OCEAN PARK — It is with great sorrow that his family announces the passing of their loved one, Arlis “Papa” Joe McClelland, on July 23, 2022. He was at home at age 70 surrounded by his family. He didn’t want a service. His ashes will be scattered in Willapa Bay on Aug. 12 by his family.
