- No one was injured when a 28-foot vessel came ashore April 12 between Ocean Park and Surfside. As of midday April 15, the owner/operator was still working to get the boat back out into the water via anchors and a winch.

April 7 — People staying in a Long Beach lodging establishment are having a domestic dispute, it’s been going on for two hours.
A homeless guy sitting outside of the store tried to fight with a customer last night but is not doing that now. Has two dogs and caller would like him to leave, does not want him there.
April 8 — Caller says someone broke into his house overnight and thrashed all his court paperwork, and is also hacking into his phone and Facebook account.

Caller says someone has been there all night long slamming stuff down and moving out of the building. The landlord said that she shouldn’t be there at night, but she was.
A light brown poodle is running around downtown, is in a parking lot with no tags, caller doesn’t see an owner around.
A homeless male is outside in front of store with two dogs, bothering customers.
Caller says he had a girlfriend who got kicked out and left a shotgun. Caller is a felon and wants to turn in her gun.
Caller says there is a homeless person sleeping near the post office and she is worried that he might need help. It’s cold and raining and she can’t see the man except for his feet.
A person staying in an RV park came back from work and the back license plate is missing from his RV, and the front one is barely bolted on.
Someone at Port of Ilwaco bus stop is yelling and screaming, banging on something.
April 9 — A male wearing a green jacket and dark jeans pushing a baby stroller was going through garbage cans; was told to leave and headed east toward the beach.
There is a homeless male with two dogs in front of store, dog feces all over, caller would like him trespassed.
Caller wants to see if someone could do a welfare check on his father who is staying at Cape D. He took a fall earlier today and the Fish and Wildlife officer asked for the Coast Guard to fly down for him earlier from the jetty at Cape D, but the caller’s dad did not want that to happen.
April 10 — A caller is outside but will not say what she needs. Says she thinks someone is trying to assault her but doesn’t know who and started crying, slurring words, sobbing.
April 11 — A caller says that when they go downtown to shop, someone gets into the car every time. They don’t steal anything. Driver’s door doesn’t lock, no contact needed, just wants to let officers know.
A lady is lying on the ground making noises. She comes in all the time; elderly, wearing blue jeans and a jacket.
April 12 — “I am at family home in Long Beach and we have people living underneath the house in the past and there is a piece of wood removed from the house that we put up.”
There’s a dog at the Ilwaco High School track; black with white on its nose — a cattle dog? Cannot find its owner and it won’t leave.
Two customers came and one of them took something and there was something in his pocket. Caller says, “I told them not to leave but he got into his car and left.”
April 13 — A female is pulling her approximately three-year-old child around by his shirt by the restrooms. He has no pants on.
A person is in and out of consciousness. He stopped breathing and wasn’t responding, but he is now.

April 7 — Ocean Park caller heard one shot fired, possibly from a shotgun. Caller can hear children screaming and yelling out for their mom, sounded like from a little boy and a little girl, just occurred, also sounds like there is a fire.
In Smith Creek, neighbor’s dogs are out chasing caller and his dog again, ongoing issues, gray and white pit bulls.
An accident north of U.S. 101 milepost 36, white car in ditch on the northbound side of the road; appears to have been there a while, unsure if anyone inside, it’s “buried pretty good.”
A juvenile male is agitated again, getting very aggressive, not physical but caller is concerned it will get that way; no weapons.
In Ocean Park, someone put trash in caller’s garbage can without permission, would like to talk to a deputy about a few things.
Caller would like something on record about being verbally harassed. Does not feel safe on own property. Neighbor that also lives on the property is harassing caller. She ran into the power pole and asked caller to take care of things.
A Smith Creek neighbor is ripping up yard with a backhoe. There is a land dispute.
Ocean Park 911 text: “Is it possible to get an officer to ask my neighbor to turn his music down? It’s been blasting all evening.”
April 8 — In Ocean Park, a subject was at a friend’s house off of Vernon Avenue and a guy “bashed his windshield” with his fist; thinks it’s over a girl.
Caller says a male is sleeping in the hall. She had an encounter with this person on Saturday and is scared of him. She ran back inside the building and wants an officer to come and tell him to leave. She said Saturday she had to call the police on him because he kicked a sign into the street and told them this was his land.
An Ocean Park person says a caller told him he and his mom have warrants in Pacific County. He wants to talk to an officer about whether this is true.
In Seaview, caller has been dating online and a male said he needs money for his mom. When she told him she didn’t have that kind of money, he stated he would post nude pictures of her online. Occurred about an hour ago, have the email to show officer.
In Seaview, a white BMW and a red truck are parked along road and block the view when trying to pull out. Caller worried this will cause accident.
Chocolate lab missing in Naselle; has a pink collar and is micro-chipped.
Caller says there is a car being driven out of control on Sandridge, passing people in double yellows going 60 mph; a silver Ford Escape with an Astoria plate frame.
Two vehicles have been in parking lot all day and caller wants the plates run to see if they were stolen.
911 hangup call in South Bend. Dispatcher called back and caller stated his watch called.
Seaview caller thinks daughter is overdosing, ate a lot of mushrooms.
Surfside pet sitter says doorbell has been rung four times within the last 10 minutes, but she didn’t see anyone.
April 9 — Someone left a vehicle on Ocean Park caller’s property yesterday. No current tags, full of beer cans. Owner of vehicle contacted by deputy, stated he was having mechanical issues and will remove.
Pit bull dog in parking lot at Naselle gas station, didn’t belong to anyone, attendants at gas station say they think it belongs to a subject who lives next door to store but couldn’t get an answer at the door. They think and could tell it was hungry. Dispatcher advised them county has no animal control.
Ocean Park caller says there are about five cars in the bushes. It looks like people are taking things out of a red car. Caller says there are “crackheads” who live in vicinity and it could be them.
In Ocean Park, there’s a gold Buick with a pair of feet hanging out of its door for the last hour. Car has tarp on roof. Caller did not feel comfortable checking on the subject.
Ocean Park caller says there is a subject yelling and making customers uncomfortable — a female wearing a camo jacket.
In Menlo, a caller wrote a check for $661.41 and mailed it from house mailbox, but someone put their name on it and cashed it. Caller unsure if it was taken out of mailbox or after it went out.
In Seaview, a caller says that her vehicle was just rear-ended. She’s not injured and just wants an officer to come check.
Officer contact requested in regard to a theft that occurred last night in Seaview. The suspects left a vehicle in the parking lot.
In Ocean Park, there is “a deranged woman out here yelling and throwing things.” Pacific County mobile crisis called later to say they are dealing with a client who is throwing things and shoes at traffic going by. Caller is in her car watching her and she looks like she is going to be walking into traffic.
In Ocean Park, there are motors and trailers dumped and drug dealers walking around with a coat; “you knew he was on something at 5 a.m. They’re an environmental issue and they shouldn’t be able to do this crap. No mufflers all the time. Can someone come drive around and keep an eye out?”
In Ocean Park, a female is reportedly hurting people in the house — “hitting, kicking and biting us.”
April 10 — A dog is running around Chinook. Caller saw it near the school and then it ran off toward the water side of the highway. Dispatcher advised caller the county doesn’t pick up stray animals.
A Naselle caller says there has been a stray pit bull mix there for the last couple days.
A caller sees something that appears to be a body wrapped in a beige blanket on the northbound side of the road. State patrol advised.
In Seaview, a black Chevy Tahoe or GMC Yukon has been abandoned on property for last three days, parked next to sidewalk along road. Male subject there now, has been there off and on, said vehicle was having mechanical issues.
A mattress and a bag in the middle of the southbound lane of U.S. 101, fell from a silver Chevy Silverado that is full of stuff.
In Seaview, caller has detained an employee for theft of alcohol, has consumed the alcohol and is intoxicated. Being cooperative at this time, saying he is leaving and driving to Vancouver.
Caller found a bunch of paperwork and notebooks left on street corner, wanting to make sure a residence wasn’t broken into.
A kindergartner was attempted to be dropped off but the only person home was a third grader who didn’t know where his parents are. Child is being brought back to elementary school, which closes in a few minutes.
In Ocean Park, caller and neighbor have had multiple problems, and a deputy just served caller with a restraining order and caller says this is not correct.
A caller says their neighbor’s two German shepherds have tried to attack caller’s kids on a couple of occasions and caller had to get rid of his dogs because the neighbor’s dogs were trying to attack them.
Caller says an intoxicated driver in a big black rig with Oregon plates is swerving all over road and almost rear-ended the caller.
A black Dodge Challenger going well over 100 mph northbound on U.S. 101 went through Chinook.
In Surfside, a black Dodge Challenger with a reckless driver was doing over 100 mph.
Caller reports domestic partner is wrecking and breaking things and drinking heavily. No weapons. Has not hit caller, who is at the neighbor’s.
April 11 — Tools stolen out of back of truck, occurred last night between 3 and 3:30 a.m. Missing are Milwaukee pack-out boxes full of tools.
In Tokeland, employees from tribe are doing work and are driving through caller’s property to access beach area.
In Ocean Park, there is a white Suburban with a homemade trailer and another vehicle on the trailer in the middle of the street. There is not enough room for emergency vehicles to pass, vehicles have been there since 9 a.m.
In Bay Center, a big dog is running around the campground.
In Ocean Park, there are two gigantic pigs running loose. Unknown who the pigs belong to.
In Menlo, there are kids riding four-wheeler ATVs going too fast.

April 12 — Chinook caller asks to speak with an officer regarding theft in the amount of $6,000 from the business. Caller says he has called and was transfered multiple times to voicemail and hasn’t been contacted back.
At 4:03 p.m. a beached 28-foot cruiser reported two miles south of beach approach. Unknown how many on board but one person seen. Dog jumped from boat. Surf rescue contacted.
In Raymond, a caller reports a neighbor’s dog is killing their chickens.
A caller says he has pictures of a vehicle on his property — they broke the lock and drove a truck onto the land.
A Surfside caller says something is going on across the street in a house that’s been vacant for five years.
A caller says someone is cutting maple trees behind a gate on his property.
In Seaview, a caller has a disgruntled male customer who is cursing at caller and won’t leave the store. The man later walked out with unpaid merchandise.
In Ocean Park, a subject walked by caller’s house with a knife in his hand. He said a lot of “F words,” and said, “kill, don’t care” and other words.
April 13 — A caller in the Grayland area says there are two little boys that are lost. Last seen near the dunes. (After considerable excitement, the boys eventually turned up unharmed.)
A black Mustang with a red stripe down the side drove by caller going about 60-70 mph. Two males inside flipped off caller, then headed towards the docks in north county.
In Seaview, a dog has been barking for about two hours and caller would like a deputy to come talk with the neighbor about it.
Caller sees a “telephone pole” with a fire on top of it. PUD notified.
