Community members filled a room with presents for local children during the Rotary Club’s Christmas Angel Project.

The Rotary Club of SW Pacific County-Peninsula would like to send a huge thank you to the generous members of this community that made the Christmas Angel Project a great success.

You are the “Angels” who helped 128 families and 292 children to have a wonderful Christmas. In addition to the unknown number of “Angels” who picked up angels and provided gifts, we would like to thank the other volunteers who supported the Rotarian volunteers.

For pick-up day, there were Larry Raymer, Rick Dunbar, gift wrappers Lorna Batt and Diane Carter, and sorter Patty King. On distribution day we had Michael Goldberg, Jason Coffin, and Justyce Patana. A special thanks to Rotarian Dorothy Le for chairing the event with great support from Rotarians Dan Nydegger and Lynn Raymer.

Again, thanks to all who gave time, money, and kindness. Ours is a most-giving community.
