Long Beach Police Department

April 13 — Caller requested a welfare check. The caller can’t get into their client’s house, and it’s not normal for the house to be locked. The caller goes there every Sunday.

A found wallet is at the police station. Three hours later, a caller wanted to know if anyone turned in a black wallet lost on the beach. The caller is available by phone.

Caller said a white truck drives by her house, but no one speaks to her. They “go away” really fast. She thinks that they are only driving on a certain street. She said that she takes offense at the Nazi flag, and she doesn’t think that Long Beach wants this stuff in town.

Caller reported possible child abuse. The caller can only hear, but not see, the dad yelling at the child, and the child crying. It’s been going for the last hour. .

Caller said a guy passed out in a blue car with a California plate. There’s a wide awake young kid in the back of the car.

April 14 — Dispatch reported a hangup. There have been several calls from this number in the last couple of months.

There’s a white truck with “Chevy” written on the back window with a male subject inside smoking something, attempting to leave. The caller said he appears “messed up and shouldn’t be driving.” The caller didn’t see keys in the ignition, and thinks it’s possibly hot wired.

Open 911 line: Buttons are being pushed, and a small child said hello, then disconnected. On recall, the person who answered was not aware of any emergency.

April 15 — Caller said a baby is screaming. They told it to shut up and lay down, and the dad is slamming cupboards and is stomping. The baby has been screaming for 45 minutes. Dispatch attempted to ask further questions, and the lady hung up.

A female under the influence of drugs is taking a nap in a play tube. She has been smoking outside the caller’s business for the last 1.5 hours. She has black hair, and was last seen wearing a midriff shirt and a zippy sweater.

April 16 — Transferred to Medix: A female passed out and hit a tree. The car is not blocking traffic. It’s a blue Toyota Rav 4.

Transferred to Medix: Someone is overdosing, and has been given Narcan twice. The patient is in a blue car.

Caller said she hears something in her attic, thinks it may be a subject she knows, or something that he did.

April 17 — A teenaged driver was passing people in a small grey or silver Subaru wagon while there was oncoming traffic. The same car passed the caller yesterday. The car is parked in the second row of the parking lot at the end.

Caller said a subject is in an apartment threatening him through the walls, and says he is going to punch him in the face. It’s something to do with the Taliban. An officer handled this by phone.

A mental subject is texting 911. The neighbors are in the Taliban. The caller says he went to school with the governor’s daughter, and he thinks the neighbors want to hurt her. He tried contacting the governor’s office, but it didn’t work. He says he can’t be insane or have anxiety right now because he just had a blood draw done.

Caller said a subject tore apart the house, and the caller just cleaned it. He wants someone to come see it. Someone is yelling at the caller. He took a shower, and wants his sister back, she is helping homeless people. Someone is doing meth in the caller’s bathroom with his girlfriend, and a subject spat in her face. He is rambling about different things, and is upset.

April 18 — Caller needs help getting out of her room, she is afraid. She can hear people yelling, and says they are both inside and outside. The neighbors had a party earlier, and she can still hear yelling, and she is scared.

Agency assistance: A patient is in on an Involuntary Treatment Act. She is threatening to leave, and making her way toward the door.

Caller walked into the Long Beach Police Department. A domestic violence assault occurred in the morning of April 3. A domestic violence packet was provided to the victim.

Caller advised that his brother molested his other brother a long time ago, and says it happened in Washington state. When asked how long ago, and where in Washington state, the caller was unable to answer. No other information was given.

April 19 — There is a red-headed police officer who lives around the corner who is trying to cover up a situation. He is talking to two subjects, and saying he’s not using ethics any more.

Caller stated she needs backup because a subject just went into the neighbor’s apartment and is beating a man in there. She stated she saw him go inside, and can hear him talking.

Caller said some doctor with brunette hair sounds like he is really angry next door. “I don’t do anything and he thinks it’s funny. Everyone assaults me. They said they medicated me with something to keep me awake. I don’t know what to say … I guess the head doctors here just want to assault everybody …”

Caller said a subject is manic, he is having mental health issues. Last night the subject slammed something into the door, and there is a hole. The subject is in his bedroom.

Caller said the neighbor’s dogs were roaming around without a leash. There are two dogs, one large brindle pitbull mix, and the other is a small black chihuahua-type dog. The caller said they have had a problem in the past, and dogs have tried attacking the caller’s dog before.

Caller said a male is screaming. She has not seen any weapons. He is holding something in his hands, but she doesn’t know what it was. She wants him out. He’s yelling about pillows. She said she doesn’t know the subject’s name. She will be going back to the front office.

It looks like someone is leaning over the side of the bridge, a younger male. She was near Vetters when she called.

Pacific County Sheriff’s Office

April 13 — Caller said a dog caught someone walking down the road. He was all dressed in black. The caller thinks it’s weird he was walking in the middle of the night.

Caller can hear someone in his front yard yelling. He had someone try to break in last year. It sounded like a male screaming, but he didn’t want to look. He is worried someone is trying to break in because it has happened before. He thinks they might be trying to lure him outside.

A car went off the road. It’s a light blue 1998 Saturn, and it’s on the westbound side of the road. The caller believes there are no injuries.

There is a two-car accident with unknown injuries. It’s a silver truck and Volkswagen car. The automatic crash notification says it’s a severe car crash.

Caller said a house door is open. The owner passed away a couple of days ago, and the caller thinks people might be looting.

Scam: Caller got a call saying she has a federal warrant for not showing up for jury duty out of Pacific County. They asked her to pay over the phone. She wants to speak to a deputy.

Caller can hear a loud, fast beeping alarm coming from somewhere in the area, but is not sure where it’s coming from.

Caller’s son came home, and said he was put in a chokehold at the park by two subjects. This isn’t the first time one of the subjects has harassed him. Spoke to the son, and he didn’t want an ambulance. He said originally they had been playing “bump,” and they were all joking around.

Vehicle prowl: Caller said someone broke into a car outside of the church between 1 and 4 p.m. A bag full of auto parts was stolen.

The neighbor’s dogs have been barking since 9 p.m. This has been going on all weekend. An officer checked the area, and he did observe a couple of dogs barking off and on.

April 14 — Caller said she is trying to get her stuff from her ex-boyfriend, and he’s refusing to give her the stuff. He charged her, and shot a pellet gun at her and her boyfriend about 30 minutes ago. He is now in a fifth wheel, and it’s unknown if he still has a pellet gun. The caller is inside a tent on the property. He has been physical. He tried to grab her phone, and pushed her around.

Caller said cars are using the road as a raceway, and this just occurred. It’s a white 1990s Honda “hatchback,” and a 2000s white two-door Mazda hatchback, and an old yellow Mitsubishi from the 1980s or 1990s. There are dirt bikes. It’s ongoing, and the caller hasn’t seen any patrols on the road. The caller doesn’t want to be contacted, they just want someone to be aware of it.

Caller said she let a person stay in the house in February, and now she wants her removed. She has not gone to the court for eviction papers. She told her to leave by Monday, and the person has not left.

A worker heard someone screaming for help in a briar patch in the area. It’s an elderly male who seems in distress, but doesn’t appear to need aid. The worker is still on the scene.

Caller is not at the property, but reports there is trespassing occurring from the neighbors. A male is coming onto the caller’s property. There have been warnings, and they have been told.

Fraud: Caller was told she got a package that was delivered, but she didn’t get it. But the delivery company, Fed Ex, said it was delivered and closed the report.

Scam: Caller said her husband received a call from a male identifying himself as Sgt. Darryl Leonard, who said there was a citation for failure to appear in court. The sergeant advised them they needed to bring $2,000 in cash and an ID, and if they didn’t show up, he would issue a warrant. The caller requests contact from an officer.

There’s a kid riding wide open on the road on a quad, possibly going 50 to 60 mph. It’s a red crotch rocket, sounds like it’s possibly at the corner. This has been ongoing for the last 20 minutes.

Caller has been parking her car at the neighbors’ because a group of guys have been trying to steal it. They were here this morning, and they had to leave. She thinks she knows the people who are trying to steal it. She said that she put an arm on it, and they replaced it with an arm, and now she can’t drive it.

There’s a three-car accident with a Toyota pickup, a Honda Odyssey and a second Toyota pickup.

A cow is stuck in the river. Cows are in a ditch in a river and can’t get out. Public assistance will be provided to help with the removal of the cows from the river.

A pink phone was put off to the side of the road with its flashlight on. The caller hopes someone wasn’t taken, and the phone left behind. The caller’s son found it. It looked broken. It was in the middle of the road, but he moved it to the side.

Caller had an altercation with the neighbor about loud music about an hour ago. And then he threatened to harm their dog. An officer spoke with the caller, who wanted it documented that she had a verbal altercation with the neighbor.

A female went for a walk, and is lost in the woods behind her house. She is unable to reach her parents.

April 15 — Caller would like to speak to a deputy to make a report and press charges against a subject. She’s unsure of the last name. The caller would like a phone call, or to be seen in
person.

Caller has documents of a fraud that occurred last night. They have the information, and want to trespass this person. They also have photos from the cameras. They don’t know her name, but she was verbally accosting employees last night, too, and used several different cards.

A customer had a power outage due to nonpayment, and made threats to the PUD worker.

Caller requested a welfare check on their sister, who lives alone. They talk irregularly, but have been texting for the last week. The caller is not able to make contact with her now due to restrictions on the sister’s phone. The last contact was via text on April 7. It’s unknown if there are any vehicles there.

Caller thinks their neighbor violated a restraining order. The neighbor is not supposed to be within 5 feet of their property, and she had her garbage can on “their” property.

Transferred to Coast Guard: An 18-foot boat with five aboard at the Tokeland Marina is taking on water. Dispatch attempted to transfer the call to the Coast Guard multiple times, but there was no answer, so they had to transfer the call to another Coast Guard number.

A female came into the store, who had been there earlier, and the caller said they were trying to trespass her. She has now left, and was last seen heading west. She was last seen wearing a light blue jacket, and her hair was in long dark braids.

Agency assistance: A trooper is 2.5 hours away, they want the Sheriff’s office to handle a call about a dead deer on the fog line.

Caller said the neighbor’s dogs are trying to come into his yard and “screwing” his dogs, and the dogs are growling at them. He just chased them off.

Caller said a vacation home has its side door wide open. The caller left a message for the owner, who was just down last week. The caller hasn’t seen anyone or vehicles, but requests a call from an officer.

Traffic stop: In a vehicle with an expired registration, the passenger advised they were going through a divorce with the registered owner. The officer advised the passenger, a Washington resident, to get the vehicle registered in Washington.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: There’s a red vehicle blocking an approach on purpose. A female was asked to move it, and she refused.

Caller said subjects came into his house, and were rummaging. He says that could have “shot” them and gotten away with it. He says he is alone, and a bachelor, and he has no idea who these people are. He said that one person usually stays with him, but he’s not there. He said that they are underneath the bed.

Caller said their grandson’s mother is there, being violent, and they don’t know how she got into the house. Dispatch can hear a subject in the background yelling and screaming. There’s a month-old baby in the house. The subject is intoxicated, and got into a fight in Oregon.

April 16 — Transferred to Washington State Patrol: The driver of a four-door Acura, driving southbound, is speeding, passing in no passing zones, not using a turn indicator, and driving like a bat out of hell.

Scam: Caller received a text from the Department of Motor Vehicles regarding an unpaid toll, and requested that a deputy contact them.

Caller’s ex-boyfriend assaulted her, threw a garbage can and lamp at her, and locked her in a room. He has a month-old child, and is trying to leave in a black Ford 150. He has no weapons, and is leaving now, heading toward Megler.

Caller said a male dropped a red bag in front of him, and then showed them a gun in his back waistband. He used body language to imply to watch his bag, then walked into a store. He was Hispanic with face tattoos, last seen wearing a cream/white jacket and tan shorts. The caller left and is available for contact.

Abandoned Vehicle: A blue or light gray mini van has been abandoned at the dead end 1-2 miles past the “tweaker” camp where two males and a female live. The vehicle has been shot up, and has a tent. It looks like someone used to live there. There’s garbage all around.

Caller lives by all those druggies. The neighbors saw a guy come out of the bush on a red bicycle this morning. There are a lot of vehicles in the area, and people living in motor homes. The caller does not need contact, just wants to make sure officers are keeping an eye on things in this area.

An intoxicated person has passed out on the bus. They’re not waking up, but are breathing. An officer is requested.

A black cow is outside the fenced-in area, but not in the roadway. The caller stopped at the residence, but the owners are not home. The caller is worried it will get into the road.

An older 25-foot boat with no plates is half in the road and half on the easement. It’s partially blocking the roadway, and has been there since 2 p.m. Kids advised that when they got off the bus around 4 p.m. they saw a male with a beer working on it, but no one’s around it now.

Animal problem: An officer is out dealing with horses loose in the road.

Overdose: A young man doesn’t know his last name. He passed out, and was not coming to, then said he overdosed.

Sex offense: Caller said their granddaughter was touched by a male subject. This happened within the last few hours. The caller is available for contact.

April 17 — Caller said that in the past the subject has pulled a gun on contractors, and threatened them. The caller wants to make contact with the neighbor, and wants a deputy with him. He wants the officer to call when he is on his way.

Caller needed her Hyundai Santa Fe jump started. Washington State Patrol assisted, and she was able to start the vehicle.

A $5,000 black camper was stolen off the back of a truck. The caller wants to file a police report for insurance, and is available by phone.

Caller reported suspicious activity. There is a lot of high traffic going on with five people inside a fifth wheel, three males and two females. He thinks they are doing drugs.

There is a guy repairing his 20-foot boat by the boat launch.

There’s an ongoing problem with trespassers on the reporting party’s property, and another car has been there for three days, a black KIA sedan with a Washington plate. The person reporting is at the South County office for contact.

There’s a bad single car accident in front of McDonald’s, and someone is possibly injured.

An erratic driver in a 1968 Oldsmobile with a Washington plate was reported. The driver puts on the brakes, then speeds up.

Caller was at the beach tonight, and saw something, but was not sure whom to report it to. It is a big white fabric with some velcro around one side. The label was red/white/blue with “EST SHELTER” and “express model” on it. The caller has a picture, and can send it to someone.

April 18 — A female is in the caller’s house, and they do not want her there. Her brother is allowing druggies in the house, and they don’t want to leave.

A good-sized tree fell this morning, and is blocking the road. The Department of Public Works was advised.

Unattended death: A person died during the night, and is cold to the touch. A DNR was in place, but it was an unexpected death.

Suicidal subject: A nurse advised that the wife of a male who passed away last night is threatening to shoot herself. The guns are secure, but she did try to go for them. She didn’t want them to remove the body from the house.

A semi and a moving truck collided. No one is injured. There are cones out on Sandridge Road.

Traffic Hazard: Two black goats are running down the middle of Joe John’s Road and Sandridge Road.

Caller requested a welfare check on their neighbors. They haven’t seen them in days, which isn’t normal, and the grass hasn’t been mowed.

Transferred to Medix: A male in a maroon-colored Buick with no plate is not really responding and is writhing around. The caller is unsure if it’s an overdose or not.

A welfare check request was made for a patient who was at the clinic at 10 a.m., and was supposed to call back to reschedule an appointment. She never called back, and the caller is unable to make contact with her.

There is an abandoned RV near the airport. Cars have been coming and going, and an RV has been there for two weeks

The neighbor’s eight goats are on the caller’s property. The caller requests a phone contact.

Suicidal subject: The caller’s daughter is at the caller’s residence, and keeps saying she doesn’t want to live any more. She does not have a plan. There are no weapons, and no alcohol or drugs. The caller thinks she needs to be evaluated.

Suspicious person: Caller reported that a lifted dark-colored Chevy has been driving very slowly up and down the street about 10 times.

Caller said that a lady is walking across the white line, clutching a blanket, on the Washington side of the Astoria Bridge. She is wearing a cream-colored sweater and dark pants. The caller is worried she will get hit.

April 19 — Caller reported a white Ford truck with a female driver was sitting at the stop sign with the blinker on. The caller talked to her, and startled her, then she pulled away in a hurry. The caller followed her into town, and the female had trouble staying in the lane. She had black hair, and tattoos all over her chin and jaw line, and all over.

Caller reported that she has visiting rights with her daughter, and the daughter showed up with a tracking device on her. It’s a watch, and she is getting messages from her dad that she is not allowed to take it off. The caller would like a phone contact.

Caller said she hired a boy today, and when she went to pick him up to do more work, she was told by the mom that she doesn’t want her there, and she is going to call the cops. The mom told the caller that she has dementia, and she is threatening to kick the kid out. The caller wants to report child abuse, and would like to be contacted.

Caller said that she had been fighting with her boyfriend. He tried to hit her, and she pushed him. He fell, and is complaining of back pain. She is requesting aid, saying he can’t get up. He has dementia, but no weapons.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Caller reported they were driving north, following a black Jeep that was swerving aggressively between lanes and passing vehicles, and almost hit a few people.

Sick/injured/neglected animal: Caller reported that by the bathrooms on the Klipsan Approach, a female or male with short hair and a bigger build, wearing a green shirt and gray/blue pants, was walking a brown with white pitbull breed dog. The person hit the dog several times, and was dragging the dog. It was yelping. This happened about 5 minutes ago. The caller thinks they walked to the beach.

A vehicle was hit with a strap coming off the back of the truck being towed. The female refused to pull over to speak to the trooper, saying that she is following it.

Caller reports her son is yelling and out of control, throwing things, and asking for a knife. He says he wants to kill himself. There are no weapons. She said she snapped his phone in half because of the way he is acting. Dispatch can hear him yelling, “I cant wait for the cops to get here to show them all the marks on me.”

There is a washed up boat, and there are a ton of used needles in the boat, and kids play on it. The caller said no one is there now.

The reporting party is here now, and thinks there is someone camping in his woods. They are three lots from a beach access. He wants help removing a person. He thinks that someone has been here a while, and he wants advice.

Parking problem: There is an RV across from the airport, and now three more vehicles are all parked there. The caller said they keep attracting more and more vehicles.

Caller reported there’s a motor home in the area with three or four cars around it, and it looks like a tweeker hangout.

Caller said a friend is there and freaking out, but has no weapons. The caller wants him removed, and says he’s not safe. He called again, and said that his friend sprayed him with bear spray.
