Welcome Participants and Spectators to the 40th Anniversary of the Rod Run to the End of the World Car Show presented by the Beach barons car Club.
As the President of this organization, I am thrilled to extend a welcome to all participants and spectators to our 40th year of hosting this event. The show takes place in Ocean Park, WA on what was once a cow pasture known as Wilson Field. This pasture was purchased and renovated by the members of the Beach Barons Car Club who care for and maintain it to the condition you see here today. The event holds a special place in our hearts as it symbolizes the passion, camaraderie, and sheer excitement that define our Hot Rod community.
To all participants, whether showing your classic or custom car or simply joining us to admire the cars on display, I express my appreciation for your support and enthusiasm. Our club members have worked all year to make this, our 40th year, a great event for you to enjoy.
To our spectators, I invite you to immerse yourself in the exciting atmosphere of the Rod Run, where the sights and sounds of classic cars create an electrifying energy that is truly contagious. Your presence adds an extra layer of joy and vibrancy to our event, and we are grateful for your support.
As we prepare to embark on our 40-year milestone, I encourage everyone attending to cherish every moment, forge new friendships, and create lasting memories of what we consider, the best car show in the Pacific Northwest. However, please do not take my word for it. I encourage you to read the comments of others and leave your own thoughts/suggestions on our website: www.info@beachbarons.com. Please note, this is the only, and the official communication site for the Beach Barons Car Club.
In closing, I would like to thank all participants, spectators, volunteers, county commissioners, public works personal, law enforcement agencies, merchants, local organizations, and most of all, my fellow club members. This event could not take place without the total cooperation of all involved. Thank You!
Lastly, I must ask everyone to please respect the rules of the road, and the rules of the Beach Barons Car Club. In the past we have received complaints that some of our rules do not sit well, however, we do have our reasons, and will enforce them just as the law enforcement agencies will enforce theirs. So please, no pets on the field and no consumption of alcohol during our event.
Respectfully,
Mark Cady
President,
Beach Barons Car Club
