Long Beach Police Department
March 23 — A driver’s door was found wide open, but no one was around. A female came out and stated it was her vehicle, but someone must have gone through it. She will call later if something’s missing.
Caller reported an intoxicated male customer is in the drive through in a red convertible with a black top. He’s parked by the flag pole waiting for food.
Caller said a group of people are “partying in the park” and walking in the rain in T-shirts. The caller said that the park is closed, and she wants someone to check. She said there is a black car. She also said it looks like the bathrooms haven’t been locked.
March 24 — Caller said his mother is harassing him. She is downstairs in the vacant apartment.
March 25 — Caller was delivering to some apartments in Ilwaco, and can hear a male client screaming at the female client, who is crying. They won’t answer the door.
Caller said there is a male with his pants down at the post office, and his butt is showing.
Caller said someone has a jammer in the building. He only has wireless devices, and he suspects it’s his brother, who he thinks is downstairs.
Caller says his mother is talking to him through the floor. She’s downstairs, and she has an order against him. The caller doesn’t have an order against her, but doesn’t want her bothering him.
Caller thinks someone is walking around in the store. It looks like a female with no weapons. The caller heard the camera beeping, and checked it, and someone was in there.
Caller said his mother is downstairs yelling at him, screaming at him from the apartment downstairs, saying she doesn’t respect him, and other things. She won’t go away.
Caller said she and her dog were attacked by two dogs, about 10 minutes ago. She doesn’t know the owner’s last name. She was bitten, but the bite didn’t draw blood.
Caller advised she is being held against her will by a friend. A female subject in the background is saying she’s not being held there. The caller said she wants to leave, and the subject locked the door and won’t open it. The female in the background is saying “she’s no threat.” There are no weapons. The caller said they had both been drinking, and the female subject opened the door.
A male in the bus stop is pounding on the glass.
March 26 — Caller is requesting a welfare check on their daughter, who has some mental issues and a bad substance use problem. She is living with a woman who is an alcoholic, and the caller thinks this other lady is coercing the daughter to stay. The caller doesn’t think the daughter wants to stay. There is no known physical abuse.
Transferred to Medix: Caller said a female friend is super drunk, and needs to go to the hospital to get sober. She has been on a bender for a few days, and has been in the hospital about four times this month. She possibly needs a mental evaluation, and has stated she was going to kill herself.
Caller reported a mobile home with the sliding glass door open, and the owner is out of town. The caller is the property manager, and the owner called the caller. There is no alarm system, but there are outdoor cameras. The caller will drive over there.
Caller has been up for over 24 hours, and the neighbors will not stop talking to him. He would like it if they would stop talking to him so he can sleep. He missed his therapy appointment today. He does not need to be contacted.
Caller is requesting a welfare check on her daughter. She has not seen her since Jan. 3, and has not talked to her since Jan. 13. There is a parenting plan with 50/50 custody, and her dad is manipulative. He has been turning the daughter against her for years.
Disorderly conduct: Caller said a drunk woman is beating on her boyfriend’s door. She is not a registered guest, only her boyfriend is. She is now in the parking lot. She has red hair in a pony tail, and is wearing black jacket, a light tan V-neck shirt and rubber-like pink sandals.
Open line: Dispatch has received calls from a subject who said she was going to the hospital. She has a grey 2008 Toyota Scion.
March 27 — Caller said a male pulled up into the driveway and left his lights on, then got out of the vehicle and headed north up the driveway. It’s unknown what he looks like, and the license plate is unknown. The caller thinks he is up to something.
An agency requests assistance for an evaluation.
Caller reported that someone on the sidewalk, a redhead female wearing a turquoise shirt, may be in need of assistance. It’s unknown if she’s homeless. She was on her knees on the sidewalk, taking layers of clothes off and throwing them up in the air.
Caller can hear a woman somewhere outside screaming, but can’t see her. It’s loud, but she isn’t screaming anything specific.
Caller said he and his wife were physically assaulted. They were jumped by two people and punched in the face. The suspects are one very big male and a female. He was wearing jeans overalls and white hoodie. The caller and his wife are not injured.
Caller said someone left a purse at the laundromat.
March 28 — Caller said the neighbor’s dogs were out and charged after the other neighbor’s. It’s a brindle pit bull/boxer mix and a smaller chihuahua terrier. The owner’s name is unknown. It’s an ongoing issue. The caller’s dog was bitten earlier this week. The caller is available by phone.
Caller reported a hit and run. Someone sideswiped his mirror. The caller is available by phone.
Caller said their wallet was stolen out of their vehicle. The time frame is unknown. There are videos of the subjects using credit at a store.
Caller would like a copy of a police report from an incident that happened in Ilwaco about a year and a half ago. The caller went to the Long Beach Police Department and the door was locked, then they called the number on the door and were routed to dispatch.
Caller is reporting suspicious activity. Two people who looked like “crackheads” went into a porta-potty at the same time, and have been in there for about 10 minutes. They have not come out yet. One was for sure a female, and one looked like a male. They were on bikes, and the bikes are still there.
March 29 — Caller said there is a lady inside who lost her wallet and ATM card, and her phone number is currently dead. She will wait for contact in a 1993 white Honda.
Welfare check requested for a woman in an RV who has known heart and circulation issues. The caller hasn’t talked to her since Tuesday.
Caller reports weird screaming and a dog howling like they are hurt from next door. There is a fire out back, and a gathering. The caller is concerned someone is getting hurt, or a dog is getting hurt.

March 23 — Caller said a subject is walking around the house with a hammer, threatening to break her mom’s car windows and everything in the house. The threats were mostly verbal.
Court order violation: The caller received a call from the subject at 12:39 a.m. The caller didn’t answer but recognized his number. The caller has a protection against the subject. She just wanted to report the contact.
Unattended Death: A patient passed away. It was expected, and no family was present. The patient was admitted on March 21. A request was made for a coroner contact.
A gray/white husky is jumping at the door, and the caller is not able to go outside. The dog has one brown and one blue eye, and has a collar and tag.
Caller reported she had clothes in a bucket and dad is trying to steal them and their stuff. He pushed her down on the ground. She is not injured and refused aid. He’s trying to get into the mother’s car right now, and has no weapons. The caller is leaving for work, but her sister is at the residence.
Caller reported their house was broken into sometime on Thursday. The subject tried to get into two doors, but was able to get inside through a window in the TV room. She stole jewelry, but no firearms were stolen. It was possibly a female who was walking on the property a couple of months ago, or a friend of the neighbor’s kids. The caller is available by phone.
Caller said the neighbors advised that two vehicles, a Subaru and a van have been parked on the caller’s vacant property for a week. The caller is coming from Vancouver, and is on her way there now to put a fence up. The caller will be driving a white Ford van, and wants a call from a deputy.
In a text to 911, a user is requesting emergency services from an Apple device via satellite. Transmit and receive times may be longer than for cellular SMS. User responses may be delayed due to satellite movements. The user cannot make or receive a voice call because they are outside of cellular coverage.
Traffic hazard: A german shepherd is running around, and the caller is worried it’s going to get hit. The caller couldn’t see if had a collar.
Caller said the subject died in October, and there is a dog left in the house. She would like to try and rescue the dog. The caller was contacted by phone and advised law enforcement is unable to assist.
Agency assistance: Sending aid for a suicidal female subject, not requesting the law.
Caller heard about 10 shots in the area, and it’s still currently happening.
Someone is shooting rifles, the “high powered” ones. The caller said no one should be shooting a rifle at all on the peninsula.
The caller was pushed down the stairs. No one has any weapons, but this is the third time she has called because of his violence. She was just trying to get her things. But now he is loading stuff up in his truck. She said he should not be able to get away with this.
Caller has someone in the store who seemed under the influence, not sure of what. She needs some help. She is up by the cash register, wearing all black and gray shoes.
Missing person: Caller reported their father left from the campground a little after 1 p.m. driving a 2000, 2001 Chevy white van about 5 hours ago. The family thinks he is having some “dementia issues” but has not been diagnosed yet.
Caller is hearing shots fired in Ocean Park.
A female caller said her boyfriend followed her to the client’s house, and then turned off and is no longer following her, but she wants a deputy to contact her.
March 24 — Caller said she has someone on the property she has asked to leave three times. He’s an older man, with gray hair and blue eyes, and has a white Chevy van. He keeps moving items into and out of his vehicle. He was first in the dirt lot around 3 this morning then moved over to the current spot.
Caller reported trespassing on a vacant lot. Two weeks ago a blue Econovan showed up with no license plate. Yesterday a Rav4 showed up, and now there is a fence around on the northwest corner. The property is also condemned.
Caller said her boyfriend’s mother is inside the home and locked her out. The caller said she is telling her she doesn’t live there, and to leave..
Caller said she has a cat under the fridge in a pallet, and she can’t get out. She has no friends, and her husband died recently. She was advised there will be an extended estimated time of arrival for deputy assistance.
There is a neglected white horse in the area.The caller says it’s emaciated, and its ribs and hip bones are showing. The caller is available by phone.
A welfare check was requested on a student. A deputy was not able to make contact last week with him, only the mother. He was supposed to show up at school today, and the caller said a deputy told her to call if he didn’t show up today. He has not shown up for school. There are 86 days of absences, and the caller hasn’t seen him since Feb. 5.
Caller reported a theft of metals, copper/brass, and has some pictures from surveillance cameras of two subjects. The theft occurred on Sunday. The caller didn’t see any vehicles on the footage, and is available by phone.
Caller is requesting a welfare check on an employee. The caller hasn’t had contact with her for three days. She hasn’t shown up to work, and the caller has called and texted, and hasn’t received a response. The subject left emotional on Saturday, she had received bad medical news. The caller is available by phone, or if there are questions about the subject, the restaurant manager can be contacted.
Caller wants to report his wife has been taking money out of the bank accounts. The money has been taken out in Long beach. It’s a joint account, and he is missing $6,390. He hasn’t seen his wife for three days.
Caller had to fire an employee this morning, after seeing she was stealing on surveillance. The owner wants to press charges. The caller saw over $100 stolen by the employee last week, possibly more.
Caller wants contact from a deputy regarding a neighbor tearing down a shared fence. The caller is not comfortable talking to him. Caller was advised this is a civil issue.
Caller reported her ex-boyfriend stole a car key from inside the residence. It occurred this morning around 9 a.m. She has a tracker on the key chain. It cost $500, and there’s no way to go anywhere.
Caller reported a theft of a mini fridge, an iPhone 14-plus and clothes, and there was damage to the house. It was wasn’t a break in, she was moving out. She had his phone yesterday and wouldn’t give it back. He thinks that she came in and took the stuff, and then she called him and told him she did.
Caller said a neighbor has thrown garbage into the back of her truck. She wants to talk to an officer. She told the officer that the neighbor was throwing dog feces in her truck bed.
Caller’s son is having a breakdown, and is tearing the house apart. The caller has left, they don’t feel safe to go back, and they are sitting in a silver Rav4. They had been arguing and he got upset. There are guns in a safe in the house but he didn’t have them. He has a history of doing the same thing a couple days ago.
Brother in Ocean Park saw a “fall detected” and requested a welfare check. His brother Dan did call 911, he dropped his phone. He called back to say he just got home, and he doesn’t need assistance.
Caller said a male subject just walked in, and is refusing to leave. He would like him removed. He is not being disorderly, he just is not supposed to be there.
March 25 — Caller wants a welfare check on their mother, as the caller is unable to get hold of her. She isn’t answering phone calls, or reading emails or Facebook messages. She does drive, and drives a silver Kia Sorento.
Caller said her son received a message from a classmate calling him horrible names. The principal told her to call, since it is an out of school matter.
Caller has a tracker on her car keys, and her mother-in-law is suspected of stealing them. The caller knows where the keys are located.
Caller said a subject is going into hospice and will not be returning home. She would like to speak to an officer about turning in a gun located at her residence.
Sometime overnight the caller’s brother’s three-wheel red scooter was stolen.
A green truck loaded with junk was abandoned. It has been there about two weeks. The caller is available by phone.
Caller reports having a continuing problem with unknown individuals trespassing, stealing and dumping garbage on her property. She was spoken to about taking additional proactive measures.
A lost dog is running around the area in a panic. The caller tried to catch it, but it seems defensive. It has possibly been reported to the Humane Society earlier as missing from the Pomeroy area. It’s a white terrier mix with a pink coat, and the coat is dragging on the ground.
Caller requests a welfare check on a subject doing work for him. He hasn’t shown back up to work for the caller, who is in Astoria. The subject drives a large green pickup truck. The caller wants the subject to make contact with the subject. The subject has been working for him for weeks, and now hasn’t shown up.
Open 911 line: A female and a male in the background are talking/arguing, and Dispatch can hear shuffling. The female said “want you out of my life forever, I’m already dying, anyway.” It sounds like children are talking in the background. The female is saying “get in the car and let’s go” and “give me your keys,” and the male is saying “no.”
Caller reported a motor home pulled in, and the caller confronted the subjects. They said they’re renting the property, and said the owner’s name. That is not the name of the owner. There are two males inside that the caller is aware of. They’re possibly going to dump it.
A little kid is wandering around. The caller said he doesn’t know where his parents are or where he lives. The caller is in a white Toyota truck.
Washington State Patrol was advised there’s an abandoned small red compact vehicle with no plates on the side of the road.
Caller saw a large, loose dog, and it looked like it was in distress. It ran into the street a couple of times. It looked scared. It’s black and white with medium-length hair. The caller said she could not see any homes in the area, and the dog was loose, and it’s not wearing a collar. The caller said they tried to stop for the dog.
Caller said a female subject has been being raped by her father. The daughter is willing to talk to an officer.
A welfare request was made for a subject who just left the ER. He has cancer, and he called the nurse and said “thank you for everything, there is only one way to take care of this, goodbye.” The caller is worried that he is going to harm himself. The hospital would like a call back after the check with the findings.
Caller said very large fireworks are going off in the area. It has been going off for over an hour now.
Caller said someone is trying to get into a house. The dog is barking, and a car pulled up in a bigger four-door car and knocked on the sliding door.
March 26 — Caller said her ex is drinking and driving in a cream color Chevy pickup S10. He left 5 minutes ago, and usually takes Sandridge Road. He could not even stand up.
Caller said he is leaving his house because the subject kept showing up. She started screaming and yelling at him, and hit her head on the wall and said she was going to tell the cops that he hit her. He said he left because he didn’t want to stick around, and now she is following him. He is in his personal vehicle.
Caller was just advised that there are squatters on his property, and the caller would like a deputy to respond and advise them that they are not allowed to be there. The caller is out of the area, and the property is listed for sale.
Caller wants to talk to a deputy regarding a former neighbor committing crimes in another county. He said he is being brought into it because he worked for them.
Caller said a green truck is being broken into by an ex. Someone contacted the caller and told them about it. The caller is not on the scene, but is available by phone.
The caller’s father passed away, and no one is taking over the property at this time. She said there is a half-sister who has been staying there. The caller is contacting an attorney, but she wants to know how they can keep people out of it.
A week ago a man hit the caller’s mail boxes, and he came back to fix them. Now she was told by her daughter that she should file a police report. She doesn’t want the man charged, and would like to speak to an officer.
A welfare check is requested for a man who is passed out in a red van with duct-taped windows. It’s a Honda Odyssey. The caller could see just one male, and it looks like he lives in the van. The back license plate has expired tabs. It’s right before the beach.
Caller said a dog bit her. She was at the dog’s owner’s house when she got bitten. The dog wasn’t aggressive.
Three subjects were trespassing on the property, and the caller has a picture to show an officer. It’s two men and a woman. It’s an ongoing issue, and they were supposed to have been given a written notice last time this happened. The caller is not on the scene, but is available by phone.
A welfare check was requested for a black Honda four-door by the 25 mph sign. Caller said there’s a person sitting inside of it with a dog. The dog is ”panting,” and all the windows are up. The person in the driver’s seat is “laid back,” and the caller said they have been there for a couple of hours.
Caller said a child was dropped off at practice by the other kid’s father, and the caller was advised the child was punched because he wouldn’t be quiet. The caller was also advised the subject was intoxicated.
Caller’s son is at his girlfriend’s house, and has been told he needs to leave. The son is refusing to leave, and is yelling and cussing at his grandmother, who is trying to pick him up. The caller can be reached by phone.
Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A friend who lives in Long Beach phoned the caller. The friend had been drinking, and is emotionally unstable. The friend was talking about killing himself, saying he wants to jump off a bridge, and he was on a big bridge. The caller just got off the phone with him, and could hear wind in the background. The friend is possibly relapsing.
Caller said a subject is there, and shouldn’t be there. She got an order against him today. He’s taking things that aren’t his, and has taken all their food. He has no weapons, but he assaulted her this morning. He’s out in the driveway in a tan Ford F350.
Caller said a female at the residence is trying to steal her boyfriend’s truck, and the caller can hear screaming. The other neighbor has advised the caller it has been physical, but there are no weapons the caller is aware of.
Caller heard one shot from what sounded like a pistol. The deer were out eating, and she thinks someone shot one. It was near the caller’s lot.
March 27 — Caller reported lights in the air. They kind of look like fireworks, with white lights sparkling. It has been going on for about an hour. The caller would like to be contacted.
Overdose: Caller reported the subject was unconscious, but breathing, and possibly on drugs/fentanyl. She was incoherent when she was awake, and the caller couldn’t tell what she was saying. The caller had given her a change of clothes, she had feces all over her. The car is parked outside with a dog inside. The caller has Narcan, if needed.
Caller said his wife is acting erratic, yelling, and wanting to take the child. She’s not being physical and has not been drinking or doing drugs. She has never acted this way before, and keeps saying she is leaving. She drives a white Jeep Liberty.
Caller requests a welfare check on his wife. He has not been able to contact her since last night, and she’s not answering the phone. He’s left several messages. She drives a 2022 black Kia Spectrum SUV.
A gray Chevy pickup and trailer with garbage on it is parked in the middle of the road, causing a traffic hazard. It has been there for at least an hour, and no one is around.
Abandoned vehicle: Told the caller to get the paperwork to get it removed. The vehicle is a pull-behind trailer RV nobody is living in. It’s just junk.
There is a Child Protective Services investigation with the family the caller’s daughter is staying with. The daughter has been living with a family friend because they lost everything in the wildfires. Now they are trying to get custody of the caller’s daughter.
Caller said the subject has been staying in the area. He’s been pulling a trailer around with tools and motorcycles, and the caller is not sure if they are stolen. The trailer has no plate, is all tarped over, and the truck has no front plate. He left and headed towards Sandridge Road. The caller would like a phone call.
Caller was out canvasing for the new hospital and came across a residence with the door open. Two vehicles are parked outside, a green Saturn and a yellow SUV. The lights are on inside the residence. The caller knocked, and nobody is answering.
Caller said two females are yelling at each other. One girl is homeless. She has short bleached hair and wanders around Ocean Park. The caller thinks she is gone now, they cannot hear her yelling any more.
Caller said her sister punched her in the face and hand, hit her mom and broke things, and locked them out of the house. The caller is with mom and her little brother. The caller was going to take their mother to the hospital, but she denied aid. The caller wants a phone contact.
The reporting party is at the South County sheriff’s office. She thinks someone stole her purse. She does not have a working phone right now, and gave an address for contact.
Someone nearby is shooting a full automatic large caliber gun within a mile of home. The caller hears a lot of guns, but draws the line at full automatic, and will call that in.
Caller said they are having problems with their daughter, who is yelling and cussing, and kicking the door. She has no weapons, but she does smoke marijuana.
Transferred to Washington State Patrol: There’s a one-vehicle accident. The vehicle is in the ditch, and there are two or three people inside. The caller can hear crying. An additional caller was involved in the crash.
Caller had a subject drive by, and sit at the corner, and then went to the neighbor’s house, in their driveway. The subject sat in the driveway, and then came back near the caller’s house. The caller wants to know if they should be concerned about something.
March 28 — Caller needs a welfare check after receiving a strange text from their brother, who lives with their parents. The text was babbling that didn’t make sense, and the caller is worried something could’ve happened at the house. He sent a picture of what could be blood, and the caller is not able to contact their parents. There should be a maroon van parked at the residence.
Caller said they had a banner to support the hospital election, and it was stolen. The owners of the property said they last saw it on Tuesday morning. There is a new one up now, and the caller wants to report it. The caller is available by phone.
Caller said a customer had a pug dog stolen out of a black BMW SUV while parked at the restaurant. It just occurred. The owner is driving around the area, and will be back for contact. There is no suspect.
Caller said a client came in yesterday and was transferred to the hospital. The client’s black Honda is still in the parking lot with a black pit bull inside.
Mental subject: Caller said their son is threatening to kill his grandmother’s dog. He has a history of mental health issues and being delusional and suicidal. It’s unknown if he has weapons. He punched the caller, and the caller has left to try to de-escalate the situation. This occurred 45 minutes ago, and they are unaware the caller called 911. The caller’s brother is at the residence.
Two dogs have been barking every night, and the caller says he will shoot them if they are not removed from the property. He says he can’t sleep at night.
Caller was driving by a house, and there’s a horse at someone’s property with feet that are in a terrible condition. The front left hoof is extremely overgrown and split down the middle, and the other hooves are also overgrown. He looks uncomfortable. The caller would like to be contacted.
Caller found three bags of garbage on a vacation property. The garbage includes mail with someone’s name on it. The caller requests phone contact.
Caller is locked out of her house, and the only person who has a key is the person she has an order against. Caller was advised the deputy does not have the tools to unlock a residence.
The caller’s neighbor is driving drunk. She is driving a green jeep.
Caller reported a house was broken into, possibly last night. On the outside, the house has windows that are boarded up, and they came into the garage from the outside. It looks like they are setting up to come back. The caller has seen a suspicious-looking male that could be the one who is breaking in. It’s unknown if they took anything.
A welfare check is requested on a friend. The caller spoke with her two days ago, when the caller took her to the hospital. She has not gone to work. The caller has checked at her house, and at her work, and her car is not there.
Caller said their dad is being aggressive. The caller and their dad got into a fist fight.
Caller said there is a crack house across the street in a “large court case.” The caller advises that one of the tweakers is over there trying to bring back a motorhome. A fight is going on with multiple people, and the caller said it also involves a crash. There is a lot of disturbance.
Caller would like to talk to an officer to let them know he was receiving threats about a year ago, and the caller was just approached by the person who was threatening him. The caller does carry a pistol.
Caller saw two flashlights in her back yard heading towards her boat. She is inside her home with the lights off. She called back to say she did see the lights on again.
March 29 — Officer said a subject passed away, and they attempted to deliver a message to the next of kin that he has passed away in a single vehicle collision. He died due to injuries. The officer would like a phone call with what happens for their records.
Caller advised she talked to her sister, and her girlfriend is not letting her leave the home and pushed her against the wall. She drives a silver Jeep Compass, with unknown plates, and is at the trailer park.
Caller said a kid is riding a quad up and down the road. The kid lives across the street.
Caller said the subject is threatening to kill her, and said she gets away with everything. It’s unknown if there are weapons. She is white, with a squinted eye, and has short brown hair. She’s wearing tan pants and a long-sleeved jacket. The caller doesn’t see her on the property anymore, she might be in the coach.
Caller said someone stole his dog, a chihuahua/pomeranian with black with white on the tummy. He thinks he knows who took his dog. He said they were friends, and now she hates him, so she took the dog. The gate was left open. A male let her on the property to get the aluminum cans. She drives a green Chevy.
Caller said she recently moved to the area, and someone assaulted her last night. She just got a way out to call us. There were no weapons involved. A male threw a flashlight at her, and he had a knife on his person, but didn’t threaten her with it.
Someone is shooting off fireworks in the area and the caller’s horse got injured. She wants contact from an officer. There was also a second caller about fireworks.
Caller said the subject has two kids with the caller, and she doesn’t know the address of the house. The father left them home alone, and they have been home alone for at least four hours. She said that she can explain to an officer where they are. Both kids have called her.
Caller thinks that two people are standing around her car. Someone broke into her house two weeks ago, and took her spare key. She thinks they are the ones trying to take her car. She has it at her neighbor’s house, it’s a Honda Ridgeline. She has permission to park it at the neighbors house.
