May 19 — Caller says a silver Chevy Tahoe has been at the end of a cul-de-sac for over an hour, with a subject slumped over the steering wheel and the passenger door open.
A citizen requests to have someone start watching the park after dark because there have been people playing in the playground until about 2 a.m. four or five nights a week.
Caller reports there was a man in line at Scoopers who was beating his dog, an Australian shepherd wearing a red service jacket with “do not pet” on it. The man was 6-foot-3 or 6-foot-4 with a grey tank top and a skull tattoo on his right shoulder.

A minor came and looked around store, stole a beer and ran away.
May 20 — Caller says someone put sand in the engine of her Honda Civic and it will barely start. Caller noticed that the door was unlocked yesterday. Residents/manager signed a petition to get her removed from park and she says she is being harassed.
A blonde with hair all messy is screaming and yelling outside an Ilwaco parking lot.
Caller says a male subject has been in a drunken rage for a few days now, and last night he destroyed a trailer that caller’s kids’ belongings were in. Reporting party called back and said the male just knocked down the whole trailer.

Manager pounded on caller’s door and caused damage, occurred yesterday.
May 21 — Caller says there are a bunch of people on the property and caller wants an officer right away.
Caller says a homeless man, wearing a grey raincoat with a dog and wagon, needs to be removed.
Three guys were in a fight; looks like they are leaving now but they had one guy down.
May 22 — A reporting party was at a convenience store and believes there is a card skimmer at the main cash register.
Suspected DUI driver in a black crossover drove away. Male stopped in the middle of the street then backed up and went forward again. He looked intoxicated and caller thinks he was heading to another bar in the area.
A trespassing male has been told to leave. He’s carving sticks on the patio. Worker inside is afraid to come out of the building.
Caller says there is an aggressive female hitting people, screaming and spitting.
May 23 — A man is sleeping near the tree at the end of caller’s street and caller doesn’t want people to start camping there.
Caller requests extra patrols in the area because they’re putting out stuff for a yard sale in the next few days.
Caller reports a car was speeding 50 in a 25 mph zone. “We yelled at them to slow down and they came back toward us” in a grey Ford Focus.
Neighbor violated a court order — “he made eye contact with me.”
May 24 — Caller says a subject “kind of threatened” him; stared at caller while he walked by and has stared at caller three times this week.
A person called 911 to report a rape that occurred in “Long Beach” but didn’t give a specific address and didn’t say who the suspect is.
Two loose dogs reported walking around the Ilwaco mooring basin.
May 25 — A caller says his girlfriend is drunk and doesn’t want to go back to the Airbnb and he’s walking down the street, talking to her. Later, male subject is chasing officer down in his pajamas.

May 19 — A caller reports a male in pajama pants is by the mailbox at the end of the driveway.
An Ocean Park subject needs an ambulance — non-responsive, overdosing.
Ocean Park caller says it looks like someone broke into the neighbor’s house. The front door is open a bit.
A stray golden retriever wandered up to an Ocean Park house; has a collar with tags. Caller attempted to contact number but there was no answer. Eventually determined the dog belongs to the new neighbors.
Trailer lost wheel and went into the ditch, possibly starting a fire.
Ocean Park caller says the neighbor from across the street came over and started yelling at her; said caller was taking pictures of him and doesn’t have any rights, threatened her and said what goes around comes around. She didn’t see any weapons, and subject has gone back across road.
In Ocean Park, a male is exposing himself to cars driving by. He has a bicycle and is wearing a cowboy hat, t-shirt, jeans and black tennis shoes.
Suspicious-looking people are at the fire station with flashlights, banging on the wall.
Ocean Park caller has been having a problem with neighbors running generators 24 hours a day.
In Ocean Park, a neighbor was back last night at 11:42 p.m., came across driveway with ball-peen hammer. Caller said he previously came to the house and beat on it with the hammer.
May 20 — A homeless camp has a newly arrived SUV-type vehicle that has been stripped; caller thinks it may be stolen.
Caller reports an attempted break-in at neighbor’s house last night around 1-3 a.m. through the backdoor. No entry was made. Owner is in Alaska on vacation.
Ocean Park caller wants to know who to call about a female hacking his Yahoo account and phone.
Caller observed a boy walking on the shoulder along the road, is concerned about him. Boy said he lives “way up there.”
Menlo caller said he was on his tractor and someone made a u-turn on the highway, then went up a “cat trail” across from his address; can hear limbs breaking and wheels spinning.
A caller thinks people are stealing stuff from an address and no one should be there. They look “spaced out.” Says it is a known drug house that has been shut down.
An Ocean Park caller was walking dog and neighbor’s pit bull charged out and tried to attack their dog; no injuries.
In Willapa Valley, neighbor’s dog won’t quit barking every night, all night long.
May 21 — A white female with blonde hair ran into a house.
A caller says that around 11 p.m. on Friday his $450 headphones were taken. There is a GPS tracker on them.
Officer advises an attempt to stop a gray Acura with Oregon plates. It took off headed northbound on SR 401 toward Naselle.
Someone has been stealing mail and packages from house, started last week.
In Bay Center area, caller’s neighbor is burning trash, old furniture and anything else.
In Ocean Park, a fight reported at gas station and one man is holding a long object.
Pacific Transit reports a car in the southbound lane at Sandridge and Joe Johns is blocking traffic.
In Ocean Park, caller says a subject sneaked in over the fence. She is screaming, yelling and cussing at people.
Ocean Park caller: “I need an officer to call me about a stolen trailer. This is a pastor who stole from me.”
Surfside caller says a female subject “sent people to shoot him, there is a strange white BMW outside.” Car eventually left.
May 22 — Ocean Park caller “can hear female screaming right now, sounds like she is walking back and forth in front of his residence saying ‘that’s a California plate, I’m going to get you.’ Thinks she is possibly on drugs.”
A person is camping out on the road and has been there for a few days. Caller says a deputy came out yesterday and she cussed him out and nothing happened to her.
Caller with trail cameras on dad’s Oysterville property saw two males walking around the property and back of house. Unknown who the subjects are. House has been broken into before.
Raymond caller says her dog is stuck in a wire kennel and she thinks she needs the wires cut. Advised there are no emergency animal services in county.
A caller is saying a subject assaulted her. Caller doesn’t have any further details, says she has bruises all over her in various stages of healing.
A North Cove caller says it appears someone hacked his mother’s account and withdrew everything.
Caller: “We have a homeless lady living on the corner on the county road and is difficult to talk to, is living in her car, unloads her stuff at a dead end, has two dogs.”
Ocean Park caller says a neighbor is at her residence causing problems. Caller was instructed by her homeowners association to contact law enforcement every time the person is near. Caller says the subject is just staring at her and her husband. Nothing is the root cause.
May 23 — South Bend caller says there’s a large white Ford diesel panel truck parked blocking the end of the road. Caller tried knocking on windows with no response, and a dog showed up on porch around same time.
A caller says her bike was taken from her shed within the last two weeks. Now has found the bike just up the road in the bushes with some damage.
A male has been sitting on neighbor’s Ocean Park property for last three hours and urinated at one point. It is a summer home with no one living there now; has a laid-back bike with orange flags; a video shows he can’t walk straight.
Ocean Park caller just watched a female go through neighbor’s mailbox and take stuff.
A neighbor is throwing rocks at caller’s Tesla. Deputy checked and subject was weed eating and kicked up some rocks toward vehicle, said there was no damage to the vehicle.
Bay Center caller reports a subject wielding a Bowie knife.
Raymond caller says all stuff in the store is broken. A male is outside yelling.
A four-wheeler is racing up and down the street, up and down all day.
Ocean Park caller reports a woman with a flashlight is yelling at them and threatening them.
Caller: “I was threatened by a man with an ax and he was screaming at me, I shined a light at him and he freaked out.” Made threats to murder people in the campground.
May 24 — A male is lying on the ground face down on cardboard. Deputy checked and he was fine, sitting up talking to his sister.
A bluish-grey SUV with a roof rack almost had a head-on collision with other vehicles.
Ocean Park caller has a restraining order against her neighbor who today sprayed weed eater on caller’s property.
Menlo caller wants to turn in a spool of blasting wire.
Truck on fire, flames showing. There was a note on vehicle stating owner will be back, had to go get parts.
An older female is walking in the area wearing sandals and a dress, and said she was going to the store. She seemed very confused.
A caller was threatened with bodily harm by a subject on the phone because of a tractor.
Naselle caller says there is an abandoned silver SUV that has already been reported, and now there are tires missing.
A DUI driver reported northbound on Sandridge at 170th in a white Ford Ranger 2000 extended cab; almost hit three telephone poles and guardrails.
Caller says there is a guy dumping his trash into the woods. Deputy checked and subject was not littering, just working on his truck.
May 25 — A bunch of mailboxes were damaged overnight, looks like someone ran into them.
Naselle caller says five or six people were walking down the highway and the caller told them it was private property and they acted like they did not speak English.
Naselle caller heard someone yelling for help, not sure which house, “we can just hear screaming.”
Bay Center caller is being harassed by neighbors. She called 911 on them the other night and she thinks they are now trying to destroy her 100-year-old cedar tree.
At 9:30 p.m., a complaint about fireworks being set off at Klipsan Beach approach. Caller can hear and see them from caller’s house. The fireworks are disturbing people and pets.
At 9:40 p.m., another caller says a subject is outside their house, screaming and accusing them of lighting off fireworks. Caller said the subject is crazy and has been targeting the neighbors.
A caller says “it’s a mad house, [there are] fights and singing and dancing and horrible noise. I live next door.”
