Long Beach Police Department
March 30 — A female requested a ride back to her house from the hospital. She said she had to walk away from everything she owns. She advised she is in Admitting, and no one wants to help her. She called back, and said she wants Dispatch to find a phone number for her.
Caller reported that a patient in the lobby is now getting loud, getting in peoples’ faces and refusing to leave. Caller called back saying the female is escalating and slamming things around.
Caller advised she was told that the police are looking for a subject. He is wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, walking around and acting funny. Dispatch called back twice for additional information and left a voicemail.
A wire has fallen down in the roadway, and cars are driving over it. The caller doesn’t think it’s a power line.
Caller said his sister was coming down to do a clinic in Ilwaco. She made it there, and now he can’t get hold of her. It’s been four hours. He wants a “trace” on her cell phone and to speak to an officer.
March 31 — Caller advised that when she made a male subject leave, he threatened her, said he was going to kill her, and called her a whore. The caller said he got mad at her when she went to check on him in bed. He left. She believes he drove away.
Caller said a subject is “attacking” her neighbor, and she heard it happen. She said the subject comes into people’s apartments and wants them. He wants to steal her room.
Caller said he passed the subject in the hallway, and she’s in her apartment harassing him about a secret society. He spoke with maintenance, who advised she has moved to a new apartment in the building.
Caller said her husband passed away, and she’s trying to get hold of his son. She doesn’t have his phone number, doesn’t know his address, and wants someone to find him. The caller is lost, and is driving a silver with blue striped Honda CRV.
April 1 — Caller reports a male is getting combative in the lobby. He has left the property, and is wearing a black sweatshirt. There are no weapons involved, and no other description.
Caller said they are calling for someone who doesn’t feel safe. There are two white males in a car. One has a backpack and a gray cap, and the other one is inside the car, a beige Chrysler, that’s parked outside. She thinks it’s suspicious.
Caller said a leaf blower was dropped off outside the front door, but the caller doesn’t know who it belongs to.
A bus driver report has a female passenger who is mentally challenged and confused about where she is going. She talked about her dad being out at the beach, and tried to talk the driver into taking her there. She’s still on the bus, on the way to the Ilwaco bus stop at the port, with an estimated time of arrival in 15 minutes. A welfare check is requested. She is short and heavy-set, with black hair and olive skin, last seen wearing a red shirt.
April 2 — Caller said someone took her boyfriend in for controlled substance homicide, and she wants to talk to an officer. She is available by phone.
Caller said a subject has drugs and paraphernalia lying around with a preschool child running around. She is in an apartment on the bottom floor, with toys sitting outside. Meth and other drugs are involved. The caller is available by phone.
Caller said their daughter-in-law is going into their son’s trailer. There is supposedly an order from Child Protective Services that she isn’t allowed to be there. There is a white Honda in the driveway,
April 3 — Possible heart attack: A male has been drinking and has chest pain, heavy breathing and he’s shaky. He’s not clammy or having cold sweats. The caller was transferred to Medix.
Caller said a subject is trespassed from the property, and was seen on video getting into a vehicle and sleeping there overnight. He is not there any more, he left at 8:15 this morning.
Caller wants to report vandalism from a few days ago. It happened at 4:48 in the morning. It was a coke cooler. It’s unknown who did it, but the caller has film of the person.
Caller’s daughter is hitting the dad in the car, a white Honda. She is out in front of the school trying to hit people, and she has hit multiple people. She’s asking everyone to die. She is on medication and has no weapons. She is calming down now.
Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A couple in a black Ford went head on into a tree. The airbags deployed. The caller advised that one patient is unconscious, not responding, and laying on the ground.
April 4 — Caller said their roommate has passed out. She’s been short of breath all day, and is pasty white. The caller was transferred to Medix.
Caller said they lost their cell phone in Long Beach, but tracked it to a Seaview apartment. The caller is wondering if anyone has turned it in to the Long Beach Police Department.
Caller reported a broken down motorhome has a little dog inside. There are no windows open, and the dog is barking.
Caller got a phone call from a neighbor saying that a homeless male is camping on the caller’s porch. The caller was told it’s the same homeless man as before, whose name is unknown. The caller does not live in the area, and requests phone contact.
Caller reports a drunk driver wiped out on motorcycle, and getting back on the bike to leave. He stated he was headed towards Surfside. He’s wearing all black, and did not appear to be injured.
Caller advised there is a male “bugging” his wife at home. The male knocked on his door, and she is alone with the kids. The male is sitting out by the stop sign, messing with his motorcycle. It’s a yellow motorcycle, and the male is dressed in black. He is clearly intoxicated.
Caller said they could hear yelling from a room, and thinks a female said “you just punched me in the face.” An additional caller can hear yelling and banging.
April 5 — Caller said they heard some banging noises at a neighbor’s house, so they looked on the camera and saw someone walking around the house. The neighbors don’t live there full time. The caller advised the front door looks like it’s been messed with. The caller is standing in front of the house, wearing a dark hoodie. .
Caller is locked inside her bathroom, which is located between the garage and the house. She has a heater, and is safe, but really wants to get back inside her home.
Traffic hazard: There are 100 protesters, and the caller can barely get around. Caller called back advising to get someone there now, they are saying “ban Trump.”
Transferred to Medix: Caller reported a female was bitten by one of the dogs. There is arterial spray, and it is bad, but she is awake and breathing.
Caller said his ex-girlfriend brought her whole family up here. The caller is in a white van, and they are in a tan Dodge pickup. They are following him.
Pacific County Sheriff’s Office
March 30 — Caller wants the police to come remove a transient from their property. It’s unknown how long the transient has been there. The caller advises that the homeless person who’s on the property is trying to live there and “spread their crap everywhere.”
Caller advised that someone went off the road. They are not injured and not blocking traffic.
Unattended death: Caller advised that a tenant has passed away. The tenant is in a chair, cold, with an inhaler in their hand. The tenant was last seen yesterday.
Caller said someone broke into a shed on their property and has been sleeping inside. They have run an extension cord over to the neighbor’s property. It’s unknown how long the subject has been there, and there are no suspects. The caller’s son went and removed the extension cord and boarded up the shed. The caller also wants to report a neighbor who has been throwing garbage on the back of his property.
Caller reported a subject who stole the caller’s dog yesterday around 2 p.m. It’s a black chihuahua/pomeranian with a curly tail. The dog’s name is Motown, and it’s wearing a green collar and tag.
A female in short reddish hair, wearing a black tank top and skirt, is yelling and throwing clothing.
Someone left a silver Subaru Outback in the caller’s driveway about 10 minutes ago. Nobody is around, and it’s unknown who left it.
Caller reported a sign was stolen out by the highway. They replaced it, and now the new one has been taken. It’s a two-sided 3-foot by 5-foot banner.
Caller said a dangerous medium-sized white dog with brown spots, wearing a pink collar, is trying to get through the fence to the caller’s dog.
Caller reported a subject is in the house intoxicated, playing loud music and creating an unsafe environment for the daughter. The subject yelled at the daughter, and is being intimidating. There are no weapons. The caller has it all on video to show an officer. The caller has been living in their car due to the situation.
There are a bunch of people out spraying everything, and killing it all. The caller stated there are too many people to count walking around with backpacks on, and two spray trucks.
Caller is getting messages from his ex, harassing him and making threats. She just messaged him and stated she was on her way to him. She’s making threats to tell people that he raped her, and is telling him she is going to let his boss know that he raped her. The caller has all the messages from her to show to a deputy.
March 31 — Caller reported a homeless encampment. An abandoned fifth wheel is being taken apart. The caller would like to be contacted.
Squatters have been on the caller’s property for about two weeks, after officers previously told them to leave. A real estate broker advised him they are still there.
A neighbor yelled and screamed at hired workers the caller had at their residence, and threatened to hit them. There have been ongoing issues over the right of way between the houses. The workers have left. The caller is available by phone, and is not on the scene.
Hit and run: Some one hit a 2015 GLK 350 Mercedes was parked along the street. The driver’s side window is broken. The accident occurred sometime last night or early this morning. There are no suspects.
Sex offence: A victim came in for an assault kit. The assault occurred this morning at 3 a.m. It’s “unusual,” so the nurse will explain the details when the officer calls.
Caller recalled advising there is a dog barking outside their window on and off since 7a.m.
Caller noticed the lights had changed at a residence that isn’t normally occupied, a gray A-frame house with black trim. The caller is not sure of any vehicles, they can’t see from their residence. The caller hasn’t seen anyone around. The owners live out of town. The caller is available by phone.
A female caller said that her boyfriend was doing drugs. She broke his bong, they argued, and he left. She told him not to come back, and he did. He got some stuff and left. When he left, he told her to call the cops, but there were no threats. He is also drinking tonight. He was wearing a black coat and tan pants.
April 1 — Caller was calling for the patient, who was in a hit and run before 5 a.m. this morning. He said the person who hit him took him to his vehicle, and he had to wait for a ride to the hospital. The patient showed up at hospital at 5:05 a.m., unsure of where the accident happened
Caller has been called for the past few months, and is being harassed. The calls are sometimes two or three times a day. They are about him winning either a certain amount of money or a car. They will give him the amount of money he needs to pay. He would like a phone contact.
Caller wants to make a detailed report regarding pretty serious harassment and defamation that are causing him some troubles. He would like a phone contact.
Caller said there is an unwanted guest on his property, in one of the trailers, a fifth wheel in the front. The subject assaulted his roommate the other day. He has been told multiple times to leave the property.
Caller evicted the subject from the property and he left last week. It’s unknown if the subject was removed or if he just left. The caller wants to have him trespassed so he cannot return to the property, and wants to speak to an officer.
A son is being unruly. He kicked the caller, and possibly broke his toe, but the caller refused aid. The son needs to know he can’t act this way. There are no weapons. Dispatch can hear a male in the back saying he needs an ambulance.
Caller reported that neighbors went onto his property and moved boulders with a tractor 30 minutes ago. The neighbors are located in a yellow mobile home with a Trump flag on it. The caller would like to be contacted by phone.
Caller reported fraudulent charges on a bank account of $74.82 with a debit card on March 31, and two other charges pending for today. The caller doesn’t use a bank card, and is available by phone.
Sex offense: Caller needs to report an alleged report of sexual misconduct that happened on a school bus, involving elementary students. The caller will have more details for an officer.
Caller wants to know why someone she left a message for hasn’t called her. She was advised the person was provided the information, and Dispatch cannot control when she would get a phone call back.
A customer’s bank called for a customer who is sending them emails about money, and being stuck there. The bank would like a call back. They are trying to contact him about his debit card.
Malicious harassment: Caller asked “are you married to anyone in law enforcement? Give me a supervisor, send me on to someone better.” Caller found out that a subject got a couple of properties for free, and she will take one. “He’s a bad guy. He is a wonderful guy. He ‘covers’ … Does anyone do anything about that?”
Caller asked “what’s your number?” and “who are you married to?” A female is rambling about something that happened to her. She said that if I have a house, then she wants it. Then she says a subject got a free house, and she will take that one. She said “you hurt me, you hurt me.” She has called over and over again.
Caller rambled on about a subject wanting a phone call, saying that he didn’t leave a message. She said that she wants his property. Someone knows that another subject stole this vessel, and someone aided her with having no hot water from her landlord. The subject is also talking about her boat.
Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A Department of Children, Youth and Families client is with a state worker in a state-marked car. Sarah is known to be violent. The reporting party could hear the client screaming. It’s a white Ford Escape.
Caller said she is a simple person who doesn’t do drugs, and she rambled on. She wants a call back.
Caller dialed the wrong number, then she started talking about how someone doesn’t iron his clothes.
Caller reported that someone is attempting to buy a vehicle from him, and he has verified the check was fraudulent.
Caller asked who the undersheriff is, and then “do that,” she wants to be connected to the director. It was explained to her we can’t connect her, and she started chanting. The call was disconnected.
Caller said, “I asked for your undersheriff and your director, not you, not you …”
Caller said, “please, even if you don’t want to do it, I’d like him please.” And “you know who I am, I don’t want you. I think you’re icky icky, that’s my opinion.”

Caller wanted to say how she doesn’t like a female subject, and she wants her investigated. The caller just keeps talking about non-reported income. The call was disconnected.
Caller reported a theft of resources. A gold Chevy Tahoe was alongside the highway. The caller noticed Mexican subjects in camouflage come out of the woods and get into the vehicle. The caller checked the area, and there is a bunch of slough cut. A vehicle is parked there now picking the subjects up. The caller has dash camera footage and pictures of the subjects.
Caller said she has been so abused, and they have done nothing for her, and no one is helping her. She said she wants an incident number. She wants someone to call her back. “Are you so dimwitted?”
Caller wants someone else to call her back. She was advised someone called her, and she wants to be called again.
Vagrancy: Caller reported four vehicles, two broken down RVs parked at an empty lot with five or six people living in them. There was trash all over, and a white PT Cruiser known to the area to cause problems. Caller has reported the encampment to the Department of Community Development, and is worried about the safety of the area.
Caller had a chopper fly over several times. The last time it flew over there was a red light down by the barn. If the chopper is looking for something or someone, the caller wanted to let them know about the light.
April 2 — Caller has a restraining order against a subject. She said she was reading the order, and it said explosives and guns were supposed to be taken away from him. The caller said there is a stick of dynamite in a drawer in the kitchen, and she would like the dynamite to be picked up. She would like a phone call.
Caller said there was a brick thrown through the diner window. It’s unknown who would have done it. Nothing is missing, it’s only damage she sees. The camera did not go off when the window was broken, the battery in the camera in the corner is dead.
Caller said a client is having suicidal thoughts, but he has no weapons. He is currently standing out front with two employees.
Caller has three videos of a subject vandalizing things. The most recent vandalism was last night.
Custodial Interference: Caller said a son is supposed to be living with his mother in Vancouver. She is allowing him to live with a girlfriend. He is not enrolled in school. There is a parenting plan in place. The caller requests a call from an officer.
Caller said that around 11 a.m. today, security cameras went off. Someone broke into their house. It was a tall female in a black rain jacket with a pink hoodie underneath it. The caller saw the female with his electronic scooter, but he doesn’t know where she put it. The caller is available by phone. The neighbor might be there in a silver Toyota pickup or a Dodge.
Dispatch received a call about an elderly female who possibly has dementia. She lives alone and is confused. She has no one in the area, was asking the caller about filing a tax return, and couldn’t answer questions clearly. She is not in danger now, but the caller is worried about her welfare and requests a welfare check.
Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Caller said there is a male walking down the street walking a dog and carrying an axe. The male is wearing dirty overalls and he looks a mess.
Caller said a male subject was trespassing and acting strangely. He unplugged the trailer on the lot, and continued walking.
Violation of court order: The subject drove very close to the caller while he was getting the mail. The subject was driving a black Hyundai. This was about 10 minutes ago.
Driver who was speeding was advised to slow down. The driver was shaken up and very apologetic. He goes into the Army in 20 days.
Violation of court order: A neighbor the caller has an order against just pointed his finger at her like a gun.
Caller said the Ocean Park tweaker was smoking meth with two other males. They also had dogs. One was a middle aged male, and there was an older guy with a brown coat.
Caller said there is a guy taking a “number two” in the bushes behind the house. It’s a white male on a bike, and there was another person with him. The caller’s children think the guy is still in the bushes.
Caller requests a welfare check on a subject who called and was threatening with suicidal intentions if he didn’t get his medications. The subject disconnected with the caller.
Welfare check: Caller reported a male slumped over inside a gray Mitsubishi that’s pulled off to the side of the road in a driveway. Music is playing. The caller honked their horn, and the subject moved, but is still not awake. The caller is not remaining on the scene.
Something is on fire at part time auto wrecking. It’s unknown what’s on fire, but the caller can see flames. It looks like it’s behind the shop area. The caller can see brush around the area of the fire.
April 3 — Caller wants to talk to a deputy about an issue that she has information about, and requests a phone call. She has called multiple times about this issue tonight.
Caller said their sister is being attacked by her boyfriend. He is yelling at her and pushing and kicking her. His last name is unknown, and there are unknown weapons.
Caller said someone is dumping garbage in her yard. She looked through the garbage for a name.
Caller wants to talk to an officer about a domestic violence call from yesterday. The caller is available by phone.
Several shots were heard being fired in the area of the library. The caller said it sounded like a big gun for shooting ducks, like a cannon. An additional caller heard two gunshots.
Caller advised there are tribal members using his property to gain access to tribal land on the dunes. The subjects are driving through.
Last night around 9 p.m. someone drove past the caller’s house and fired two shots in the area, but the caller didn’t see anything.
Caller said someone stole her vehicle, and she wants to talk to a deputy.
A galvanized metal 12-foot tubular gate is missing from where it should be. The caller drove up the road past the Y, and he noticed two new posts with an old gate at the property that looks similar to the gate on the caller’s property.
Caller’s ex-boyfriend just pulled up and stole the caller’s dog out of her vehicle. It’s a small black and white dog named Mopar. She says he was the original owner of the dog, and thinks he is still the dog’s owner. He is driving a silver Ford sedan.
There are three to six motorcycles and off-road bikes with juveniles riding them up and down the road in the afternoons. They ride around the block and down the trail, speeding up and down the road. It’s an ongoing issue for the last three to four weeks. They are out riding in the area now.
Caller has not heard from her boyfriend since yesterday morning around 5 a.m. He left for work in his vehicle, a black 2020 Chevy Impala with an unknown plate. She got a text around 8 a.m. yesterday saying he made it to Aberdeen. She thinks he was wearing a black hoodie.
Caller reported a slender male on their property with short dark hair who was carrying a metal detector. He drives a newer dark Jeep and acts aggressive. The caller requests a phone contact.
Caller said a kid showed up at the house carrying a skateboard. He said he needed a bolt because a wheel fell off. When the subject left, he got into a car. This occurred around 4 p.m. The caller is available by phone.
Caller reported that his girlfriend is threatening to harm herself if the caller did not leave. The girlfriend does have mental health issues. There are no weapons in the home. The caller has left, and is at a residence across the street.
Caller reported that a neighbor has seen a kitchen light on in their home. It could be the handyman. The caller would like an officer to look at their home, and is available for phone contact.
April 4 — Caller would like an officer to contact their neighbor about dogs barking since 9:30 p.m., and it’s after midnight. Dispatch could hear dogs barking in the background.
Caller said he got a report of a male camping the sewer district’s property, but there’s no description of the male. There are clothes thrown all over the place.
There has been a black Ford truck truck with an unknown plate parked in front of the bathrooms, almost blocking people from using them. It has been there for almost 24 hours.
Caller said a subject is changing locks and not letting the caller into their deceased brother’s house.
Caller needs an officer to come to her residence. She needs to flee the situation, and has to leave a dog in the house that was abandoned. The caller advised there is nothing currently going on.
Caller can hear a disturbance with screaming, yelling and cussing. It’s an argument between neighbors.
Caller said they are following the mail lady in a little white Subaru. She’s swerving all over, and the caller is not sure if she is intoxicated.
Theft: Caller went into their deceased brother’s garage to get a saddle, and it was gone. The caller thinks they know who took it.
Caller had money taken out of their bank account, $3,500 and $800, and requests a phone call.
Caller is on the walking trail, and there are people on motorcycles and four-wheelers riding on the trails and the roads “running me over.” He thinks they are about at the weigh station by now. He said this happens every day, and rocks are thrown at him and his huskies.
A female is walking in the road. She has short red hair, and is wearing a white shirt and shorts. The caller said she seems distraught.
A car almost hit the caller. There was a male chasing the car, and his pants fell down and he “ate s**t,” as he was holding onto the vehicle and fell. It was a blue Honda-type “tweaker” car.
Caller works security, and just ran two subjects off the property. He knows who the subjects are.
Someone stole the caller’s son’s bike at a beach approach. The bike has green tires and black frame.
Caller said she is looking at a home to buy at a given address, and wants to know about the crime rate. She requests a call from a deputy.
The Astoria Police Department advised they got a report that a citizen possibly saw their missing person 4.5 hours ago near the docks. The subject has been missing for a week. He is unmedicated, and has a history of schizophrenia.
Traffic hazard: A subject is jumping out in front of cars.
April 5 — Burglary: Caller said the door was open and someone has been inside the building. Items are stacked like they were going to take them. This occurred sometime between 7:30 p.m. and now. The caller hasn’t walked through the whole building yet, only the south part.
Caller reported she was sitting in her car watching TikTok, waiting for her girlfriend, and stated security was threatening to shoot her. No firearm was seen. He was described as an “old white dude in a golf cart.” She would like to speak with an officer about pressing charges. She is waiting in her car for an officer to make contact.
Caller reported a white commercial box truck going about 75 mph going towards Raymond.
Caller out on the logging road needs a jump start. It’s a 2022 Toyota Tacoma. The caller advised their phone is at 2 percent.
Caller can see smoke from a trailer, and flames inside, but doesn’t think anyone is inside. There’s an RV next to the trailer.
There’s an ongoing dispute between property lines with neighbors who are renters. The caller was contacted and advised this would be a civil matter. No criminal activity was reported.
Someone parked their RV and truck on the caller’s property. The caller lives out of town and requests a phone call.
A black Chevy Malibu car that is known to be involved in drug deals is at a place by the caller’s address. There is another vehicle there, too.
Caller reported the theft of one trail camera, and requested a phone call.
Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Today on the beach a subject was driving his beat-up Ford Explorer, and swerved at the caller. The caller has been having issues with the subject.
Caller said a subject is hitting himself in the head and threatening suicide. He’s walking out on the porch now, saying he would stab himself in the throat. There are no weapons on him right now. The caller can hear him yell “f**k you.” He had been drinking.
Caller swerved to miss a couple of deer, and hit the side of the bridge. This happened around 10:30 p.m. last night. It’s a black Hyundai two-door car. The driver’s side is smashed in the front, and the airbags deployed. The caller is denying aid.
Caller hit a deer, but doesn’t see the deer anywhere. She is going to drive to her house. Her 2025 Honda CRV hybrid has damage. She is not injured, and doesn’t want an ambulance.
