Dec. 8 — A caller said her sister told her it’s harassment and elder abuse for asking her mom questions about her past and how her mom truly feels about her. She would like to speak to an officer to answer her questions.
Dec. 9 — Neighbors are screaming. Caller listed a bunch of people it could be and would like an officer to just tell the subjects who are screaming to stop.
Vehicle in employee parking lot was involved in a hit and run about 8 a.m.

Three gray/black poodle-type dogs are attacking a duck and chickens at city park, running around in the area, no owner around.
Caller came out of bathroom and was attacked by five squatters; no weapons but it keeps happening, ongoing for three years. Yesterday they had a gun. Caller said she had to go and disconnected.
Caller left for work and a female entered her RV and vandalized it.
Guest is refusing to leave caller’s residence, has been living there for almost a year, not on lease/hasn’t paid anything. Caller was trying to help her out and now she won’t leave.
Intoxicated guest is causing some problems.
Dec. 10 — Male subject is standing by a car and is as “high as a kite,” he can hardly hold his head up.
Female calling because she needed to get rid of someone in her house. He has left, but he threatened to kill her this morning. Male masturbated on her leg and her dog tried to bite him, and then he threw a book at her. Female has been drinking today. Male has been in and out of her house.
Dec. 11 — Caller says her car was hit; not sure if it happened while she was at the post office or at her house. There is passenger-side damage, deep scratches. She last used her car Sunday and just noticed the damage. Unknown who did it.
Caller says he just hit a female with his car, possible head injury. Call transferred to Medix. He stated that he hit the lady at 35 mph and she was thrown about 30 feet.
A man is lying on the ground, drunk as can be and verbally abusive. Caller says he is alive and well and breathing.
Dec. 12 — Caller says they received a letter a month and a half ago from the city attorney stating a vagrancy problem would be addressed, but it seems to be getting worse. More people are living there than before, subjects have a generator, and two subjects over there now.
Vehicle wrecked on the road. Caller believes it is a truck from earlier involving someone with a breathing problem that fled the scene.
Drone flying near the Salt Hotel bounced off of caller’s vehicle, no damage visible.
Dec. 13 — Caller says she hit a possible power line and it went over her vehicle.
Cable hanging down in front of the post office.
Dec. 14 — Black and white dogs are muddy and matted, seem lost.

Dec. 8 — There are people in caller’s parking lot who shouldn’t be there.
A woman is on caller’s property, screaming and yelling; markings all up and down her legs.
A subject is trespassing on caller’s property; put a trailer in the driveway and is inside.
Caller saw two people cross the golf course then go into the RV storage facility. There shouldn’t be anyone there right now.
Vehicle with Florida plates showed up in a campsite last night and the person is nowhere to be found.
Male subject has been drinking and is trying to drive, has been doing nothing but screaming and has been verbally aggressive the last few days.
Friends just got into a wreck in front of caller’s house. They were turning in the driveway and someone passed them on the left and hit them while they were turning.
Every night there are cars running up and down to the drug house down the street. She is calling because the cars wake her up.
Dec. 9 — Juvenile got mad at her mom because she took her iPad; kicked her mom and took off.
A vehicle stopped in the roadway and caller can hear someone yelling.
Female is yelling from her window at the employees who drive by the house on their way to work that the open internet is compromising her safety.
Someone tried to break into caller’s storage shed. She has them on camera attempting to break in; they never got into it but did damage to their trailer and shed.
Caller said she is going out to a property with her dad to confront individuals and insist they remove all the vehicles and RVs off the property.
Caller took his vehicle to a repair shop and they did not work on it. Said they did damage while they had it and charged him for work not needed. Caller has five others who have had similar experiences, and caller wants the shop owners charged with fraud.
Vicious dog out roaming around an Ocean Park neighborhood. This is the eighth time he has called about this mean dog this year.
In Seaview some people are inside caller’s house harassing him over money. Caller is locked in his bedroom, dispatcher can hear yelling in the background.
City worker was flagged down by a female who says there is a large homeless camp. They were being very loud and she was scared.
Caller is petsitting in Ocean Park and there is a male in backyard messing with the fence. Caller tried to ask what he is doing and he won’t answer.
Seaview caller says roommates are being too loud and won’t listen to caller; playing loud music, have been causing problems all day, officers have been there twice already today.
In Nahcotta, “There is a male in the middle of the street and stuff.”
Dec. 10 — Caller can hear people yelling outside of her house, and there are a couple vehicles going up and down the road in front. “Can only hear cuss words.”
Someone stole stuff off property last night, also broke into truck and trailer. They are there again right now getting into caller’s vehicle.
There’s a male in a car that is pointed down into a ditch. Male told her he swerved to miss a deer.
“Husband fell, is bleeding from the face, then husband gets on the phone and said that he didn’t fall and he is not bleeding. His wife is in hospice and she woke up and thought he fell. Caller said that he is free to speak, and he will take the phone away from his wife.”
Caller heard a loud “bang” outside of the house. Doesn’t see anything outside right now, but insists his wife heard something.
Two females arguing/engaging in physical assault inside; unknown who they are; accusing each other of hitting one another. Caller did witness one female punch the other.
Assistance requested for report of a bear in a house that’s under construction.
Boat tampered with; had report of boat sinking Saturday night. Someone turned off batteries and pumps.
A female was on caller’s property, carrying a black bag that possibly has oysters in it.
In Seaview a door was ajar on caller’s deck, glass is broken, the place is trashed. Caller has been gone for several nights. Suspects it could be druggies from the end of street.
Two males were at caller’s front gate and one looked like he had a firearm on his side, so caller’s daughter ran and jumped over the fence and hurt her leg but doesn’t want an ambulance.
Illegal burn, but no out of control flames. They are burning things they should not be.
Someone dumped furniture on caller’s property.
Someone is beating on caller’s windows and doors. Thinks it’s her son.
Dec. 11 — Caller says that for “the last five years things have been happening, caller’s ID has been stolen and they connected his ID to his mother’s ID, caller has been harassed and threatened.”
Someone has dumped a bunch of needles at Bay Center boat launch.
Older small dog running around area, causing traffic issue.
Neighbor’s plates were stolen, happened in the last week or two.
Caller’s daughter noticed the lug nuts were removed from the rear driver-side tire and thrown all over the yard from caller’s husband’s truck.
Dog gets left out in the back of a truck all night long and barks all night long.
Theft of a hot cocoa, possibly other items, happened a little while ago.
Caller can hear a male screaming “help, help me.” Cannot see anyone.
Dec. 12 — Caller was elk hunting and he fell in the water, his phone also fell in; he is wet and needs help. His hunting partner walked off. Both subjects later reported found.
Girlfriend is yelling and trying to take the cable box.
Abandoned mobile home that is falling apart, in front of it is a camp trailer full of garbage and rats and raccoons. Caller wants it removed because it’s close to his well.
Dec. 13 — Female has overdosed, no Narcan available. CPR administered for about 10 minutes. Unknown what was taken. Maybe heroin.
Yesterday caller almost hit someone’s light brown dog with a black nose as it ran in the road; this has occurred several times.
Dangerous pedestrian walking along the highway in northbound lane on traffic side of fog line; caller almost hit him with his mirror.
Tools were stolen, total of over $10,000; also company phone and two business signs.
Squatters on caller’s property; neighbor called and told her they have dug a well and built a house. They are not supposed to be on the property. Caller does not know who they are.
Someone is cutting trees and leaving debris on Knappton Road.
Caller requesting a female deputy for a juvenile who won’t listen to her parents.
Someone knocked on caller’s door and she doesn’t see anyone. They woke her up.
Dec. 14 — There is a truck flipped in the ditch.
Boyfriend got into caller’s face and was being aggressive, broke some picture frames and threatened to burn the house down.
A tree down blocking both lanes.
Responder says he was at an accident and is going to pull the caller’s out, but has to go get a different tow truck; believes it’s a different accident than one this morning in the same location.
Vehicle upside down, caller can smell fuel, driver is out of the vehicle, pain in stomach, blood coming from leg. Life Flight advised 30-minute ETA but time could change.
Caller is broke down in the woods, transmission went out.
Water is hitting the rocks and throwing the rocks onto the highway in the southbound lane, large waves coming onto the road.

Neighbor’s pit bull charges caller’s mother and caller is concerned it will attack. Dogs are not contained by a fence and allowed to roam.

Wood and debris blocking northbound lane. Hoarding house with debris piles that have slid into roadway.
Caller just got home and there are two people in an old blue Chevy parked in their parking lot. Caller asked them what they were doing and they tried to leave and the driver hit a light pole, flipped him off and took off.
