NASELLE – On April 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the annual salad luncheon sponsored by the Naselle Lutheran Church at 308 Knappton Road will be held. The luncheon offering a wide assortment of salads for a donation of $6.

Along with the luncheon, a plant, bake and craft sale will begin at 10:30 a.m. Al Simmuka has more than 500 tomato plants of several varieties he is tending and various other plants will be available. The Lutheran bakers offer traditional goods including Finnish delicacies such cardamom bread and prune tarts. The craft room holds promise of hand worked projects along with quilts made at the Church.

Funds generated from this event will go to support church mission work.
