I. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee will on the 17 day of December, 2021, at the hour of nine o’clock (09:00) A.M. at Pacific County Superior Court, 300 Memorial Drive, Rotundra in the City of South Bend, State of Washington, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County(ies) of Pacific County, State of Washington, to-wit: BEGINNING AT A POINT 618 FEET NORTH OF THE QUARTER CORNER COMMON TO SECTIONS 21 AND 22, TOWNSHIP 12 NORTH, RANGE 11 W.W.M., PACIFIC COUNTY, WASH., THENCE NORTH 240 FEET, THENCE EAST TO A POINT 300 FEET WEST OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, THENCE SOUTHERN LY ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE TO A POINT EAST OF THE S.E. CORNER OF THE TRACT DESCRIBED IN VOLUME 248, AT PAGE 437, THENCE WEST 300 FEET TO THE S.E. Alston, as Grantor, to the United States of America, acting through the State Director, USDA Rural Development of Washington State, as Trustee, to secure an obligation in favor of United States of America acting through the Rural Housing Service or successor agency, as Beneficiary, the beneficial interest in which was assigned by United States Department of America, Rural Housing Service, under an Assignment recorded under Auditor’s File No. 3608852284. II. No action commenced by the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligation in any Court by reason of the Borrower’s or Grantor’s default on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust. III.
