LONG BEACH Mickey Koepplin, 80, died July 20, 2013, at home in Long Beach. The daughter of Mimie and Arthur Bliss, she was born Dec. 3, 1932, in Helena, Mont. She had lived on the Peninsula for 15 years. Survivors include her daughters, Debbie Bartol and Patty (Lee) Kester; grandchildren, Chris Bartol and Tom Bartol; great-grandchildren, Dylan Bartol and Stephanie Bartol as well as 20 other great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and two nieces, Betty Luvshine and Terry Burhjel. Viewing will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., on Friday, July 26 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 1101 NE 112th Avenue in Vancouver, with a service beginning at 3 p.m.
