March 31 — Caller says she can see a person trying to look in again. She said she could only seen their hands, and she could only see them walking back and forth. Officer responded; nothing suspicious observed.
Caller says all the stuff was stolen out of his truck — kid’s iPads, registration, other parts in his back seat.
Caller says someone stole a .38 Special handgun out of her unlocked car. She hasn’t fully looked. She had her binoculars, medicine and pistol in the car. Unknown if the hotel has cameras there.
Caller’s daughter in Long Beach is being harassed by her ex. Last night he came to her apartment and was looking in her windows.
There is a lady that is screaming at caller and his son, walking in and out of the yard. Caller thinks she is on drugs and did not see any weapons.
April 1 — A green car has been parked at beach approach for last four days and caller thinks it’s abandoned.
Caller found a black wallet with money.
Caller has a flare gun and needs to dispose of it, requests officer contact.
Caller saw a woman go inside her own home then heard a lot of yelling and sounds like things being thrown. Caller is concerned about the dog.
A woman set down their purse and accidentally left it there, went back and it’s gone.
Caller wants to know if she can break into her own residence; male subject took all the keys when he kicked her out.
Kids just stole a box from a 24-hour store.
A man stripped off in caller’s driveway and then knocked on the door.
Neighbor asked reporting party to call 911 because someone has broken into his house.
April 2 — Caller wants to speak to the police chief in regards to a male having two wives.
Caller says last night someone got into the back of his truck and took his cooler and other items; $800 in value.
A very young girl got off the bus, possibly a runaway, with no shoes.
Someone has been coming and going with loud vehicles, revving them up, playing loud music.
April 3 — Caller says someone parked there is running their engine.
Ilwaco neighbor and dogs are out again.
A dog is running around Port of Ilwaco, in and out of traffic.
Dispatcher hears “I had enough of you” and a female screaming, out of breath. Caller says she has had it with daughter, who yells and screams at her.
Ilwaco caller says she cleaned her house “but it is coming back in, there is a numbing effect.” Caller saw a person out smoking and trying to talk to the other women; “she needs to be banned from the human race.”
Long Beach caller: “I went to let my dogs out and neighbors are yelling homophobic and racial slurs and their music [is] super loud.”
April 4 — Ten guns missing from the gun safe at caller’s residence.
Caller: “A truck just ran over my mailbox and kept going.”
An Ilwaco caller takes dogs for walks and two days ago his neighbor told caller he would shoot his dog if it was off leash.
Two nights ago someone removed and took a septic pipe from a trailer.
April 5 — Ilwaco caller states that a neighbor “is trespassing on my lawn.” Have asked him not to many times before.

March 31 — There’s an otter in the middle of the road.
Seaview caller: Subjects are over on the property camping in a trailer and an RV; at one point they had a bonfire. “People won’t leave!”
Little gray or silver Chevy sedan parked on the approach, male driver hunched over the wheel.
Motorcycle accident in the ditch. Aid needed.
An older red Corvette is in the ditch; may have been swerving prior to wreck.
Large motor home blocking Cranberry Road just west off the highway. Deputy checked on them and they had run out of gas.
Nemah caller reports malicious harassment involving goats.
A caller is reporting some people down at the Willapa boat launch tearing up the parking area, doing donuts after the county just recently redid the parking lot.
South Bend caller says he cannot sleep. Long history of calls from this phone number with complaints of loud music.
Caller in Surfside says someone has been harassing her; whoever it is taps on the window and walk on her deck.
April 1 — Rundown RV in Seaview is tied to a lot of crime in the area; has been there for at least an hour, caller can see movement inside.
A person passed away on Friday and now her dogs are loose in Ocean Park.
Caller says there was just a two-vehicle accident in Ilwaco.
The driver’s side window of a Ford Focus was shattered when a white SUV drove past on Monohon Landing Road going toward Raymond. Seems like the window may have been shot at but caller has not looked in the vehicle for a pellet or bullet yet; glass all over.
Four dogs are tied up in a backyard in Ocean Park and have been barking for hours while the owners of the home have been gone.
A woman ordered to not be at a property is there now banging on doors.
In Ocean Park, a vehicle is outside the house and the occupants are doing meth.
April 2 — In Ocean Park a storage shed is on fire. There are trailers and trees around; a propane tank just exploded.
Willapa caller contacted 911 because she wanted to know if the whole telephone system is off at the hospital. Caller says their numbers are busy.
Raymond caller has in her possession an Irish setter. It appears to have been beaten up.
Someone has dumped a trailer off a camp trailer. Caller says Sunset Sands will have film of who dumped it.
Caller just witnessed a motor home being dumped by a white F350.
Caller just witnessed an accident. The car is on its side, they hit a deer. Caller’s husband is trying to get the guy out of the car.
Seaview caller: “My dogs are barking and I don’t know if someone is out there. I have a boat out in the backyard and I am worried someone is out there.”
April 3 — Someone is trying to get through a front gate in Naselle driving a grey Saab and white Dodge SUV.
Smith Creek caller says his neighbor’s two pit bulls are running around the property, trapping him in his shop.
Caller says there’s a boat with a rifle and weed on board, also drug paraphernalia, based out of Ilwaco, out in the water.
Seaview caller has an issue with a subject who has a young black lab that he allows to defecate on church property.
Caller was driving when a truck passed her and their license plate flew off and got stuck in her bumper.
In Oysterville, caller thinks someone that is trying to live in the church.
A dilapidated travel trailer was dumped yesterday and now there are two males walking around with flashlights and a dog.
April 4 — Citation for speeding, 52 mph in a 35 zone.
Surfside caller would like contact from an officer about options regarding a flag with some intimidating items (LGBTQ and AK47) that is being hung by a resident within the homeowners association.
Menlo caller says that about a week-and-a-half ago his guns were taken, about 12 rifles and some pistols are missing.
Caller says there is a rusted Pace Arrow motor home parked with people inside, and sometimes there is garbage all over. Deputy responded that he has contacted subjects in the past, and passed information on to the Department of Community Development.
Two sheds on property have been broken into, unknown when this occurred, last at property a couple months ago, tools and other items stolen.
One vehicle off roadway with air bags deployed, denying need for aid but per dispatch policy will send aid. Female is out of vehicle walking around. Vehicle is partially blocking northbound lane on Sandridge.
Rundown Champion travel trailer in poor shape has been dumped, has been there for several days.
In North Cove a customer is saying that someone just jumped into his car and is refusing to get out.
In Raymond, a male and a female are bleeding from mouth and nose after a car accident resulted from their brakes going out.
DUI suspected going toward Ocean Park involving an older white SUV that was crossing the center line and almost went into the ditch.
In South Bend, a couple was told that they had until 9 p.m. to shower and then leave, and if not they would be trespassed off the property, but they are still at the park.
April 5 — In Chinook, a property was broken into last night; lots of tools and other items are missing.
A caller has someone on camera trying to break into the coffee shop around midnight.
Caller says someone dropped off a white and brown 17- to 18-foot travel trailer that is creating a traffic hazard.
In Ocean Park, an ex-employee is in the dining room screaming that he wants his money now.
A caller says there are a male and a female on foot stopping vehicles, trying to make people get out of cars.
In Willapa, a yellow lab was aggressive toward caller’s dogs. Hackles are up. Dog is pudgy and older, pooping in neighbor’s yard.
There was a burglary last night and a set of keys were found at the port. Caller feels school is vulnerable and wants extra patrols tonight. Will have locks replaced tomorrow.
Possible gunshots reported in Surfside.
An older Ford truck is parked in the middle of the road, not running.
Caller just got threatened by a “Mexican guy,” who said he is going to kill caller.
In Ocean Park, caller reports a guy casing a building.
April 6 — Caller says that this morning a subject was playing very loud music from his window, “very bad pornographic rap music,” but it stopped as of 10 minutes ago.
In Ocean Park, a black VW reported in the ditch. Female is stuck in the vehicle but caller says “she seems to be doing okay.”
Custodial kidnapping reported in Ocean Park.
In Surfside, a Hispanic male riding a “yellow Suzuki crotch rocket” reportedly threatened caller, who said they’ve been assaulted by the man two times before.
South Bend caller says her boyfriend “is holding her hostage and won’t give her her oxygen.”
In Naselle, someone dropped off a red truck and trailer full of junk.
Dogs are roaming and coming onto caller’s property and attacking caller’s animals. Nothing injured right now but in the past chickens have been killed.
Accident reported, driver is out of car. Unknown injury in Raymond area.
A caller suspects fraudulent activity after their card was declined.
