Nov. 17 — Subject in a red Honda is slumped over and not responding at the beach approach.

Someone is trying to break into an apartment building, playing with the locks; it is a code lock and they are trying to break the code. One male and one female, both are tall.

Caller has a customer asking for police. He is deaf and somewhat mute, has a cut to his head, came running in frantically.

Nov. 18 — Caller believes there is a fire in their apartment, “can smell the things from the apartment, like when he opens a bad refrigerator.”

Customer came in and asked for police. Says someone who attacked him yesterday is at the storage units in downtown Ilwaco.

Caller driving through Ilwaco saw two people in blankets pulling parts out of a car.

Nov. 19 — Debris on fire in the roadway.

Last night as caller went to her car “a crazy lady ran across the street and tried to get into the car.” Caller’s friend gave the lady a ride to Seaview.

Two-car accident between a white pickup and white Dodge Journey. Both drivers are outside their vehicles, no injuries.

Patient eloped from the hospital; if police see her on the street, could they bring her back to get her IV out of her arm.

Nov. 20 — Dispatcher heard screaming and fighting in the background; a child came on phone, followed by a man who hung up when asked what was happening.

Nov. 21 — Caller says PUD trucks are driving fast by her house, other people also drive fast by her house every morning.

“There is a woman in the laundry room and she is behaving erratically and not supposed to be there. Skinny, grey hoodie, carrying a garbage bag, heading to the grocery store.”

Juvenile just punched caller in face.

Nov. 22 — Eight-foot round metal propane cover flew off and is hitting vehicles.

Single-vehicle accident blocking the northbound lane, a Mercedes, female is out of the vehicle.

Known felon begging for money outside the Long Beach Post Office and he’s getting pretty pushy with people who aren’t giving him money.

Three or four people are walking around with a flashlight, caller can see them from his house.

Nov. 23 — Old rusted beat-up truck keeps driving back and forth in front of home, one male, now parked across from residence. Caller is in her car and is scared to get out of vehicle.

Subject came in the library saying they can hear someone screaming for help, unknown problem.

Nov. 17 — Caller says she woke up to a large explosion, like gunfire, but louder than a rifle or pistol. Subject still has power. Caller wants an officer to drive through the area.

A dog has been tied up to a makeshift box on a short chain for the last three months, is being abused.

Brindle boxer dog stolen about one and a half weeks ago; caller has been sick with covid and they are just now testing negative and trying to handle situation. Subjects say the dog had been at their residence twice and they were going to keep it.

Caller adopted a dog that was living at end of road. It has been living at caller’s residence and they’ve taking care of dog for months. Subjects just came onto caller’s property and stole dog.

Chevy Silverado is in the ditch, slid off the road, no injuries.

Nov. 18 — Someone broke into caller’s business and stole tools and supplies.

Caller walking kids across street to Sheldon Field for recess every day this week has had cars go through crosswalk while trying to cross.

Reporting party, who lives in California, would like a check done on her grandkids. She received a strange phone call, she said it sounded like a kid in distress saying they couldn’t find their sister and then hung up.

A person across the street in Ocean Park has an extension cord running across the street and is stealing power from the caller.

Vandalism — graffiti on one of the substation power boxes.

Caller just caught someone from the neighboring house throwing debris over the fence into the yard.

Caller left this morning and the fifth wheel was locked and cats were inside, came home and door was open and cats were out. Had locks changed recently and doesn’t appear anyone was inside or stole anything.

Truck in the ditch at south end of 101 alternate.

Female slipped and fell and hit her head.

Nov. 19 — Just heard a loud bang coming from inside residence; caller is in the bedroom with her two kids.

Dump truck filled with brush has driven by twice, today dragging a large branch. Caller concerned that it’s going to drop debris on the road and cause a traffic hazard.

Caller’s car was parked out front of his house in Ocean Park and was hit.

Older gentleman has come in the last two or three days and has bought over $3,000 in gift cards for specific stores, buys about 10 at once. Caller said they have asked about the gift cards and his story has changed. Store is concerned he is being scammed.

White DOT pickup truck went into ditch and hit a tree, driver’s stuck inside smoking vehicle.

Tree down across the road blocking both lanes.

Half mile north of Bay caller just ran over tree that has fallen down into the road.

Tree down at Pacific and 180th, power lines down.

Tree down that is resting on a power line.

Large tree down across both lanes of U Street, cars are able to make it under.

Telephone pole is down and the wires are still attached to it, blocking both lanes.

Nov. 20 — Male in a blue Nissan with “creative graffiti” said that he has no gas and no water.

Gentleman walking back and forth across the street, looks like he is trying to get hit by a car.

Between Camp One and Willipa Road a dog is wandering with leash dragging, looking scared.

She let her ex borrow a tablet and he hasn’t returned it.

Mushroom pickers trespassing, wearing black ski masks, can be seen on game camera.

Caller just passed by someone waving in Seaview, thinks they wrecked their car, saw headlights in the ditch.

Nov. 21 — A couple miles south of South Bend a white car went off roadway into a tree. Patient is semi alert, fire district is on scene.

Black German shepherd killed the caller’s chicken.

Caller wants someone to make sure a fire in the area is only someone burning wood; it smells like plastic and other things that shouldn’t be burned.

Caller was in a car accident with her grandson, left scene and drove home. The other vehicle took off.

Caller reports a stolen handgun.

Caller received texts stating her Apple order was on the way, yesterday two Apple orders arrived and now she has up to $2,000 in charges to her account.

Vehicle rolled into the ditch, people still inside, both conscious and breathing.

Subjects in Ocean Park area have been picking psilocybin mushrooms and took a camera and disabled it and the sim card.

Resident is getting out of control, yelling and screaming, slamming on the divider.

Woman yelling “Help me please!!!!” Hung up. Called back, yelling in background with a woman saying “I gotta cover your ass.” Hung up.

Someone drove by and shot a gun four times, then kept driving and shot four more times. It was a smaller, older car. It is dark out and caller was unable to see the car as it drove by.

Mushroom pickers are back and trespassing.

Nov. 22 — On her way to see [redacted], apparently he has been driving drunk daily and he had been to jail for pointing a gun at a female.

His house was sold without his permission and he also wants to report a car being stolen.

Female hit by car, still in the roadway. LifeFlight out of Astoria will be 20 minutes out, 11:12 arrival time, if they are delayed will call back.

Some $50,000 in property theft done by the landlords. They stole his brand new Nash trailer, threatened him and made him fear for his life.

Lots of smoke in the house and smoke alarms are going off, does not see flames.

Tree down across the road, leaning over one lane past the fire station.

Neighbor just put raw chicken on her jeep, has been harassing her for a while now.

Their dog “mauled” her partner’s arm. Dog is locked in kennel and caller denied need for ambulance. Within the last week the dog has shown more aggression and caller said they can’t have the dog in their home.

Caller is being threatened by a man who was supposed to fix his RV.

Ongoing issue with neighbor and their loose pit bull.

Nov. 23 — Someone cut all the ropes for the golf carts.

Caller is being followed on State Route 6 heading westbound, being followed by a black Mustang.

Subject is in a drunken rage and threatening to hurt a female. He has broken several windows.
