- A burning slash pile got out of containment in Raymond on Friday, April 19. The fire occurred off of Butte Creek and US 101 along a hillside. Units responded from the Raymond Police Department, Raymond Fire Department, Pacific County Fire District 3, South Bend Volunteer Fire Department, and Washington State Department of Natural Resources.

April 14 — An electrical fire reported; flames are out now. Fire started on the stove.
A nuisance dog is in the area, a brown/white pit bull. Keeps running around the fence line of caller’s horse, which is spooked and lame now because of the dog. This is an ongoing issue.
Domestic violence concerns reported in Ilwaco.

April 15 — A caller says she’s aware of a property with a burn pile that could be dangerous.
Someone fell in the water near the Ilwaco boat launch. Caller hung up, called back and said he has help already there, and hung up again.
A caller thinks someone is trying to commit fraud or something. A lady saying that she is with Social Security keeps asking for caller’s Social Security number.
A person who was trespassed previously was on the property today and this weekend.
An onsite manager wants police called on a female who is outside threatening people and walking in the roadway attempting to stop traffic.
April 16 — Caller let someone borrow over $1,000, and they are refusing to pay it back.
At the end of caller’s street there is a red Lincoln car with a busted windshield that has been there a few days. Caller saw a man in the tree line watching her.
A subject came to caller’s house and threatened to fight caller’s husband. Caller disconnected and didn’t answer when re-called.
April 17 — An Ilwaco subject has been drinking “probably all day” and left on a street bike.
There was a 911 open line call and dispatcher explained, “I called back and spoke to a man who said it was accidental but our policy is if it’s a landline we still have to dispatch the call.”
April 18 — Welfare check requested for an elderly male at the bus stop. He’s lying on the ground and he isn’t waiting for a bus. Bus driver is concerned for him.
Caller: “We keep getting a major propane smell by the trailer park.”
April 19 — Caller says that while waiting for their laundry to get done, a male just showed up on a bike and went inside but doesn’t have any laundry with him. He’s just hanging out inside.
An unknown neighbor threatened to kill caller and her dog. Caller was outside getting the dog when the male started yelling at her, saying “I’m going to kill you and your f**king dog if it wakes me up again.” No weapons, and subject has gone back inside his residence.
Request to Washington State Patrol to see about a tow for a gold Maserati to their lot for Tacoma Police Department.
Someone came in with with brass knuckles and punched caller and her mom. Suspect then went running down the street.
At the recycle bins by the animal shelter, there’s a late-model Mercury with its windshield smashed out, possibly abandoned.
April 20 — There’s a female outside caller’s window and she is banging on it, accusing caller of taking her son.

April 14 — A female parked at the restrooms on Ocean Park approach across from a business has been banging on her car and yelling most of the night. The car has been there for over a week, “attracting nefarious people, situation escalating.”
There was an older female with light brown hair in caller’s yard taking pictures of caller’s dogs. She told caller she was a neighbor and walked away.
Animal shelter told a reporting party to call for a dog to get picked up and brought to shelter. Dog is currently at the gas station in Naselle. Shelter told her the dog has been left there. It’s a boxer mix and looks miserable.
A female is lying down on the ground with her pants down. Caller asked if she needs help and she said yes.
A white truck with a flat tire is towing a trailer, and there is another vehicle behind the trailer, on a dangerous curve.
Six people are working on their cars in the bushes. Caller says they are stolen cars, one is white. Claims they are crackheads; ongoing issues. Have called before about same issue.
A Smith Creek caller locked his keys in his car and his child is locked inside.
Caller’s neighbor has a camera up again that points toward caller’s property, in violation of a court order.
Neighbor’s white great Pyrenees dog is loose on caller’s property and ran her horse through a fence and they can’t catch it.
A female subject is on the county road in front of caller’s park with her suitcase and garbage bags, screaming and yelling.
April 15 — Caller pulled over to help brother get his bike, but a male in a blue Chevy Silverado was angry and screaming at them; said he was going to shoot caller’s brother with a gun. He was following caller and his brother, then left headed toward Ocean Park — peeled out and driving crazy. Unknown who subject was.
Surfside fraud complaint: A person pretending to live on the peninsula is involved a scam about a vehicle.
An older brown truck with wood in the back hit caller’s silver Toyota Camry and “she thinks took off.” She said she is not injured.
Caller is having issue with a level 3 sex offender sending texts.
An Ocean Park reporting party is calling across from a guy who just pulled right up into the yard, left his car, threw a blanket over the top, and is now walking away toward the beach.
Caller says there are two huge pit bulls in the road, one white and other white/black. Caller almost hit one of them.
Caller says there is a Hispanic male “threatening me and won’t leave. He is saying that he might have a gun.”
Oysterville caller says a “bear came to my house” but caller feels safe now. The bear wasn’t afraid of her, and it jumped at her. She sprayed it with a garden hose and it didn’t respond.
In Ocean Park, a subject is out in the roadway screaming and hollering, standing on caller’s property line.
A deputy came across a female subject sleeping in a tarp near the fog line with her luggage. She had been there since the afternoon after her car broke down.
April 16 — Ocean Park caller saw a man climb a ladder and go into a window on the south side of the garage, only saw jeans and black shoes. An older couple lives there and no vehicles can be seen.
Ocean Park caller bought a car from someone and tried to insure it, but it’s classified as “totaled” and not insurable. She paid $6,000. She is very upset and wants to know what she can do. She was advised dispatchers can’t give legal advice.
In Ocean Park, a tall thin man with red hair riding a bike pulling a trailer pulled out a metal pipe and is swinging it around.
People are screaming down the street. The wife is walking away now.
In South Bend, a homeless woman won’t leave the park. She drives a “Mercedes, I think.”
Ocean Park caller says, “I think my wallet was stolen.” Thinks neighbor stole it. “I have been cloned and if I don’t answer, that’s why.”
April 17 — Male subject in Surfside is complaining about a female who has been harassing him for the last three years. Dispatcher asked the male several times over a bad cell phone connection if the person harassing him lives in his home, and he said “yes,” a tenant.
Two-vehicle accident, no injuries, caller is in a 2006 Ford van, other vehicle is a Cadillac.
There is a silver Grand Cherokee behind caller’s Ocean Park building that has been running for about half an hour. There is a male inside the vehicle and he is slumped over in the driver’s seat.
Caller has a problem with an Ocean Park neighbor who speeds down the road at 100 mph.
Ocean Park caller says “meth heads” are burning their meth and she wants someone to check on them. They are blocking the road, and there are kids out there at night, and nothing ever gets done.
Caller says his wife and dog were attacked by two dogs that came out after wife, who was out running.
April 18 — In Ocean Park, a “female has been driving around the peninsula since 6 a.m. and she is afraid of them. She is upset, and said that this is the 25th time that she has driven by and she has a fear, and she wants someone to come there and watch her come in the house.”
Caller went off the road into the ditch in his light gray 1984 Mustang, not injured.
Caller says a subject that has been harassing her, tried to force caller’s roommate into a sexual situation but that didn’t happen, yesterday pulled over while caller was walking and he “gunned” his motor, which sprayed gravel all over caller and her dog.
A white male with brown curly “longish” hair, waving arms. It looks like a possible psychotic or drug-related event.
Someone stole a mountain dog in Seaview. Caller knows who took dog.
Caller wants officer to contact him regarding his red Fuji bike that was taken by the sheriff’s office.
Caller hears what he believes is gunfire in the area, 100 rounds total from what sounds like an automatic rifle.
Ocean Park caller is outside of the sheriff’s office, agitated and wants to talk to an officer about the ownership of a bicycle.
Citation issued for driving 76 in a 55 zone.
One-vehicle accident reported, driver missed the corner.
April 19 — Surfside caller says there are a couple dogs that get out constantly and go from a house in the area.
Smith Creek caller has a dog in her yard that has been there since last night, a large brindle pit bull mix. Deputy: “I located the loose dog at the reporting party’s home and chased it off into the woods south.”
In Ocean Park, a caller says her ex-husband and other subjects destroyed power to caller’s residence because they didn’t call 811 first, then there was a confrontation with subjects on April 18 when PUD showed up.
In Smith Creek, a caller is stuck in his house by a pit bull. The dogs are going after the neighbor now
In north county a caller says that a controlled burn near U.S. 101 is spreading, and it’s also near the high-voltage pylons.
The owner of a vacant house in Surfside is suspicious because the power bill is significantly higher than it should be.
A newer gray Toyota pickup is all over the road and almost hit the guard rail. Caller states the driver might kill someone.
In Oysterville, a caller says there have been multiple break-ins at her recently purchased property, believes former tenant has taken lots of items.
A female is making “passive” threats to kill her husband; they are in the middle of a separation.
A car trailer full of trash was stolen off a lot at corner. Later recovered by caller’s father from the side of the road.
Possible residential fire reported in Raymond.
Nemah caller asks for a deputy to come to residence. Caller “was a victim of robbery and homicide in [redacted location] years ago” and caller says they were told an arrest has been made.
In South Bend, a white male with full beard driving a dark blue four-door VW Golf comes into the park over the speed limit and drives the wrong way. Caller asked him to not do that, and the man yelled at caller about her brother’s dogs, then told caller he would have her job.
In Menlo, a caller says there are about 70 sheep and 20 pigs on a property again, belonging to a guy who rents from another subject. Goats not an issue this time.
A male and female in a purple truck with a red tarp and a dog are setting up camp at the recycling bins.
In Naselle, a caller says he was walking on a trail when a male subject came over and pushed him for walking there and tried to fight him. Subject described as “white, skinny, blonde hair, hat, shorts, and a colorful hoodie.” There were a few other people there, including a white female with red hair.
In Surfside, someone drove onto a property and dumped wood within the last couple of days.
An older, skinny, bald white male driving in a little RV with orange duct tape and writing all over backed into caller’s RV, then took off towards the highway.
A white male and female were seen arguing and pushing each other while walking south toward a redacted location.
April 20 — In Ocean Park, a caller who lives alone thinks something is trying to break into the garbage cans or under the deck. Not sure if it’s an animal or a person, and does not want to look outside.
On April 19, a caller’s neighbor stole caller’s “No Parking” signs, and today he turned caller’s sign around. Caller says he can be aggressive and has threatened to beat her up in the past.
A caller wants to report that a street sign was removed and changed with another sign on the street and she is worried her debit card won’t get to her house and she thinks it has something to do with her friend who is working with the FBI.
Roll-over accident reported and people are stuck inside a blue SUV.
Four boxes of needles found in a ditch near U.S. 101 close to Bay Center Road.
A caller has been hearing a lot of gunshots in the area on and off all afternoon, closer to the bay side.
In Seaview, someone abandoned an RV/trailer on yard.
