CAPE D — A new modular restroom has been installed at the Cape Disappointment State Park campground. The general contractor was Ken Piper of K.P. Transport & Excavation, Inc. The crane operator for Ness-Campbell was Colin Pfeifer and the Washington State Park official in charge was Tim Bell.
