Few words can describe the sick feeling I have right now, after watching the obvious ambush of Zelensky in the White House. But it’s even worse to hear the Republicans like Vance, Rubio, Graham and others somehow blame Zelensky for being disrespectful. A conservative commentator questioning Zelensky’s attire — ‘Why don’t you wear a suit?’ — made it totally queasy!

There is no historical account to compare with this. Imagine if we suddenly during World War II decided to help Hitler instead of the allies? Voting with North Korea, Russia and Putin against Ukraine in the United Nations was a prelude. Perhaps it was retribution for Zelensky not bowing to the blackmail that got Trump impeached the first time.

I have tried to raise the alarm over Trump and the Republican mandate of Project 2025. I predicted most of this, but it is worse and faster than I envisioned. The disillusioned people who voted to get prices down are now watching them go up and the stock market crash.

What Trump and his bought co-president Musk are doing is to eliminate our government as we know it! Not to improve it, but to privatize all they can for their billionaire class to snap up at bargain prices. The retribution Trump spoke of is in full swing, starting with the abhorrent pardoning of all his criminal supporters.

I pray we will have midterm elections to possibly put the brakes on, but even that seems to be in question.
