I wanted to send out a big thank you to the staff at Ocean Beach Medical Clinic in Naselle. I am a nurse practitioner student at WSU and it has been such a pleasure working with Jolene, Tim and Lori.

Lori Sharrow is so dedicated to her patients and community that it is inspiring to have been a part of it this semester. Lori is a wonderful teacher and really takes the time needed to help me understand the complex world of practicing medicine. The time and care she puts into every visit with her patients in admirable. All her patients tell me how much they love Lori and are grateful for the time she takes to really listen to them. I do not think that I could have had a better assignment for my first clinical experience. Lori considers her patient’s family and you can see and feel how much she cares.

Tim is so easy to work with and always willing to lend a hand or a listening ear. He is great with patients and incredibly efficient in all his duties.

Jolene is the piece that holds this clinic together. She has such a fun and happy attitude that it makes the workday enjoyable every day! Jolene is excellent at her job and goes above and beyond to get patients where they need to be. Jolene greets everyone with a smile and a laugh!

I have never worked in a more loving, respectful, peaceful, or encouraging place. I am so thankful for the time that I have spent learning with the Naselle team. In fact, I loved it so much that I signed up to come back again next spring for my final semester of clinicals! Ocean Beach sure set up Naselle with a stellar team. Thank you for letting me be a part of it!
