April 21 — Caller says they need an ambulance for a subject who “went blank, she is not moving.”
Ilwaco caller says the front door won’t lock and they would like an officer to come help them lock it.
Long Beach caller says there was someone walking around his house. Claimed they took a couple of photos through the windows and caller saw a couple of flashes. He went and looked out the window and did not see anybody, but did hear someone talking.

Caller says a drunk woman with an open bottle of vodka is trying to hit everyone.
April 22 — An Ilwaco woman says she was in bed last night around 10:30-11 p.m. and heard dogs barking. At first she thought it was a bear or raccoons that the dogs were barking at, but they would not stop barking. Then caller turned on her lights upstairs and heard a man say “there is someone here.”
Long Beach caller wants someone to come check her house to make sure her ex isn’t out there. She hasn’t slept in a couple of days. She is freaking herself out. Wants an officer to come help her leave her residence, or check outside.
April 23 — An Ilwaco caller says a male subject is outside smoking his cigarettes. Caller thinks he is a danger to females, based off her own recollections, and thinks he has keys to all the residences.
An Ilwaco caller was saying hi to ducks at a residence and noticed they have only a very little bit of water and it’s muddy. Doesn’t know who owns them. Would like an officer to check on them.
“Someone from that way” called a reporting party and said that an aggressive female does not seem to have all of her faculties.
At 8 p.m. a caller says there was a deer that was trapped and dogs are mauling it inside a chain-link fence. Two dogs got hold of a deer — two black dogs, like a pit and a lab.
At 8:45 p.m. a neighbor disturbance reported. “He came out and intimidated my dogs and started yelling at me. He is really drunk.”
At 9:24 p.m. a caller says he’s “having a dispute with neighbors about my cat. The b**** next door won’t let me in to get a cat and I find out there are kids over there while they are using drugs.”
April 24 — There is a lady at Driftwood Point, harassing and threatening neighbors.
Found property: A wallet flew off or out of a car, ID inside.
Private security cannot get a woman to leave the hospital; she is screaming.
April 25 — Verbal altercation, dispatcher could hear woman yelling in the background.
April 26 — A caller says he received a check in the mail, and after depositing it his account was hit with fraud. He has been in contact with the bank, and says he needs a police report with his claim that it was fraud.
Astoria transferred a call from a woman who said her manager told her to call the police. In front of a park there is a fire below trees and they are pouring gas on it and caller said she can taste it. Fire is attended by people.
A male subject is throwing and slamming things, harassing neighbors.
Suspicious person reported near the laundromat. Next to it there was a male walking down the street carrying an axe, walking north on Pacific.
April 27 — Juvenile problem; male is “yelling and he is hitting us. … He is out of control.” Caller was very upset and crying and could barely tell dispatcher what was happening.

April 21 — Caller: There is a person sitting on the ground by the guardrail, a white female with long brown hair, black clothing; the person didn’t respond as vehicle drove by.
In Ocean Park, someone keeps coming onto property and damaging vehicles; has taken a vehicle out a couple of times and beaten up the tires so bad that the caller had to have them replaced. Last night, they came and scratched a line down driver’s side of car.
Generator was stolen from under a box on caller’s property. Suspects are the people in the motor home that have been hanging out in area. Male and female from motor home left headed toward Ilwaco on foot.
Light brown pit bull with no collar keeps roaming area and coming onto property; unknown who owners are.
Vagrancy issue reported in Raymond in the cement pipes across from water district, with sleeping bags inside, pot pipe on rocks, clothes hanging. Caller didn’t see anyone around or in pipe but didn’t check sleeping bag; thinks someone is possibly living there.
In South Bend, a male allegedly just assaulted caller’s son.
A female walked through area and looked upset/distressed, then a male came by and caller could hear him scream “hey, f**k face,” can still hear male and female yelling at each other.
Caller says a guy was cruising around on a riding lawn mower, but it didn’t look like it belonged to him.
In Surfside, husband is overdue to come home from church in Ocean Park.
Caller in Tokeland reports they were just assaulted.
April 22 — Ocean Park caller can hear something trying to climb over the fence. The last three nights there has been a bear. Caller is safe inside the living room. Deputy spoke with her on the phone about options to get rid of an ongoing bear issue.
A Surfside caller has been hearing shots fired in the area; three or four already in the last few minutes.
Ocean Park caller wants to speak with a deputy about a truck parked on a sidewalk and blocking it.
Domestic assault is in progress, caller says that a woman is on the ground and she may be hurt.
A neighbor is shooting a gun without a back drop; caller wants to know if it’s illegal.
A caller wants to know about squatter’s rights and how to go about kicking someone off a property.
A dog tried to attack caller and his son. It belongs to the property owner at a specified address.
In Naselle, a subject has “blocked us in the driveway and we can’t get out” past a truck and horse trailer.
A caller says there is a man that might be intoxicated walking down the highway.
April 23 — A caller says there is a car in the middle of the road, no one in it, stuff all over it.
A Surfside caller is locked out of her home; the deputies know the situation and have helped her out with this before.
A Seaview caller says his neighbor’s burglary alarm is going off, a siren at the back of the house.
A caller is worried about a stray black female dog walking around with no collar; concerned she may get hit by a car. Told that county does not have animal control, but dispatcher will let an officer know.
Cats are stuck and will die entrapped in a trap. Caller does not want them dying there. They are trapped above caller’s deck and nobody is willing to help caller.
Caller: “Stranger at my house, came to my door. I heard him drive up and park behind my car with no lights on, no nothing. My dog went crazy and [driver] was knocking on doors and asking for gas, said he was talking to AAA.”
April 24 — Caller got a letter saying there are squatters at her house and possibly a couple stolen vehicles.
A young lady just left and stole all the power tools from a home.
Car vs. deer accident, driver reports back and head pain.
A female hit a male on his hand and grabbed the dog; knocked male’s hand away from dog and said if you touch the dog again she will “kill you.”
April 25 — A female in Ocean Park has a dog at her house, and Mobile Crisis wants a deputy to go take care of it. She isn’t able to tell them anything about the dog. Dispatcher told them county doesn’t have animal control, but the first on-duty deputy can contact them.
A lady parked in a silver Mercedes moved her vehicle when caller confronted her and she is now at the store. She seemed elusive when asked questions.
Someone stole fuel from a 2020 F250 pickup, no suspects, left screwdriver underneath truck and can in bed of truck.
Nahcotta caller says houses are being built at the end of the street and the workers keep speeding. Caller just took a photograph of a silver vehicle going 50 mph in a 25 mph.
Ocean Park caller was told 10 days ago a subject was using fentanyl. Caller told the subject to put the keys on kitchen table and leave, but they never left the keys. Now there are three trailers full of stuff, the whole house is trashed, and it’s unknown where the subject is now.
An irate customer came in and threatened to kick caller’s butt.
In Seaview, a 1990-2000 Chevy Suburban has been abandoned with graffiti all over it, driver’s passenger window left open, steering panel taken out and it appears to have been hot wired, possibly stolen.
Vehicle accident: driver over-corrected when attempting to avoid a vehicle; non-injury, vehicle partially blocking and half in eastbound lane.
Caller driving down Pacific Highway saw a little boy next to the road with no shoes on and looking distressed. He told the caller that his grandmother kicked him out of the house.
Collision in Ocean Park involving two cars.
A neighbor just called and said someone is stealing wood.
April 26 — In Ocean Park, a caller reported the theft of a 1970 utility trailer, a 1987 Yamaha and a custom bike that were kept at the house of a friend who passed away. Caller knows where the items were taken.
Caller is following a grayish/brown Lexus that is swerving all over, crossing lines and almost hit a pole.
Vehicle vs. tree collision reported in Ocean Park. Female is out of the vehicle but lost consciousness; is breathing. A nurse on scene says “need a helicopter, head injury.”
A caller wants to report someone dumping garbage in a drainage ditch; it’s causing problems on his property.
Ocean Park caller: “I own a home along Sandridge Road and someone crashed into my mailbox.” Property management company sent a picture: Car was yellow, possibly a Mini Cooper. Wants to know what to do about mailbox. He is not at the residence, lives elsewhere.
Caller: “We own a home in Long Beach in and neighbors called and said a guy was there that we hired a few months ago but then he was not supposed to come back and he started sending us weird texts and cut the locks on the property.”
A vehicle has been parked at a school for last three hours near the gate to playground, tucked behind building.
911 call abandoned and dispatch called back. A female said she had a question but realized it’s not an emergency. It’s regarding her need to get items from a place she has paid rent to but where she is being denied access. Wants to know her legal rights.
April 27 — There’s a big blue pickup, possibly a Chevy, in the road, with a male in the driver’s seat. Looks like they are sleeping, but caller tried knocking on the window and they are not responding.
Patient is in the ER after an altercation with ex-spouse. Both subjects were drinking.
A subject is pushing a refrigerator southbound in an area with low visibility.
A female in a white 2013 Kia went into a fence.
Seaview caller: “I have a vacation house in Seaview and my neighbor told me there is a car parked there/abandoned at my house.”
Rifle gunshots going off a couple times a day. Deputy was unable to locate the source of sounds.
911 hangup call reclassified as domestic violence after dispatcher called back and spoke with a drunk woman.
Citation issued for speeding 46 in 35 mph zone and having no insurance.
Caller: “I hit a bear with a Prius. I’m home now and I drove my car but I’m going to go back and see if it is still there.” Officer checked and there was no bear on the road.
