Katie Harrison to wed Benjamin Perrigo

SCAPPOOSE Katie Camilla Harrison and Benjamin Scott Perrigo recently announced their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Katie is the daughter of Carl and Carole Harrison of Kelso, former longtime residents of Long Beach. She graduated from Kelso High School in 2008 and will earn an associate degree in business technology from Lower Columbia College in June.

Benjamin is the son of William Perrigo and the late Laurel Perrigo of Emmett, Idaho. He now resides in Kelso. He graduated from Emmett High School in 2005 and is currently attending Lower Columbia College to earn an associate degree in machine trades. Benjamin served in the U.S. Army from 2006-10 including a 12-month tour in Iraq.  He is presently serving in the Washington National Guard.

The couple plans to marry on July 23, in Scappoose, Ore.
