Long Beach Police Department

Feb. 9 — Out with a car that was on fire. Caller wants us to try to contact the owner to see if it hasn’t been reported stolen yet.

Caller said they just came back to the trailer park and the power was cut to the trailer and they can’t use the restroom. Caller can’t stay there and wants someone to come and check. Caller didn’t answer the door.

Caller reported a female asleep behind the wheel of a still-running 2010 white Chevy Suburban. Caller did not stop.

Caller said a person was in a parked car in the bakery parking lot, a purple and black Nissan “he thinks.” Two people got out of the vehicle, one female, who walked into the back yard of a house by the bakery.

Caller said that people who were evicted and trespassed yesterday are at the space. They are in a pickup and are hanging around. They were squatters.

Caller’s husband fell down. He is a diabetic and on the floor. The call was transferred to Medix.

Caller said a very intoxicated white male, wearing a plaid hoodie and gray pants, was mad because they took his beer. Caller said he left the scene.

The intoxicated male is back again, the caller said, yelling and causing problems. He is now walking out the door.

Caller said he came back and assaulted someone, slapped a man’s face. He’s carrying a six pack of beer. He just took off running, going toward the RV park.

Feb. 10 — Caller said he was jumped by three people, and wants to report they stole his pocket knife.

Caller said an unconscious person is clammy, pale, non-responsive and their lips are turning blue. Call was transferred to Medix.

Caller said their family is putting property up for sale and the neighbors are harassing surveyors and others interested in the property. They requested an officer call back.

Feb. 11 — Caller said a male is abusing her and calling her bad names. He pushed her and is spitting in her face, and left in his big black truck. She thinks he is on pills of some kind. He never said where he was going and stated he was going to kill himself.

Caller just heard a very loud person screaming. They also heard a car door, or a door, shut multiple times. Caller stated it sounds like it is coming from the apartments.

One tenant is going into another tenant’s trailer and taking things, the caller said, and advised that the owner of the trailer that’s being robbed died earlier this week. The caller did tell the other tenants to stay out of that trailer, and they are not.

Caller said money orders were stolen out of their wallet about a week ago.

Feb. 12 — A fire on the beach was reported. The caller can see it from their residence, but is unsure what is on fire. They can see flames and smoke, but don’t know how big the fire is.

The wind blew over the caller’s dark green garbage can and it’s rolling down the street. She is unable to collect her can due to heart problems, and thinks it could become a hazard.

A female was flagging people down and screaming for the police. She is standing in front of the RV park, wearing a stocking cap and blue down jacket.

Feb. 13 — Caller reported a traffic hazard. There is a gentleman walking down the middle of the road. He said he needs a ride home and won’t get out of the road. He is wearing a coat, a hoodie and jeans, has a backpack, and is carrying a tackle box. The vehicles are sliding because of the ice.

Caller reported a gas leak. She can smell it, but doesn’t know where it’s coming from. She said she couldn’t talk or think. A man was burning something, but he has left. She opened all doors and said she’s not leaving the residence. She rambled, saying “he had alcohol in there too, worried it might blow up.” Caller said she had a few beers, but not that much.

Feb. 14 — Caller said an old man is walking around screaming at people; they know him as Stickman. He might have a knife on him. He’s tall, has brown hair and a beard, is wearing an orange jacket and is carrying driftwood.

Caller reported someone is swimming in the marina. It appears he is wearing a wetsuit, but has no other gear. Caller just wants to make sure the swimmer is OK, although he doesn’t appear to be in distress.

Caller said the building next door has a window smashed out in the front of the building.

Caller reported that a male was sleeping on the next door neighbor’s front porch, and the neighbors are not home. Caller then said it looks like the male is packing his things up now and leaving.

Feb. 15 — The caller’s son has flipped out on the caller. The son is bipolar, and he tore the door off the caller’s bedroom and threw it. The caller is currently parked by the airstrip in her silver Toyota Corolla. No weapons were reported.

Caller said an older gentleman, walking with a cap and backpack, was going through scrap metal and other things. When he saw the caller, he ducked away, and the caller thinks he is hiding in a storage container.

Caller said there are three guys messing around on the caller’s road. Caller also advised there is construction on the property, and the guys are messing with a chain that the caller put across the driveway. Caller is watching them on his camera. One guy has a blue jacket.

Caller said their key is stuck in a post office box. They cannot get it out, and don’t want to leave it sticking out.

Pacific County Sheriff’s Office

Feb. 6 — Caller got a strange phone call in the middle of the night about her winning something, and she’s worried that she gave them her address.

A herd of goats were on the highway, a mom and some babies. Caller talked to someone help herd them, and they said the goats roam free in that area.

Someone driving a Chevy truck just dropped off a silver four-door Nissan across the street in a neighbor’s yard. They hit a pole while they were dropping the car off. The caller said the driver of the truck also harassed a county employee.

Caller said a client who was speaking with a nurse at a clinic said, “I’m going to kill myself with a gun a rope or a knife, and I’m going to do it now.” This occurred 5 minutes ago. She said she was having a terrible day, and was going to “do it now.”

Caller said a person they hired to work is intoxicated, and wants him off his property. The person is now being disorderly with neighbors, screaming at people and raising hell.

A commercial fishing vessel ran aground earlier in front of the Cape Disappointment station in Ilwaco. There are no injuries and no damage, and two guys on board are waiting for high tide. They are out of propane, and would like to get off the boat now.

Caller got a third party harassing message email from her ex-husband. They live in the Vancouver/Kelso area, and they also made a TikTok video. She has a restraining order against her ex-husband.

Feb. 7 — Caller reported that his girlfriend is missing. He woke up from a nap and she is nowhere to be found.

An older male with a gray beard was tapping on the caller’s car window, holding a knife and staring at the caller. The man was screaming and seemed like he was on drugs. The man has an old gray Dodge van. The knife was a folding knife, usually used for hunting or fishing. Caller has left the scene and left his phone number for contact.

Caller’s brother recently died, and the caller is requesting information.

Caller said a patient just left the hospital. He smells of alcohol and was slurring his words. He is driving a dark green Ford truck and is currently revving his engine in the parking lot.

A white truck has been parked in the Nahcotta recycling center. Caller reported it has an Oregon plate, the window is down and it looks like it’s stolen.

About an hour ago, a gray Toyota Tundra pulled up to the caller’s house and the passenger was taking pictures of the house. Caller was told it’s not illegal to take a picture.

A male has been delusional and thinks zombies are going to eat him if he leaves his trailer. He has PTSD as well as guns, but it’s unknown what kind. Caller does not want to send her south county worker there without law enforcement.

Caller needs a police officer. Her landlord told her that she needs to be off the property by Monday, and if not, the landlord will turn off the utilities.

Open Line: Can hear crying, but nobody is talking to dispatch. A few minutes later, another call. One person is saying, “I can’t,” another voice is saying, “yes you can.” Again, no one talked to dispatch.

Feb. 8 — Washington State Patrol: A muffled-sounding caller said he was driving intoxicated people home, and the male and female started fighting. They were in a dark grey Toyota Tacoma. The husband assaulted the wife, then came after the caller, who was punched in the face and choked. Caller then jumped out of the truck.

Caller requested a welfare check on a person she spoke to two days ago, when he said he was going to kill himself. She hasn’t heard from him since.

Caller wants someone to pick his dog up and bring it to the humane society. He thinks he is going to be in the hospital for a while. The aid crew on scene is trying to get the dog back into the motor home. The dog is a friendly black and white terrier.

Caller said she told a man to leave, and he hit her with a phone. He has unknown weapons.

Subject is having a difficult time breathing. The caller is not with the subject, and someone told him to call 911. Caller advised that someone will show the aid crew where the subject is.

A building structure is on fire. Someone is inside, and they are trying to get them out. The caller can hear flames, and there’s thick black and grey smoke. Caller called back, and said the person they thought was inside the building was not inside.

Caller reported known “tweeker” throwing rocks at moving cars and buildings. She’s white, with very short hair, and wearing jeans and a green jacket with a red hood.

Caller claimed his landlord took $50,000 in property, and prevented him from retrieving anything. Others set him up, and he is homeless now. He was told by a deputy that those acts were not criminal. He wants to know if he committed the same crimes, if he would be charged.

Cashier said they had a fake dollar bill handed to them.

Caller reported that the daughter is home alone, and saw a man standing outside, by the window on the side of the house, by the driveway. No description was given.

Feb. 9 — Caller said someone tapped on his bedroom window, then banged on the front door. He thought he heard someone walking outside, but didn’t see anybody when he opened the front door. He “doesn’t want to shoot somebody if he doesn’t have to, but will if he needs to.”

Caller said a woman, his wife’s friend from a while back, wont leave his house, and she is verbally abusive to him. Dispatch could hear the woman in the background saying the caller hit her.

A subject in a black Charger with Oregon plates was speeding over 100 mph.

A woman at the South County office would like to talk to a deputy. She showed him a text that the “trespassers” sent her.

Caller is looking for a friend who moved to Long Beach. He drives a 2003 white Silverado with a four-door cab. They haven’t heard from him in over a month.

Caller said he was working in the driveway and the neighbor, who has an order against him, keeps driving by and making him uncomfortable. Recently someone pulled scrap and put it in the caller’s driveway, trying to get him to violate the order. He doesn’t want to violate the order.

No one there. On call back, Dispatch spoke to a person who said that someone stole her dog. The phone kept cutting out, and they were not able to get her name. She just said “have an officer come here,” and she would call back if they didn’t show up.

Caller said the subject is over at the neighbor’s house raping someone from the caller’s past. They are gang stalking him on Torcherware, and they called his parents’ house and said if the caller tells anyone he will rape and murder his daughter. Caller would like contact from an officer.

Caller reported a male with a blue/purple laser who was shining it at cars.

Caller said there are people outside “raping” people. He didn’t see anyone, but he says the house is moving. His mom and dad are there with him. He said there is someone on the property. He also said he took his sleeping pills.

Feb. 10 — There’s a cow in the road, near the fog line, near Smith Creek.

Received a recording saying iPhone user was in a severe car crash and not responding to their phone; recording said to check within a 5 meter radius.

Caller said she got two calls within last two days saying she won money. Now they are wanting her bank account numbers, but she didn’t give them any information. She just confirmed her first name. She wants a phone call from a deputy.

Caller wants to file a report on a person who comes into the clinic who first showed up 7 to 10 days ago and dumped coffee on the front desk. He came in today and spoke to a member of the office staff. He had blood on his pants and said he woke up with a dead deer next to him. It’s unknown if he cut the head off.

Caller has a patient in hospital who lives in Pacific County who was transferred, and heard from the Emergency Room that the patient has a dog in the RV. Caller said he has been there for a couple of days, and he is unable to communicate if anyone would be taking care of the dog.

Caller reported that his girlfriend was giving someone a ride, and the person stole the caller’s orange portable rechargeable power station. This occurred Jan. 7, and the caller was in jail, and couldn’t report it until now.

Caller said a male in a white hat with a gray jacket is on a bike acting weird and jumping around, and possibly needs medical help.

Feb. 11 — Caller just saw someone at Pioneer Grocery trying to get in the door.

Caller can hear a woman yelling in the area. It’s been going on for about 10 minutes. There are no words, she’s just screaming.

Caller is calling for their mother-in-law. They have “court motions,” where the subject is supposed to be vacated from the property. The person was supposed to be gone in 2023, but she has now moved back.

An abandoned car is partially blocking the road, a four-door gray Nissan sedan with no plates. It’s been there overnight that caller is aware of, but it looks like been there a while. It doesn’t look drivable, and the caller hasn’t seen anyone around.

A mutual neighbor phoned the caller, concerned about another neighbor possibly doing drugs again. She is not answering phones or doors, and the caller wants a check on her. Mutual neighbor is concerned about the other neighbor possibly committing suicide.

Caller reports that a neighbor is carrying a rifle and is on his property. The neighbor is now outside the house arguing.

Caller said a man needs a ride to the warming shelter at the Long Beach Grange. He has called the caller several times to get a ride, but the subject is deaf. Caller was hoping that an officer or deputy could give the subject a ride.

Caller would like a female to leave her property, as she is in a trailer on her property without permission. It turned out the female is an invited guest of someone who lives in a travel trailer on the caller’s property.

Caller said it looks like there are flames in the bathroom of a big yellow house across the way. The oven in the kitchen was on, and the open door appeared to be the heat source.

Caller reported the theft of a farm gate. It occurred sometime this morning. The chain was cut with a hacksaw.

Feb. 12 — Caller said his neighbor’s son’s dogs are being allowed to run freely. The dogs have been aggressive to humans and other animals, and the dogs are coming up to the fence, trying to interact with other dogs. The caller has a restraining order against the dogs’ owner.

Caller said her son is hitting her. He has no weapons. Caller is running down the drive to try and get away, and he is inside the house. He hit her on the side of her head, but she refused aid. She’s in the process of trying to get an order served against him.

A neighbor asked the caller to report that the neighbor has a male outside peeping in the windows. It is an ongoing issue. He is there now at her door, wanting to be let into her apartment, but she doesn’t want him there.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A small, older red Mazda pickup with a camper shell is swerving over double yellow lines, driving slowly then speeding.

Caller had a shoplifter, who is no longer on the scene, in a dark gray four-door Toyota Camry or Corolla with something dragging underneath. A female driver left headed toward Long Beach.

Caller says a respondent violated a new order. Caller was contacted and advised that the order appears to not have been served yet. Caller said the respondent contacted him via messenger, calling him a stalker.

There was an animal problem with a black cow, but she ran into the woods.

Feb. 13 — Caller said a repeat male customer is in the store, and not causing a scene or anything, but the last time he was there he was hostile, and the caller verbally trespassed him at the time. Caller is requesting a call from a deputy.

Caller’s ex-husband lives in South Bend. She needs him to call her about their son. He usually wakes up around 3 or 4, and she cant wait that long to tell him about their son. She is requesting that a message be delivered to him.

Caller had a contractor go to an address, and there was a large dog inside. There is no furniture inside, and no one is supposed to live at the address. She has pictures the contractor took while he was there.

Caller said that last night gas was stolen out of their jeep. The person who stole it lives right next door. Caller is requesting a phone contact.

Meals have not been delivered to the caller, and she is a senior. She is reporting adult abuse because this has been ongoing. She didn’t report this earlier because she is not a complainer.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A red 1999 Dodge pickup slid off the road and is hanging on the edge near the boat launch across from Long Island. No one was injured.

Caller reported someone hitchhiking along the road, wearing dark clothing with no light. Caller is worried the hitchhiker will get hit. He’s wearing gray sweat pants and brown rubber boots, and carrying an orange plastic bag, and is possibly from a broken down car. He is headed east toward Raymond. The call was transferred to Washington State Patrol.

Someone drove into the caller’s front yard, and is still in the vehicle with unknown injury. The caller hasn’t gone outside to make contact.

Caller reported that a neighbor possibly interrupted a break-in when checking on property yesterday. The building on the back of the house had the door jimmied and left open. An older white pickup and a newer red pickup took off from area. There doesn’t appear anything stolen, according to photos sent to the caller.

Feb. 14 — Caller reported that subjects hit a guard rail next to the sheriff’s office, near the RV and boat storage. It’s unknown if there are any injuries, or how many vehicles. Caller can hear two people fighting and yelling from his residence, and can see flashing lights.

Caller said her boyfriend left the house under the influence, taking her gun, and was threatening suicide. Caller then heard a gunshot. Dispatch heard “what are you doing, what are you doing?” then the female disconnected. Dispatch attempted to call back with no answer.

An elderly male called 988 asking how much morphine it would take to kill himself because he has cancer. Caller advised she did a reverse lookup for phone number, and advised it is in Pacific County.

Caller’s husband has been receiving weird mail, and the latest mail has been threatening. She received a note saying her husband is killing people and going out at night. There were references to people in Snohomish and someone dying in this area.

Caller with a 2019 Lincoln said someone hit his rear quarter panel, while parked, about four days ago.

Caller said a male and female are yelling at the caller, who is also yelling bacl at the other people and not answering questions. They were arguing over washing clothes.

Caller’s friend was supposed to call when she got home from her appointment in Aberdeen, but she is not answering her cell phone or landline. She drives a 2024 silver Toyota Rav4, and has a yellow house with a yellow mailbox.

Feb. 15 — Caller said her daughter is upset, and she wants an officer to evaluate her. She is yelling and screaming, saying she is being abused, and wants the abuse to stop. Caller said she walked to her trailer and listened to her. The daughter lives in trailer on the property, and she doesn’t believe she has weapons.

There is a male on the caller’s property. The caller advised the police they were there earlier in the week, dealing with same issue, trespassing. Caller said people are leasing the property, and the subject doesn’t have permission to be there. She says she has him on video being on the property.

Caller’s brother is not answering his phone. He talked with him yesterday afternoon. and usually he responds, but he isn’t. The neighbor also attempted contact him. The caller was advised that his brother fell a couple of days ago, and paramedics responded.

A former partner is attempting to move out and take the caller’s dog. They live together, but haven’t been in a relationship since April.

Caller received a call from an individual who told the caller he is eligible for a TV upgrade. He provided the person a lot of information, and is now concerned.

A vehicle stopped due to a long piece of crab rope being pulled from tow hitch.

Caller said he has three or four people surrounding house, threatening him. They have drugged his daughter, and have access to underneath his house. He knows who they are, but doesn’t want to say, but possibly it’s his mother and father-in-law. He can hear their voices, and has a flashlight/hammer/machete by the front door.

Unattended death: A female, beyond help, has a Do Not Resuscitate order. She’s on comfort care, but not on hospice. Come to the back door.

Caller said her daughter’s ex-boyfriend walked into her camper. He’s not supposed to be there. He has left now in an unknown direction, last seen wearing dark clothing.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A pickup truck is off the road, on its side. One person is in the vehicle. It’s unknown if they are injured.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A small red sedan is in a ditch by the Chinook tunnel, with one male driver, who appears to be uninjured. He keeps trying to get the car out of the ditch, and is possibly intoxicated.
