The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to negotiate a ten (10) year communication lease for a tract of land containing 1.0 acres, more or less, described as a Portion of Section 21, Township 11, North, Range 9 West, W.M., Pacific County. The property is currently being used as a communication site. Annual Rent will be negotiated. Naselle Ridge – 52-B33931 and 52-B74317.
