OCEAN PARK — A celebration of life for Ian Mulligan will be held on April 29 at 1 p.m. at 2504 272nd St in Ocean Park.

Ian died March 3, 2017. He is survived by his father, Mike Milligan of Pahrump, Nevada; mother, Christine Mulligan of Ocean Park, Wash.; two sons, Ian of Canon City, Colorado and Stephen of Nevada; a daughter, Destine of Cannon City, Colorado; his brothers, Rodney Mulligan of Vancouver, Wash., and Sean Mulligan of Eugene, Oregon.

Arrangements are by Penttila’s Chapel by The Sea.
