April 6 — Caller said a suspicious vehicle, a silver SUV, pulled up into the driveway, and when she went out to see who they were, they backed up, turned their lights off and reversed around the corner. The caller has never seen the vehicle before. A female is driving, and they told her she is waiting for someone.
Caller said the neighbors are being violent with each other. They are fighting and thrashing around. The caller is unsure if it’s playful fighting, or if they are mad at each other. It’s a neighbor with an unknown other male. They are drunk.
Caller said they found someone’s car keys by the crystal shop on the main street, and requests a phone call. Another caller, about three hours later, who has a Toyota, said she lost a set of keys.
Caller advised it looks like someone is at the house across the street, a two-story white house. Someone’s bicycle is parked there, lockbox is on the back door. The caller made phone contact with the homeowner, and nobody is supposed to be there. It sounded like someone is in the property owner’s motorhome that’s parked in the driveway.
Caller is out jogging, and a white male with a beard and baggy clothing, in a gray Honda small SUV, is listening to religious music and trying to get the caller into his vehicle. He asked lots of questions about where the caller is staying, and left north on Pacific Highway. The caller is jogging home, but requests a phone call.
Caller had an altercation with a subject on Facebook. Someone brought the subject to the caller’s residence. The driver stayed in the car, but the subject came inside the caller’s residence and tried to fight her, and made threats to beat her up. The subject is intoxicated. They left about 15 minutes ago. The vehicle description or direction of travel are unknown.
Two “youngsters” tried to kick the caller’s door in, the same ones from the other night. Their names are unknown. The subjects took off running down the street towards the high school.
April 7 — Abandoned vehicle: There is a Lexus parked in a parking lot. It has been there for three days with a window open. The caller does not have a plate number and is not on the scene.
Caller said he has people camped in their parking lot in their vehicle, which has an Oregon plate. There is garbage all around the vehicle, and they have been “using the bathroom” behind the building.
Caller reported two motor homes trespassing in her parking lot. They have been there for two weeks, and have been asked to leave twice by the property manager. The caller wants them trespassed from the property, and would prefer to be contacted by phone.
Caller said her storage unit was locked and she tried to contact the subject about her belongings, but the subject hung up on her. She requests a call from an officer.
April 9 — Caller’s friend is having abdominal pain. He’s awake, breathing and responding, but has a history of a heart condition. He’s in really bad pain, above the belly button. His gut, chest and hands are numb, and he’s bloated and coughing.
Caller said their life is in danger, but not immediate danger. A subject and her husband and daughter are threatening the caller for what is considered rape when she got on top of him. They want money, and they’re saying that they prostitute their daughter for millions from friends.
Caller is trying to get her items so she can leave the building, but they are telling her that she has to wait 24 hours to get her items. The caller signed paperwork while she was intoxicated, but is not intoxicated now, and just wants her items.
April 10 — Caller said someone’s daughter, someone else and the church want to put acid in his face. He does not want to be contacted.
Caller said he has a stalker problem. A doctor is monitoring his blood records. He hasn’t been there in a while. He would like a phone call.
Unattended death: Caller was checking on a friend who was sick and lives in a grey house with weathered shingles. The friend was slumped over on the toilet, not breathing.
Caller said a girl was peeing on the side of a building. They got back into a white pickup truck with an Oregon plate that was traveling toward Ocean Park. The caller spoke to them, and they told the caller they had just left the Long Beach Police Department. The caller has pictures, and would like to be contacted.
Transferred to Medix: A subject needs an ambulance. It looks like a fentanyl overdose, with shallow breathing.
Citizen assistance needed: A mental health patient wants to leave. They are on a mental hold.
April 11 — Caller is reporting a subject is trying to break in and shoot her. The caller has not seen anyone, or seen a weapon. When asked how she knows it is the subject breaking in, she disconnected the call.
Vagrancy: A motor home is being set up as a homestead on the west side of the airport. The caller is unsure how long it has been there. A neighbor says it has been moving along a street for the last several days. It’s unknown how many subjects are with the motor home, which has a green pickup attached to the back.
Caller said a brother passed away, and no one should be at his residence. There was a woman who used to live there with the subject, but she has since left. The caller is worried she might return, and the locks have been changed. A white old Suburban is parked at the residence, and a motor home is in the driveway. The porch lights have been left on, but there are no lights inside. The caller will be back.
Caller reported a “little white Honda” hit a deer. The driver and the deer are on the scene.
April 12 — Caller reported a female grabbed her by the shoulders, threw her and then locked herself in the caller’s father’s room. She’s unsure if there are any weapons, and is unsure of the suspect’s name. The caller is bleeding, but denies needing aid. The parties are separated.
Caller wants a welfare check on her ex. He texted a “bunch of depressed stuff” today, insinuating he would commit suicide. It’s unknown if he has any weapons, or if he is drinking or has any drugs. There’s a trailer all the way in the back. A tan RV and a black SUV should be parked there.
Caller said a vehicle has been parked there for over an hour. It’s a gray SUV with a man sitting in it. It’s parked in the manager’s spot, and ”most people don’t do that.” The caller thinks it says “Palisade” on the back. She wants a call back, and wants to know who is parked out there.
Caller wants a welfare check on a neighbor from across the street. She left two hours ago, and said she was going to come back. She’s not answering phone calls or text messages. It’s a one-story little blue house.
A caller said a subject is with a police officer. He is making the floor squeak. The officer can’t restrain him anymore. He needs “back up” immediately. The officer told her that. She can’t prove how he told her that. The subject may kill him tonight. She is getting her information through the floor.
Pacific County Sheriff’s Office
April 6 — Caller said someone entered their house about 45 minutes ago. The caller was asleep when they entered the house, and took off when they saw the caller and her husband. She is unsure if it was male or female, and they have no cameras. The caller said the subject dropped a glove and bear mace. The caller would like to make a report and have a phone call.
Caller said there is a dead deer in the ditch in front of her house, and was wondering if there was any way she can get it removed. They will be available for contact.
The caller’s mother is going to moving away from Ocean Park. Her husband died a few years ago, and she found a old firearm that belonged to him. She wants to dispose of it, and would like a call from a deputy.
Caller said the neighbor is screaming at his dog again, and says he abuses it. It’s a chocolate Lab who lives in a two-story beige house. There’s no crime, the caller is just reporting that he is calling his dog names.
Caller reported an older silver GMC SUV towing a toy hauler. It looked like they were getting ready to dump the trailer right there.
Caller reported a female subject was there breaking windows out of the caller’s trailer. The caller told her she needed to leave, and she got upset. There are no weapons involved. The subject was hiding behind a trailer across the street in the brush, then left walking south.
Caller reported four or five dogs barking next door. It started about 5 a.m., and continues through day and into night. It doesn’t appear anyone is there taking care of them. This has been ongoing for months.
Dispatch reported a 911 open line. There were shuffling/buttons being pushed in the background, then the line disconnected. On recall, a male answered and advised his brother was there, and he got scared.
Someone cut the locks on a Conex box and trailer. It occurred last night, and the caller has a possible suspect. No firearms were stolen. The caller is there now for contact.
Welfare check: It looks like someone is lying in the grass on the north side of an approach, right after a restaurant. The caller thought it was a pile of clothes at first, but it looks more like a body. The caller did not stop and get out, just drove by.
April 7 — Caller can hear a truck spraying, and it sounds like ”hissing.” The caller has called about this previously, and would like an officer to come look.
Spanish-speaking male caller reported an accident “in the mountain.” Two people with injuries are taking themselves to the hospital. The caller advised there are seven to 10 people that are going to stay up there. It’s a two- vehicle accident. The caller had to disconnect. He said it’s his auntie’s phone, and she is going to the hospital.
Attempted suicide: Caller’s husband shot himself. She heard the shot minutes before she called. She said it happened in the back bedroom, and she’s unsure if he is breathing. She does not want to go look. She said her husband was in pain because of cancer, and was off of hospice. His gun is a .22 Ruger handgun, and it was kept in the same room.
Attempted suicide: Caller said a subject is suicidal and sent the caller pictures of her arm bleeding from cutting herself. She sent them a few minutes ago.
Caller reported an employee found a metal box with white substances falling out. The caller believes it is meth. It was found about 45 minutes ago. The caller did not see who left it, and would like contact with an officer about disposing of it.
A female was yelling about someone being on her property. She advised that people are next door, and cutting trees on the neighbor’s property, but doing so while standing on her property. The caller said she had asked them to stay off the property, and he agreed to stay off her property, but when she left to get her phone, they stepped back onto her property.
Caller reported that a brown/black German Shepherd has no cover or shelter, and is on a short chain. It’s an ongoing issue. The other day when it was hot, the dog was locked inside a car. The owner’s name is unknown, but he has a lot of health issues. The caller is available by phone if needed.
April 8 — A vehicle is parked on the shoulder of the road, unoccupied. There’s no front plate, and minimal belongings inside. The rear door has a padlock.
Caller reported fraud alert on a Costco credit card. None of the transactions were approved, and none of the transactions were local. Citibank suggested the caller file a report.
Caller reported a tree is in the road, advised the tree was “big,” and recommended bringing a saw.
Traffic hazard: There is a woman walking, wearing pajama pants, and has bright red hair. She’s trying to jump in front of cars.
Caller saw a guy pull up and abandon his vehicle, a red pickup, right in front of Space No. 15. The caller talked to the guy who dropped it off, and he said he was abandoning it.
Caller reported a motorhome and a truck with a blue tarp have been trespassing on property for five days. There are four to five people coming and going. The caller had no descriptions of the suspects.
A guy is slumped over in his vehicle, and has been like that for about 20 minutes or more. He’s in a gray smaller pickup that has garbage bags in the back. The caller drove by but did not stop, but the guy was in the same spot.
Caller said every crackhead in town is going up the road this week, and the caller thinks they are stripping everything out of the last property. The caller is going to have a neighbor call, too.
Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Caller was driving down the highway, and saw two dogs running in the middle of the highway.
Caller requested a welfare check on a subject the caller has not heard from him since Sunday. He has not been feeling well. He has a wooden gate out front, and behind the wooden gate is a cheesy little fence. He has a black Toyota Tundra that has a trailer behind it. He lives alone and has a dog.
Caller said her husband has been using meth, and he has been in contact for many months with a dealer. She says her husband is with the dealer now, and has not slept in three days. She knows the dealer’s name, and that of his mule/girlfriend who brings it to her husband’s work.
April 9 — Caller can hear screaming from a male/female at a residence west of the caller’s, and can hear someone saying, “can’t do this anymore, what have you done, stop.” Tha names and weapons are unknown, but it’s a little brown house with a white car and a red truck parked outside.
Caller requests that a deputy contact her regarding squatters on the west end of her property. It’s unknown if the people are there now, but there are several vehicles. The caller was also concerned about neighbors dumping garbage on her property.
Caller said that a subject who works for her landlord has been harassing her, saying she’s going to get evicted, following her from her car to her door, screaming and calling her a liar. It’s an ongoing issue.
House check requested: Caller is leaving for the next 10 days, and their nephew is staying at the residence and watching it. There will be a white Kia Forte, white Ford Ranger and a black Ford F150 parked at the residence. No one else is allowed there.
Caller reported there was a note on the car that said “F” you. The caller ran into his ex yesterday, and today he has a note on the car. While driving home today, his ex followed him home. He would like to talk to an officer. She has an order against the caller.
Caller said a subject has been trespassed before, and he was back right before the phone call. He’s a short white male who has a bleached blond pony tail, wearub a blue wind breaker and dark pants. He’s on foot.
Caller saw a girl beating her head on a truck, then she keyed three to four cars in the back parking lot. She was last seen wearing glasses, a camouflage rain jacket, a burgundy hoody and black pants. She was screaming and yelling. It’s unknown where she went.
Caller wants a welfare check on their neighbor. The caller doesn’t know the parents’ names. There are two kids. A minute ago the caller heard screaming, yelling, and slap slap, slap, then the daughter started crying.
Caller has an order against a neighbor, and he’s harassing the caller while doing work in the yard. He’s yelling out the window of a trailer at the caller and his wife.
Caller reported that a female broke into a neighbor’s house and got stuck inside the house. Kicking the front door open is how she got out. She just wandered off, and said something about chasing bunnies. It was a young girl in her early teens, wearing a gray hoodie and black leggings.
Custodial interference: The caller is supposed to have an hour phone call with her daughter every night. The daughter is supposed to be staying with the caller’s husband at an unknown address. The other child told her that her daughter isn’t there, and he’s refusing to tell the caller where her daughter is located. They have a parenting plan. She is available by phone.
Dispatch received a call from an Ocean Park number regarding the missing person case from Astoria. She believes she saw him walking in the area about two hours ago.
Caller said one vehicle is in a ditch. The driver is still in the vehicle. There are no injuries. It’s a red coupe/sedan. The caller left the scene but is available by phone. The vehicle has not been towed yet.
Transferred to Coast Guard: Caller said friends are out in the middle of the water, and are stranded. The boat broke down. Their phone got wet, and isn’t working well. The friends are on a little sport boat commercial clam digging.
Transferred to Washington State Patrol. A drunk driver on the Astoria Bridge is hitting the side of the bridge, and is headed toward Naselle. It was a dark maroon truck pickup with a Washington license plate.
April 10 — Caller said the people across the street in the pull-off are screaming. She isn’t sure how many people there are, but can hear a female. She woke up the caller, who would rather not have an officer stop by so she can go back to bed.
Someone hit a baby deer, and it is still alive in the middle of the road on the lines.
There is someone trespassing on the caller’s property. He was expecting the tenant to move out by Monday. He thinks there are now multiple people moved in there, and he wants them trespassed. It’s unknown who is on the property. He would like contact via phone.
Unsecure premise: Caller has driven past a house for four days straight, and the front door has been open every time. Lights are on downstairs and upstairs, but there are no vehicles in the driveway. The person who used to own it passed away, but he’s unsure if anyone lives there now.
Caller said mother has been diagnosed as schizophrenic, and she recently stopped taking her meds. She has been very paranoid. She lives with her husband, and keeps thinking he is having an affair with the dog and his mom. The caller talked to her mom’s husband, who is at work right now.
Caller said there is an ongoing property dispute over this property. The owner lives in another state, and the caller was given permission to go into the residence to get items yesterday that belong to the caller’s grandfather. The caller was at the property and a deputy asked the caller how the caller was related to the owner, and asked for proof of permission. The caller has that.
Caller is riding a bicycle and wants to know what side of the road is legal to ride. The caller would like a call from an officer
Caller said that about an hour or an hour and a half ago, there was an ATV doing some doughnuts on the golf green, and “tore it up really good.” One customer heard it, and when he got to where it occurred, he saw the damage.
Animal problem: Four peacocks in the road.
Motorist assistance: A vehicle with the hood up was in the roadway. The car was able to be driven enough to a pull off to get it off the roadway, then both subjects were given courtesy transport.
April 11 — Accident: A black Jeep Grand Cherokee was in a ditch, almost on its side. A deputy knocked on the window, but no one is inside. It appears to be locked, and there was no one around. The deputy is unsure when the accident occurred.
Caller said a subject’s brother is being rude. He showed up at the subject’s house screaming and cussing at her, and threatening her. The caller disconnected, and is trying to call her back.
Caller advised they just had an officer there for a domestic situation, and the subject took off in the caller’s car, a white 2017 Ford Taurus. The subject didn’t have permission to take the vehicle. The subject left in an unknown direction, but is possibly headed to the Long Beach area.
Caller said the driver’s side window broke out of the vehicle while driving. It’s a white 2003 Toyota Sequoia. It was either shot out, or a big truck went by and possibly threw up a rock. The caller is at the Sheriff’s Office for contact.
Caller has a protection order against a neighbor, and that includes their animals. Their dog is in the caller’s yard.
Caller said a subject fell out of bed. He’s not awake, but he’s breathing. It looks like he threw up. He had recent surgery. The caller is not able to move him. He’s changing color and not breathing. He has a pacemaker. It’s unknown how long ago he fell.
Caller said a mother’s boyfriend is putting his hands on her. There are no weapons. It’s a brown house with a U-Haul, a tan Chevy Spark, and gray four-door car parked outside. The male pushed the caller outside and locked the door. The caller advises there is a child inside the residence, which an aunt is en route to pick up.
Someone’s red Mercedes sedan got a flat tire around 11 a.m., and they never came back for it. It has a Washington plate, and it’s parked in the middle of the road. Owner arrived to fix the tire around 5 p.m.
Caller is headed into Seaview following a pickup truck swerving all over the roadway causing traffic to be backed up. It’s a beige Chevy with a silver/tan white canopy on the back.
Caller said a neighbor was partying after midnight on Wednesday night. It was loud, with people talking and dogs barking. They are long-term renters. The caller wants a deputy to go talk to them about the noise ordinance.
Caller said there are people in a brownish Chrysler sedan with Oregon plates, and thinks they are doing drug deals. It’s unknown if they are male or female. He says he spoke to an officer about it a couple of days ago, and just saw the other vehicle drive by again. The caller wants a phone contact.
At a gas station, the caller said a female approached her and said she had a miscarriage, and threw the baby in the ocean. The female is not wet, and not bleeding. It’s unknown if what she is saying is true.
Welfare check: A subject has been suicidal, and checked himself in, but then told them he wasnt suicidal and left. This happened about an hour ago, and the caller would like to talk to an officer.
Caller said a neighbor has been making harassing statements, and came outside and started calling people nazis.
Caller reported that a neighbor knocked on the door asking for an officer, claiming to have been assaulted, then left the property to find another neighbor. He was a male with no beard and no further description.
Traffic hazard: Caller said two people are stuck and stopped in the middle of the road. They broke down on the northbound side, and the caller almost hit them, as they don’t have hazard lights on. One vehicle “broke down,” and another is sitting behind it.
April 12 — Welfare check: Caller was speaking with a friend on the phone who is going through a rough period of his life. He was drinking, and he broke stuff in the house. The caller is worried about his well-being, and would like to be contacted.
Caller reports that people are driving by, spraying his shrubbery (“it is the real deal”). This has been going on for a while. The caller does not have any suspects, as he cannot see who is spraying, due to it being dark.
Yesterday the caller was pushed down in the road by his neighbor’s hired help. The caller doesn’t want an ambulance, but his legs are hurting.
Caller said her husband was walking down the street, and he was attacked. She knows the attacker’s name, but it’s unknown if he had any weapons. He has red hair. Her husband said the attacker walked across the street and put his hands on him.
A subject pulled and pointed a black pistol at the caller. The subject is a tall male, wearing jeans and walking a small dog. The subject went to his apartment house. He lives on the lower floor. The caller knows the subject’s name.
Caller wants a welfare check on his wife and two kids. They are separated right now, and the caller is supposed to have his kids as of yesterday, but she isn’t answering or texting back. They have a parenting plan.
An RV has been parked on Stringtown Road by the airport for about a week, and it smells like sewage. A green pickup is parked with it, and there’s a temporary tag on the RV.
Caller said a subject was supposed to stop at a property, and bring her a washer. And now he’s not responding. The subject is in a “moving truck,” and she doesn’t know what it is. She just knows that it’s “the mover,” and she heard from him about 15 minutes ago.
Caller said there are four dogs that have been running loose, and just attacked his dogs through the fence for the third time, and he’s reported it already. He said that yesterday, the dogs were on his property circling him. Three of the dogs belong to one subject, and one belongs to a different subject.
Caller said the neighbor’s dog got out and is chasing her kids.
Caller said the dogs are still barking. Two dogs are penned in, fed once a day. They bark all the time, and her brother-in-law has dementia. He said that he was going to shoot the dogs. She said she has called, and no one has called her back. Her brother-in-law doesn’t have any guns that she knows of.
Caller is locked out and she has been trying to call them, but nobody is answering. The caller’s key is not working. Six minutes later she called back and said her key was working now, and she no longer needed help.
Caller said a vehicle pulled up next to him and turned her music on, blasting it. He is in his motor home, and went out to see if he could help her, and she flipped him off and was being rude. It was a white car, four-door. He could only see the female in the car. The caller didn’t know where he was.
