I see where the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service wants to eliminate 400,000 barred owls to help save the spotted owl population.

Wow! Just think how many salmon and steelhead and other fish would be saved if they would eliminate 400,000 seals and sea lions? But there is no money in eliminating or maintaining the seals and sea lions. The more they declare the salmon and steelhead threatened or endangered, the more money will pour in to fix so called “salmon enhancement projects” that probably won’t increase the fish population. So, the environmental groups and the Native American tribes who complain about the fish problem will just sit back with their hand out waiting for their next paycheck.

The more they list salmon and steelhead as endangered the more money they will get.
