Summary of Report of Decision

On February 19, 2021, the Hearings Examiner for the City of Long Beach, Washington did issue a report of decision for the following application:

Project: Application CAO V 2021-01, Wincon LLC of La Center, Washington, Variance to al-low approximately 1,320 square feet of indirect wetland impacts in the OTW- Old Town West at 511 Ocean Beach Blvd South.

Decision: Approved per the findings and conditions in the Report of Decision.
