drinking. The caller had been drinking tonight for back pain, but refused aid.

Malicious harassment: A subject has been sending harassing texts to the caller. The text said, “her and her family were going to come out with the police within the week.” The caller would like a phone contact.

Parking problem: Caller has a “meth head” person doing drugs in a truck, and they’re blocking the easement. The male subject also has a red sedan and boat blocking the easement, and was out there in the truck an hour ago. The caller wanted to know if an officer can come out and tag his vehicles. She said she has already made complaints.

Feb. 23 — Caller thinks someone is trying to get in her house. She put up a ring camera, and can hear them on the camera. Someone has been in there before, because she’s noticed things moved into weird places. Caller is not there, she lives in Vancouver.

Caller said a female subject left on foot. She was brought in last night by law enforcement, but had no hold on her by a Designated Crisis Responder. She was wearing a green long coat, pants and Ugg slippers. She has gray hair in a shorter cut. It looked like she was going to “head down the hill.” The caller didn’t follow her all the way out.

A camper that is on fire is next to the house. The caller said the door is open, and smoke is pouring out. It’s unknown if anyone is still inside. The caller said he saw someone leave it when he pulled up. There are also propane tanks by the RV.

Welfare check: Caller requested to be contacted. The caller’s sister is not answering the phone, there are no lights on in the house, and she lives alone. The car is sitting in the yard. The caller last spoke to her on Friday morning. The sister has a lockbox.

Abandoned vehicle: Caller requested a phone contact from an officer. There’s an abandoned truck on the property with its doors wide open, and the windows are smashed. It’s a 1960s dark, older Chevy. The caller, who is in Vancouver, was notified, and sent pictures by the neighbor.

Abandoned vehicle: A cream-colored Audi with a back window smashed behind the driver’s seat is not blocking traffic. The caller said the vehicle is sitting on the side of the road.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Caller is concerned about a car in front of them. The driver is driving all over the road. It’s a light silver color, possibly a Toyota or Mazda.

Narcotics complaint: There is continual traffic to a drug house all night long. The caller said it starts around 11 p.m. It’s an ongoing issue. The caller doesn’t know the name of the subject who lives there.

Hit and run: Last night at 9:30 p.m. someone came through the driveway, tore up the grass and destroyed some pots. They were in some sort of vehicle, possibly a pickup. The caller said it was dark-colored, and the right side of the pickup might have damage.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: An older white male subject, last seen wearing black, was standing by a blue Ford Expedition on the road shoulder. The caller said the subject was freaking out, waving an axe or hammer, and yelling.

Welfare check: Caller requested contact from a deputy. They last saw a neighbor a week ago. He’s a loner, but the caller usually sees him going out. He has two Chevy trucks and a car in the driveway, which is normal. He lives by himself in a white trailer.

A male and female couple were walking up Third Street, pushing each other and yelling and causing a scene. The caller said the female had shoulder-length dark hair and was wearing a gray sweater. The male wore a ballcap and a 1990s leather jacket. It’s unknown if they had been drinking, but the caller did not see any weapons.

Assault: A male subject came to the caller’s house and punched him in the face, knocking him unconscious for a moment. There were no weapons involved. The caller advised he was “fine,” but his lips were bleeding. The subject is not there any more.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A male subject wearing dark clothes was standing on the fog line waving a bag at people. The caller didn’t know if the subject needed help or not.

Suicidal subject: Caller is a pastor. A male subject is suicidal and on the phone with the caller’s daughter. It didn’t sound like he had been drinking, or was on drugs. He was coherent, and was talking really fast. The caller doesn’t know if the subject is normally on ADHD medication or not, but the subject thinks he should kill himself.

Suspicious person: A male subject has been driving around the neighborhood in a white newer Toyota RAV4. The caller saw him driving around earlier in the day, and then the caller left. When they got back home, they noticed the same subject still driving around. The caller’s son thinks the subject might be drunk. The caller is available by phone if needed.

Threats: Caller received a call from his cousin’s husband, who threatened to kill the caller and said some other things. The caller would like a phone contact. The caller is packing to leave to go to a safer place.

Feb. 24 — Hangup: Caller was talking to his mom, then when Dispatch asked if he had an emergency, he said, “I’m sorry, I’ll talk to my mom,” then hung up. An officer contacted his mother, who said the caller was having a bipolar episode.

Fraud: Caller said that someone lives there, and is trying to commit fraud. “He is getting into phones,” and she thinks that he is trying to get into her bank. She said he just moved in, and he lives right across from her. She rambled on about getting into her bank account five times, and said this is what Democrats do.

Threats: A subject threatened to kill the caller’s sons. The subject was intoxicated when they called them to make the threat. There are no weapons, and the subject didn’t state a plan. This happened around 11 p.m. last night. The caller is available by phone.

Unattended death: A dead body washed up, missing a hand. The Department of Transportation is out, and they pulled the body out by the bridge on the Washington side. Washington State Patrol will be heading that way, and they would like a deputy to be there.

Vehicle prowl: Caller requested contact from an officer. They are making a report for an insurance company that is working on getting a truck towed. It’s a metallic grey 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD sport truck. The caller’s sister advised him his truck is getting stripped, and the rims and wheels have been taken.

Citizen assist: Caller advised their son told a friend he was afraid to go home because something happened to the caller. The son is having a bipolar episode/hallucinations, and advised he was going to the police department to make a report. He should be on foot, and was last seen wearing a gray jacket.

Domestic violence: Caller said that at a gas station, filling up a black Jeep Gladiator with a California plate, a male subject with dark hair was yelling at a female blonde passenger. The female was crying. Nothing physical was observed, verbal only. The Jeep left heading toward Aberdeen.

Agency assistance: Caller from Child Protective Services requested assistance to check on kids at a residence for a home check. An officer arrived, and did not need to take any action.

Burglary: A neighbor advised the caller that someone broke into a shed on their property, pried off the lock, and stole a performance engine that was inside (intake, carburetor and other parts), and black totes full of items. This occurred a few nights ago. Another neighbor saw the subjects, two males, leaving on foot with the totes, headed toward the water tower.

Overdose: Caller reported via a third party that a subject is overdosing and foaming at the mouth. The subject is on the floor in the bedroom. The caller heard a thump, like someone hitting the floor, and then her sister yelled to call the ambulance for an overdose. The caller didn’t see the patient, and wasn’t with them, and didn’t have Narcan.

Traffic violation: Caller saw a white car, and a dark-colored car, with a possible kid on the roof. An officer drove through the area, but was unable to locate the described vehicles.

Traffic violation: Two cars are in a side parking lot doing cookies. The caller has footage of the event on camera. The black possibly four-door sedan that was doing cookies had a teenager sitting on the hood. The other car was sitting there. It was a grayish-silver car, possibly a sedan. It’s unknown who anyone was, the caller couldn’t make them out on the camera. This occurred around 7:40 p.m.

Feb. 25 — Citizen assist: Caller wants to make a report. A subject dropped her off at the sheriff’s office too early, and she had to wait an hour and a half in the cold. The driver told her she could have been picked up later, but the scheduler decided the time. The caller is at the bus stop at the sheriff’s office.

Accident: A red Toyota sedan is in a ditch. It’s about 5 to 8 feet off the road, and it hit a tree. The caller said the vehicle is facing north on the south side. The driver is out, and says he is OK.

Suspicious person: Caller advised they just saw a subject on a local Facebook page that the police were looking for. He’s a thin male with a gray hoodie, and his face was covered with black material. He looked strange where he was standing, near the edge of the road.

Agency assistance: The Coast Guard received a “mayday” from a male who said there were zero people on board, then they lost contact with the person requesting help. Inside Willapa Bay, near Tokeland, the coordinates are on the beach.

Feb. 26 — Domestic violence: Caller texted 9-1-1: “I want to leave, but my boyfriend will hurt me, so I can’t even act like I’m going to get in my truck, or go outside, or even answer the door — Long Beach”

Civil dispute: Caller reported he bought a house, and a covered horse paddock was taken off property after the sale.

Threats: Caller took their mother to the airport yesterday, and when they came back the RV was vandalized and someone tried to break in. The caller was confronted this morning, and a subject was putting a stick in his face and making threats, and being intimidating. The subject lives in an apartment at the same address as the caller. The caller is at the South County office for contact.

Caller’s neighbor is having some kind of alarm going off. They don’t exactly know which neighbor, they can just hear an audible alarm. It’s been going off for 5 minutes, and it’s a loud continuously beeping alarm that doesn’t sound like a car alarm. The caller would like to be contacted.

Suicidal subject: Caller requested a welfare check on a friend who is suicidal, and has the means to do so. She plans to overdose on oxy, and she has the pills for it. She told the caller this in the last 5 minutes.

Suicidal subject: Caller requested a check subject who is saying she is going to kill herself today. She plans to use pills, and has been self-harming in the past. There was an earlier check on her, but she didn’t answer the door, and the police left. Then another friend called her, and she said she still plans to commit suicide today. The caller wants another welfare check.

Theft: Caller said people have been getting into their bank account. They think someone took around $5,000 over a period of three years.

The burglar alarm went off for the front door and living room motion. The responsible party made contact. They were there, but had locked the door, and it was closed. Then they saw on camera that it was open, but they did not see a person. They are not there currently.

Welfare check: Caller’s sister, who has brown hair and green eyes and goes by Nicki, has been missing for three years. The person the caller thought did it contacted him, saying his sister is alive and being held in the area of Ocean Park. The subject stated he had sepsis and other medical issues.

Feb. 27 — Traffic hazard: An older truck with a canopy dropped a large log in the road, then went north. The log is too heavy for the caller to move, and it is creating a hazard.

Criminal trespass: Caller had a trespasser on the property. The subject is not currently on the property, but a white Ford van with a lift is stuck on the property. The caller has pictures. The caller wants to be contacted, and would like to get the subject trespassed.

Criminal trespass: Someone is camping on the back of the caller’s property. He’s unsure how many people there are, he only saw a tent. He’s not sure how long it has been there.

Welfare check: An anonymous caller wants a welfare check on a subject. The caller thinks they are doing drugs. The subject hasn’t been seen for a while, but has displayed erratic behavior lately. The property has a blue garage and a trailer. The caller is available by phone for contact only.

Disorderly conduct: A male subject was at the clinic and was being disruptive. He was asked to leave, then he came back again. This occurred at 10:45 a.m. today. The caller would like the subject to be trespassed.

Domestic violence: Caller says her husband has control over everything in the house, and is refusing to give her any of her pain meds. She has arthritis “really bad,” and is in pain. She says he is in the living room, laughing at her. He has not been physical. The caller is hard of hearing.

Suicidal subject: Caller got a call from a male subject who said if someone can’t help him, he will take his own life tonight. He is refusing to go into the Emergency Room, and/or call 9-1-1. They have a provider willing to give him medication. He did not state how he would do it, but said he is highly depressed.

Civil dispute: Caller was working on a property with an excavator and a dog today around noon. A neighbor came onto the property, and he was yelling and waving hands at the caller’s dog and

blocking the caller with his car, so the caller couldn’t move the excavator. Everything is on video, and another neighbor witnessed this as well.

Theft: A male subject pulled up to the property, and is taking a trailer from the caller’s property. They’re in an old beat-up truck, and using a rope. The trailer is in the back. The subject is skinny, and wearing a ball cap, blue jeans, and a black and red shirt. The caller has a pistol on the counter.

Agency assistance: A designated crisis responder has a client who is telling everyone she’s going to kill herself tomorrow. The caller is currently at the client’s address. She has a bottle of oxy, and plans on taking them tomorrow unless her boyfriend spends the day with her. He’s not planning on doing that. The caller requested that a deputy respond.

Theft: Caller has power of attorney of a homeowner’s property, and wants to make a report. Since Jan. 9, money has been taken out of his account by his roommate without permission. It’s almost $9,000. The suspect still lives at that address.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: On State Route 6, between Menlo and Lebam, a large white dog is wandering on the highway. The caller moved him onto the ditch.

Citizen assist: Caller was served a restraining order this morning around 10 a.m. from a subject, and then received a text around 11:08 a.m. The caller wants to speak to a deputy to make sure she isn’t breaking any violation.

Burglary: A rental property was broken into sometime within the last couple of weeks. The door was kicked in, and the whole place was ransacked. It’s unknown what was taken at this time. The caller has an order against a female subject, and thinks she is the one who possibly broke in.

Agency assistance: A male on the beach is confused. A tow is refusing to come tonight due to the tides. Washington State Patrol has one in custody and is unable to respond.

Domestic violence: Caller requested that an officer come to their residence due to “violent communication.” The caller reported that there are a husband and wife, and the wife’s mother, and three children, two sons and one daughter. All three adults have been verbally assaulting the kids, and tonight they have been trying to do some form of witchcraft, and the dad is calling the children names.

Suspicious person: Someone reported a male subject who was walking. An officer said the subject explained that he broke down, and was walking to the casino where his girlfriend was just getting off work. He said he didn’t need a ride.

Feb. 28 — Domestic violence: There’s a white truck with a motor home, with a trailer next to the motor home. A male subject assaulted the caller 30 minutes ago. There were no weapons involved, but the subject threw a couple of things at the caller. The caller yelled at the male half, who wouldn’t let the caller on the address. The male is a “friend” letting the caller stay at the address.

Scam: Caller’s mom was scammed into sending someone $20,000 on Feb. 24. She also sent $65,000 on Feb. 23, and is receiving calls and texts.

Suspicious circumstance: An officer was out with an unoccupied vehicle parked at the entrance to a logging road. He could not find a phone number for the registered owner of the vehicle.

Citizen assist: Caller is going to be down in Long Beach for a few weeks, and wants to talk to an officer about storing a gun while in town. The caller requests a phone call.

Agency assistance: Caller was asked to assess a female subject, and would like deputy assistance. The subject said she is going to kill herself today, and has a bottle of oxy. No cars are in front of the RV. There are unknown weapons.

Suspicious person: Caller said there’s a red Toyota pickup parked in the road, with a dog in the car. No one else is around. The license plate is unknown. While on the phone the caller said a lady was coming up with a bunch of wood, and the caller disconnected.

Traffic stop: A Volkswagen showed expired tabs. When checked, the driver was driving while their license was suspended. The driver stated they had no idea. There was a license suspension for failure to pay in November 2025.

Welfare check: Caller reported someone is doing drugs in the furthest away porta potty. An employee checked, and there was a subject inside who wouldn’t open the door, and they were banging around and making noises.

Citizen assist: Caller wants to know where a female subject got taken to, they heard she was taken to a psych ward. The caller wants to know where she is in case they took her phone and she needs a ride or anything.

Disorderly conduct: The neighbors across the alley are fighting. They were in the caller’s yard. She doesn’t know their names, they haven’t lived there very long. It’s four or five males fighting. No weapons were seen. Now there’s lots of yelling.
