SEATTLE James B. Finlay died Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, in Seattle following a short illness. A service will be held on Nov. 16 at St. Marys in Seaview. A full obituary will be published in next weeks Chinook Observer.

Finlay, a Long Beach attorney, was a leading figure in the Pacific County legal community for decades.
