OCEAN BEACH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 101
SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATION OPERATIONS SUPPORT LEVY
The Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 7-2009-2010 authorizing a supplemental educational maintenance levy. To continue meeting educational needs of students and to support District educational maintenance and operation expenses, this proposition authorizes the District to levy the following excess taxes, in addition to the levies approved by the voters in the February 2008 election, on all taxable property within the District:

SUBMITTED BY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 5
Shall Fire District No. 5 levy upon the regular taxable property within the District, in addition to its regular levy, the sum of $86,153.00 (approximately $.83177 per thousand of assessed valuation) for the year 2011 for the purpose of providing emergency medical care, ambulance services and elections expenses to its citizens? Every registered voter in Pacific County will receive his or her ballot by mail for the August 17, 2010 Primary/Special Election. The ballots will be mailed out on July 28, 2010. Registered voters may mail or deposit their ballot at the Auditor’s office (South Bend or Long Beach) up to and including the day of the Election. There will also be three drive up drop boxes located at the County Court House parking lot (300 Memorial Dr., South Bend), Long Beach Licensing office parking lot (7013 Sandridge Rd., Long Beach) and at the Department of Transportation building in Naselle (795 SR 4, Naselle) The Auditor’s offices will be open on August 17, 2010, Election Day only, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM to receive vote by mail ballots. Election Day only there will be two other drop sites besides the Auditor’s offices; Raymond High School, 1016 Commercial St, Raymond and Ocean Park Library, 1308 256th, Ocean Park.
You may obtain a replacement ballot if the original ballot is destroyed, spoiled or lost; call (360) 875-9317 or (360) 642-9317. Ballots may be returned by mail, place a 44 cent stamp on the ballot return envelope. Any Ballots postmarked after the election will not be counted. The County Auditor’s offices are ADA compliant and registration and voting aids are available upon request.
