NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING GRANTING A PERPETUAL EASEMENT TO PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 OF PACIFIC COUNTY FOR ASSESSOR’S TAX PARCEL NO. 72050003009 (LEGAL DESCRIPTION: RIVERDALE 2ND ADDITION, LOT 9, BLOCK 3)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Pacific County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Pacific County Annex, 1216 Robert Bush Drive, South Bend, Washington.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider granting a perpetual easement to PUD No. 2 of Pacific County, Washington, with the right to place, construct, operate and maintain, inspect, reconstruct, repair, replace and keep clear Electric Power Lines, Telecable Lines, and Communication Lines with wires, cables, fixtures and appurtenances attached thereto, for the above-referenced parcel, as follows: Ten-foot (10’) strip along west property line and adjoining to Willapa Street right-of-way beginning at southwest lot corner and continuous to northwest lot corner.
