Project Based Rent Assistance

The Longview Housing Authority (LHA) is soliciting proposals for low-income projects in Raymond, Washington to be partially subsidized through HUDs Section 8 Project Based Voucher rent assistance program, as outlined in 24 CFR 983. LHA is making a total of 4 studio and/or 1 bedroom vouchers available per project and is soliciting proposals that must locate all of the units in one building in downtown Raymond, Washington.

Only applications submitted in response to this advertisement will be accepted and must be received no later than 4:00 PM, Monday, September 10, 2012.
