RAYMOND – Wayne Estes, a long-time area resident, recently announced his candidacy for County Commission District 3.

He said he has formed “a strategic partnership with a dedicated group of both north and south county residents to bring about change to the county’s current political environment. “… this alliance will present the voters, whether Republican, Democrat, or independent, with an excellent choice this fall.

“This will also provide the Republican Party the opportunity to build a strong presence in the 19th district and become even more competitive in the future,” he said.
