Fall is the giving season on the Long Beach Peninsula. Please check out the Fall Giving Campaign sponsored by the Pacific Community Foundation. On their website you can find the 2023 Giving Catalog where many of the Peninsula’s local organizations and nonprofits have presented worthy projects asking for your donations. Especially important to me is the project at the Peninsula Senior Activity Center. PSAC is seeking donations to help fund its planned addition. The first step is building a connecting hallway in the existing center, which will direct users from the entrance to the event room and to the future addition. Erik Fagerland & Associates have completed the construction documents and application for permits is underway. Help PSAC expand its services and programs by supporting expansion of its facility.
