Feb. 2 — Caller said his former boss is withholding a personal item. He is refusing to return a taxidermy bear that belongs to the caller’s daughter, and would like to speak to an officer.
Feb. 3 — Caller said she was parked at the lodge yesterday at 9 a.m., and someone backed into her and left the scene. The manager gave the other driver the caller’s name and number to make contact. She said the back bumper on the right side and the lift gate are damaged, and she would like a phone call.
Someone is yelling at the cops outside right now, and the caller said she’s not going outside. The person is freaking out, and is worried about his mom.

Feb. 4 — Caller said their brother-in-law’s mother called saying the brother-in-law was dizzy and didn’t feel well. Then the phone cut out. Caller requested a welfare check, and would like a phone call afterwards.
One tree fell down in the caller’s back yard, and another one looks like it’s going to fall on a power line and the caller’s mom’s car. Caller said, “seems like it’s just going to be a bad catastrophe if it’s not dealt with right now.”
Caller said they were supposed to be watching a dog, and can’t find the dog. The dog was supposed to be inside the house, and he’s not, and the owner was transported to the hospital earlier. Caller requested that an officer call.
Feb. 5 — Caller said there are two suspicious people walking around the property yelling at each other, one male and one female. The female, who is wearing a jacket and is carrying three garbage bags, is behind the clinic, and the male is by the road somewhere. The caller didn’t see the male, but could hear him.
Feb. 6 — Caller reported vandalism to one of his excavators in the last two days. Panels were pried open, windows busted and fuel taken.
Caller said a gray Jeep is partially in the road. The snow has melted and the Jeep can be moved, but the caller doesn’t know how to reach the owner. Caller is available by phone and can assist if needed.
Caller has not heard from a friend who moved to Long Beach with a cousin in November, and the friend’s phone is no longer in service. The caller doesn’t know the address, but his friend has a 2003 white Silverado four-door truck.
Caller requested a welfare check. The last contact was a week ago. The person is not working, does not drive a vehicle and has no phone. He is unstable, has addiction issues, mental health problems and is unpredictable. Caller would like a phone call update.
Feb. 7 — Caller wanted to speak with an officer about possible fraud at his work.
Caller wanted to speak with an officer. There is a lot of drug trafficking, and a person is being abusive to his mother.
Wahkiakum County with transfer: Caller said a nurse practitioner’s client intended to harm another person, and during the visit he pulled out a knife like a switch blade.
Feb. 8 — Possible heart attack, a male with chest pain.

Feb. 2 — Welfare check requested on a woman who was last seen at her appointment with the caller two days ago. She lives with her sister, who is her caretaker. Caller has tried calling both of them, but the calls go straight to voicemail.
Subject was confused about being at court today at 10 a.m.
Caller had property stolen from subjects across the alley. They are moving out, and caller requested to speak to an officer.
Caller said a customer came in and told him there was a horse running loose in the area.
Caller would like a telephone contact regarding a court order violation, as the subject is calling her. She already has a case number, and just needs this incident documented.
Caller reported that a violent client is delusional, threatening to hit people, and blaming them for killing people. The client has no weapons the caller is aware of.
Feb. 3 — Caller wanted to report a scam. Two guys from Vancouver who knocked on her door said she needed a new roof. They said it would cost $89,000. She looked the company up online and it came up as a scam, so she told the company she wanted to cancel the contract with them. She was told it would be half of what it would cost.
A homeless female came onto the caller’s property. She assaulted him when he asked her to leave and broke his glasses. He doesn’t know who she is. She left, walking. She has blonde/brown hair and was wearing dark clothing with a hood. The caller refused aid.
A silver four-door Nissan pickup has been parked, blocking part of the road, for the last year. The owner refuses to move it out of the roadway.
Subjects cut the caller’s fence and were possibly trying to remove the entire fence. It has happened before. The caller suspects a neighbor is behind the ongoing issues since the caller put the fence up.
Homeowner is moving to assisted living facility and selling the house. The vehicle will stay in the garage for now, and some of the lights will be left on, but no one should be at the residence. The caller requested a house check.
Caller said female and male adults were riding a four-wheeler without a helmet, and she wondered about the legality of that. She has asked them to not ride there. She doesn’t know who they are, but thinks they live around the loop.
Caller said her brother attacked her. He put hands on her, charged her and tried to beat her up. She ran out of the house and is being chased. The call disconnected.
Woman, who said her husband is beating her up, came over and asked the caller, a neighbor, to call the police. It’s unknown if weapons were involved and there were no other details. The woman went back home.
An equipment truck has been parked on the road for about 2.5 hours, and the caller can’t see anyone. The yellow lights are flashing and the lights are on. Caller wants to know who it is and would like to be contacted.
Unattended death: A patient passed away at home while on hospice, and his sister called. Aid is requested for confirmation due to road conditions and the caller not being able to drive from Long Beach to the residence.
Contacted a man walking toward Ilwaco with a bundle of sticks. He says he carves. Gave him some water and snacks at his request.
Feb. 4 — Transfer from Astoria. Caller said there is a truck that slid into the ditch. She was unable to stop due to unsafe conditions, and the pickup is pretty far down in the ditch with the hazard lights on. There have been multiple calls about this truck.

Out on assist, and another vehicle ran into the patrol vehicle. No need for aid.
Unattended death: Coroner requested. Family not present.
A white car is upside down in the bushes. No one is around and it looks like it’s been there a while, as there’s snow on bottom of the car.
A tenant moved out and gave the caller the key. Caller said somehow they returned and spent the night because there was no snow in a parking spot, and someone went into the room and left the door open but the caller had closed the door.
Welfare check requested for caller’s cousin who lives in the Naselle area with her grandson. Caller hasn’t heard from her in 9-12 months. The phone rings and caller is not getting through or getting a call back. She requests that an officer call her back.
A subject is passed out in a blue sedan with the window down at a pull-out just off the highway. Caller said the person has been parked there for about 1.5 hours. Caller was advised that people camp out in that area.
Feb. 5 — An attempt was made to stop a stolen vehicle.
Caller has a game camera on state land in the area, and this morning at 3:30 a.m. a camera showed two subjects walking into the woods, one carrying a phone and the other carrying long rifle, both with head lamps. Then at 4:30 a.m. one of the males came out of the woods carrying a bag and the other subject’s gun (camera doesn’t shown other male coming out of woods).
A welfare check is requested for caller’s friend, last contacted 3-4 days ago. Both vehicles are there, and the caller can see some tracks in snow, but the shop/garage are locked up. The friend, who has previously talked about being suicidal a couple of months ago, has a problem with his knee, and Veterans Affairs is not helping him.
A company is going through the neighborhood and the county trying to scam people, saying they are roofers and work on gutters. The caller gave them a check, but was able to cancel it before they cashed it. Caller found out they are scammers by looking online, and other people in neighborhood are having problems with them.
Caller came home and someone was in the front yard. The person refused to give their name and is still there now, parked across street. He had to jump over the caller’s fence to get into the yard, which is posted as no trespassing.
Unattended death: Subject was passed out, unknown if breathing, and cold to touch. His face is blue and the caller was not able to turn him over.
Caller requested a check on his estranged mother, who lives with his brother. He is worried the brother will take her money; says he is a drug addict and has guns. He doesn’t know the exact address but has issues with this brother, and is not able to call his mother because he’s afraid the brother will get his phone number and harass him. He requests a call from an officer.
Caller hit a dog, a black and white St. Bernard, caller thinks, and cannot find the dog.
A male shoplifter took items without paying. The suspect is walking toward Chen’s wearing a light blue hoodie.
Cows on the road, caller almost hit them.
Feb. 6 — Caller got a strange phone call in the middle of the night about her winning something, and she’s worried that she gave them her address.
A herd of goats were on the highway, a mom and some babies. Caller talked to someone help herd them, and they said the goats roam free in that area.
Someone driving a Chevy truck just dropped off a silver four-door Nissan across the street in a neighbor’s yard. They hit a pole while they were dropping the car off. The caller said the driver of the truck also harassed a county employee.
Caller said a client who was speaking with a nurse at a clinic said, “I’m going to kill myself with a gun a rope or a knife, and I’m going to do it now.” This occurred 5 minutes ago. She said she was having a terrible day, and was going to “do it now.”
Caller said a person they hired to work is intoxicated, and wants him off his property. The person is now being disorderly with neighbors, screaming at people and raising hell.
A commercial fishing vessel ran aground earlier in front of the Cape Disappointment station in Ilwaco. There are no injuries and no damage, and two guys on board are waiting for high tide. They are out of propane, and would like to get off the boat now.
Caller got a third party harassing message email from her ex-husband. They live in the Vancouver/Kelso area, and they also made a TikTok video. She has a restraining order against her ex-husband.
Feb. 7 — Caller reported that his girlfriend is missing. He woke up from a nap and she is nowhere to be found.
An older male with a grey beard was tapping on the caller’s car window, holding a knife and staring at the caller. The man was screaming, and seemed like he was on drugs. The man has an old grey Dodge van. The knife was a folding knife, usually used for hunting or fishing. Caller has left the scene, and left his phone number for contact.
Caller’s brother recently died, and the caller is requesting information.
Caller said a patient just left the hospital. He smells of alcohol, and was slurring his words. He is driving a dark green Ford truck, and is currently revving his engine in the parking lot.
A white truck has been parked in the Nahcotta Recycling center. Caller reported it has an Oregon plate, the window is down, and it looks like it’s stolen.
About an hour ago, a grey Toyota Tundra pulled up to the caller’s house, and the passenger was taking pictures of the house. Caller was told it’s not illegal to take a picture.
A male has been delusional, and thinks zombies are going to eat him if he leaves his trailer. He has PTSD, and guns, but it’s unknown what kind. Caller does not want to send her South County worker there without law enforcement.
Caller needs a police officer. Her landlord told her that she needs to be off the property by Monday, and if not, the landlord will turn off the utilities.
Open Line: Can hear crying, but nobody is talking to dispatch. A few minutes later, another call. One person is saying, “I can’t,” another voice is saying, “yes you can.” Again, no one talked to dispatch.
Feb. 8 — Washington State Police: A muffled-sounding caller said he was driving intoxicated people home, and the male and female started fighting. They were in a dark grey Toyota Tacoma. The husband assaulted the wife, then came after the caller, who was punched in the face and choked. Caller then jumped out of the truck.
Caller requested a welfare check on a person she spoke to two days ago, when he said he was going to kill himself. She hasn’t heard from him since.
Caller wants someone to pick his dog up and bring it to the humane society. He thinks he is going to be in the hospital for a while. The aid crew on scene is trying to get the dog back into the motor home. The dog is a friendly black and white terrier.
Caller said she told a man to leave, and he hit her with a phone. He has unknown weapons.
Subject is having a difficult time breathing. The caller is not with the subject, and someone told him to call 911. Caller advised that someone will show the aid crew where the subject is.
A building structure is on fire. Someone is inside, and they are trying to get them out. The caller can hear flames, and there’s thick black and grey smoke. Caller called back, and said the person they thought was inside the building was not inside.
Caller reported known “tweeker” throwing rocks at moving cars and buildings. She’s white, with very short hair, and wearing jeans and a green jacket with a red hood.
Caller claimed his landlord took $50,000 in property, and prevented him from retrieving anything. Others set him up, and he is homeless now. He was told by a deputy that those acts were not criminal. He wants to know if he committed the same crimes, if he would be charged.
Cashier said they had a fake dollar bill handed to them.
Caller reported that the daughter is home alone, and saw a man standing outside, by the window on the side of the house, by the driveway. No description was given.
