Long Beach Police Department
March 16 — Caller said a neighbor hit her car and drove off, driving a dark purple Dodge Longhorn, and she has it on video. Caller’s vehicle is a white Dodge Challenger.
Caller said tenants, male and female, are outside yelling at each other, and one person backed into another. There are two separate vehicles involved, and caller doesn’t believe they are together. It happened a while ago, and the caller can still hear them outside yelling at each other.
March 17 — Two big dogs just attacked the caller and her dog while walking down street. They are not injured. The owners live in a trailer. One was a black dog, possibly a Lab, the other was tan-colored.
Caller wants to report her daughter for elder abuse. She cornered the caller by a door and hit her in head/ear a couple of times. There were no weapons involved. The caller left, and would like to be contacted.
March 19 — Caller said the subject is trying to make her smoke something she doesn’t want to, and he is refusing to leave. He is trying to make her do drugs, and she would like an officer to contact her.
Two dogs are running down the road. One is a black Lab and the other is black with a brown neck and body. While the caller was on the phone, one got into a vehicle and the other is running around still and attacking people.
March 20 — Caller thinks her daughter is being abused by a neighbor who came through the ceiling, and it was a tight fit. The caller believes he is going to kill her because he is crazy.
Caller said a patient was potentially forced by another patient to use meth in the hospital. The patients are separated. One was discharged and the caller doesn’t know where she went.
Caller said a patient was leaving with a drunk driver. It’s unknown in what vehicle.
Caller said her mother lost a wallet in Long Beach, and someone on Facebook Marketplace says they found it and turned it in at the Sandridge Road office. It’s white and dingy.
Caller wants to report disturbing the peace by an ex dropping off something without communicating anything to the caller. There is a court order. The ex did it in a sneaky way through the son. A phone call is requested.
March 21 — Caller reported illegal burning. A neighbor is throwing burning debris out of the upstairs window into the lawn. It looks like a mattress that is burned, and some insulation, also, coming out of window. They are the only items in the yard that are smoking.
Caller said someone backed into their car in the parking lot of a hotel. The other vehicle is an Oregon Jeep 4-by-4, and the caller’s is a Mitsubishi Outlander. The caller advised that the other male is “getting aggressive,” and didn’t want to leave his information. While the caller was on the phone, the male walked into a hotel room.
March 22 — Caller found keys at the park, and can leave the keys on a picnic bench. It’s a Honda key with a Tweety bird and a bell.
Caller said people are dumping stuff in a lot. A motor home got dropped off last night, and now they are dumping off a travel trailer. There’s a Ford pickup with a rack that’s charcoal gray color. The caller said it looks like a man and a woman, and they are putting blocks around the wheels.

March 16 — Caller said there were dogs loose, and the caller got them back in their yard. The dogs keep getting out. The dogs ran in front of car, and are loose almost every morning.
Caller reported a big bull got out of a field.
Caller said the neighbor’s dog just came over and mauled her mother’s cat. She recently moved in, and the dogs have been running around loose. The caller tried to talk to the neighbors, and they gave her attitude.
A subject is renting a property for a wood yard. Caller said there are two things that he needs to report: illegal dumping and vandalism. A neighbor witnessed it and confronted them. It’s an Oregon plate, with City Lumber Co. on the door of the vehicle. There has also been gas stolen. The caller wants to speak to a deputy.
Caller said a neighbor moved a tenant’s truck and damaged it. He’s now saying he’s going to go get a gun and shoot them, and the subject has now gone back into his residence. He does own firearms. The subject has been trespassed from the caller’s property.
Caller had an agreement with people who have been staying in a camper. They were supposed to be cleaning and fixing it up, but haven’t. They have been there about a year, and the caller has pictures to show the deputy.
Caller can hear a commotion down the road from their residence. It sounds like a domestic dispute. The caller heard a woman screaming at the top of her lungs, saying “no, get out,” and could hear a child screaming “mom, mom.” This has been going for the last 5-10 minutes.
Caller requests a welfare check on a female sitting on the side of the road, talking incoherently. The caller stopped to ask if she needed help, and she said “only cigarettes,” and said something about a truck. She is all messed up, not making sense and mentally ill. She has red spiked hair and was last seen wearing a green camouflage hoody, a red silk pajama shirt and black boots. She has a green backpack, and was last seen walking toward U Street.
Caller reported someone is in the area shooting, and they have heard 50-100 shots, possibly from a .357 or 9 mm semi-automatic. The caller is concerned because it is a residential area, and it’s still going on.
Caller needs help getting their ex removed from the property. He was knocking on the door about five minutes ago and said he couldn’t leave. The caller can see his cars, a black Chevy Impala and a Chevy Astro on the property, but is unsure where he went on property. He was last seen wearing a black hoody and gray Carhartt work pants. He had no weapons.
Caller reported a white flatbed truck with back trim with a trailer “hauling ass.” The caller thinks it was going back toward the beach.
Caller said a subject helped her move items two days ago. He put the stuff in his garage due to rain, but hasn’t delivered it to her yet. She has texted him three times today and he hasn’t responded. She requests a call from an officer.
March 17 — Caller said his dog attacked his wife. This is the second time this week. The dog is 18 months old, a Lab and pit bull mix. The caller is taking his wife to the hospital, and will be available by phone.
Caller is an investigator with the Department of Licensing, and wants to be contacted. The subject is an instructor for a driving school, and the caller is investigating him for allegations that have been made regarding underage students. The caller is unable to get ahold of him via email and phone.
Caller talked to a deputy Friday about an issue of property, and her being asked to leave. The caller advised she left the property and got a storage unit, and went to change her address at the post office and was expecting a package. The owner of property has taken her package. The caller doesn’t want to contact him and cause an issue, but wants her mail back.
Caller said her daughter is high on meth, and tried to get into the caller’s purse. When the caller threatened to call the police, she threw the purse at the caller. The caller is disabled and doesn’t feel safe. She served her with a three-day eviction notice. The subject is in the garage right now. She has no weapons.
Caller wants to get ahold of the police, someone is trying to defraud them over the phone.
Caller said a subject is walking around with a “burns o matic” yelling “f**k.”
Caller said a subject is refusing to move a trailer from the driveway. It has been parked there since July. The subject wasn’t supposed to park there, and is squatting.
March 18 — Caller said that sometime during the night there was an intruder on the property. The caller has pictures. It looks like someone carrying bags, but there are no vehicles the caller can see. No one has permission to be on property. The caller is in Longview.
Caller received a text about 20 minutes ago for an EZ Toll payment. The caller is at work currently and would like a phone call. (Many local people have been getting these scam texts.)
Caller wants to speak to a deputy regarding ammunition she has. She is moving and can’t take it with her, and she wants to turn it in.
Caller wants to report speeding, an ongoing issue. Houses are being built at the end of the street. The caller advises that the speed limit is 25 mph, and it’s not being maintained by the county due to it being a “lane.” Speeding construction workers are destroying the road. One vehicle is a silver Prius and the other is a bright blue dual Dodge Ram pulling a trailer.
There was a call from a male towing a Red Ford Expedition. It broke down and he can’t pay for a tow, and said he is going to just abandon it at the park. He said it’s too much for him to tow home. It was given to him by someone in Ocean Park, but he doesn’t have a title.
Caller received a call from his step-nephew threatening to kill him and a neighbor. The subject is in prison. The caller requests a call from an officer.
There’s a house that can only be accessed through a 40-foot-wide easement. The owner of the property had a stroke in the last year or longer, and the caller hasn’t seen her in months. There are caretakers or subjects living on the property who are partially blocking access. Caller is concerned and requesting a welfare check on the owner.
Caller wants a welfare check on a student living in an RV. She has been missing from school for the past seven days. No contact has been made with her.
There are birds in the roadway. Geese are “impeding traffic,” and are going to get run over. Traffic is backing up.
Caller has questions about if someone gets arrested, whether they can remove his stuff from the property. Female is not there, but has questions. Male has been staying “off and on” for less than 60 days. He isn’t paying rent.
Caller said mail was stolen by a subject, and then she went and got it. He took parts out of her phone that came in the mail.
Dispatch reports an open line: Sounds of a female moaning. Received a call from this number earlier, stating she needs a place to stay. Contacted a subject who had been removed from her residence earlier.
Caller said her daughter is not well, she is asking someone to “save her” and she is upset and hollering and banging on her window. The caller wants her to go to the hospital for an evaluation and assessment. Mom thinks that she was “coming after her” when she came out the window. She didn’t fall out the window.
Caller wants a deputy to swing by for a noise ordinance. She said that a neighbor is working on a car, in his man-cave garage, and running and revving the engine. She has been up since 4 a.m., and she can’t sleep with this noise. She doesn’t know the neighbor’s name.
March 19 — Caller said she has a prowler outside her house right now, outside her window. He’s tall, with dark hair and no teeth. Caller said he shows up outside her bedroom window all the time and masturbates.
Caller said the subject is sleeping in a white car in a driveway. The caller has an order that the subject is not supposed to be at that address.
Caller requests a welfare check on the ex-girlfriend and one child. When the caller gets the child back on Friday mornings, there is always a new bruise. There is a mediation agreement regarding the child.
Caller reports possible squatters at the property across the street. The owner lives out of the area, and the tenant passed away a couple of weeks ago. There are subjects coming and going, taking things out of the house. Two subjects were there about 30 minutes ago, but it’s unknown if they are still there.
Caller’s neighbor has been illegally burning for two weeks, and the caller wants a deputy to tell the neighbor to stop. The caller doesn’t want a deputy coming to her house, because she doesn’t want people angry at her. The caller is the spokesperson for other people in the area, and advised she is “not a bitch.”
A black and white trailer was dumped. It occurred last night or the night before, and the caller has a picture of the vehicle that dumped it. It was parked on the street with a male living in it, but no one is around it now. It’s not blocking the street.
Caller is having an issue with squatters at her house.
There is an adult male riding on a dirt bike with no helmet, and it is loud. The caller didn’t give a description of the male or bike. Phone contact was made with the caller, who wants an extra patrol.
The neighbor behind the caller’s residence is mean to his dog. The caller can hear him screaming at the dog, but it’s unknown if he has been physically abusive. It’s ongoing daily.
Squatters are staying in a house and the caller needs to get their belongings out of the residence. The caller is afraid of the subjects, and requests a call from an officer.
People won’t leave the caller’s rental house.
Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Caller reported a male walking in the middle of the roadway with all dark clothing and a dark hat. He’s walking northbound.
A resident threatened to jump off the balcony. She is intoxicated, and wanting to hurt herself. She is now inside her room with a mental health director.
March 20 — The elderly neighbors’ car has been running all night long. The caller walked over to check the vehicle, and nobody was inside it. The neighbor’s husband passed away recently. The caller stated there are a few lights on in the house, but she did not answer the door, and the caller requests a welfare check.
Caller is reporting criminal trespassing and damage. The subject was punching the siding and dented it, then left headed west wearing a red coat and black jeans and carrying two bags.
Caller is concerned for a subject who has people living all over his property, and requests a welfare check. No one pays him rent, and the caller thinks he’s being taken advantage of. The subjects are doing drugs on the property. The subject’s sister lives with him, and she’s worried the people might retaliate against them.
Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A one-vehicle accident occurred. The car hit a guard rail. There is one occupant, alert and oriented, but possibly intoxicated. The vehicle is blocking the eastbound lane, and is facing the wrong direction. The driver is not making sense, and the vehicle has an odor when the door was opened to check on him. It’s a blue Toyota Tacoma.
Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Last night the caller found a wallet in the restroom at the Klipsan Approach. The caller is in a silver car by the restroom.
Caller reported illegal burning. Fire was 15×15. Someone talked to him yesterday, and he knocked the fire apart. But today he has another fire burning about the same size. The caller would like to be contacted by phone.
Caller wants to report a crime that happened over a year ago. He wants to come clean and get it off his chest, but is unsure of correct path to go.
Caller has information about threats to a third party, and requests a phone call. The caller is reporting a male who had called her wanting a refund for someone’s daughter’s driving school.
People are trespassing on the caller’s parents’ property right now, and the caller does not know who they are. A subject has occasionally stayed at the house, and they hung up no trespassing signs. He knows nobody is supposed to be on the property. The caller’s brother gave permission for the subject to be there, but the brother has passed away.
The subject, who has been living with the caller and his grandparents, was recently admitted to a mental hospital, and made comments like ‘’the person inside me tells me to harm me and you guys.” The subject was was released today, and a welfare check is requested.
March 21 — Ten small trees are down across half of the road.
Caller requests a welfare check on her husband, who is driving without a license. He has dementia, and is not supposed to be driving. He’s in a silver 2009 Suzuki Equator, and he left 5 minutes ago. He said he was going to the bank, or to Long Beach.
En route to assist Wahkiakum County with a search and rescue.
Caller needs to get their belongings from their mother’s residence, and wants an officer to stand by, as the caller does not have civil stand by paperwork. Caller was provided with contact information for a civil standby.
Caller requests a deputy respond for illegal burning of cars and motor homes again. The fire is mostly out.
Caller wants to have officer assistance with evicting/getting subjects removed from their deceased father’s property, but does not have court or civil stand by paperwork.
Welfare check requested for a student. The school has not physically seen him since Feb. 5. His mother answered one phone call, stating he was having toenail surgery two weeks ago. He has 85 absences this year.
Caller reported fraud. He started getting a credit card bill from Military Star, and it’s up to $5,000, and now it’s in collection, but he’s never had a credit card through them. Now they’ve started withholding his veteran’s pay. He would like to speak to a deputy.
A lady backed into the caller’s car in a parking lot, and the lady would like police to come take a report. The caller is driving blue Chevy Impala, and the other car is a black Subaru. The caller would rather just exchange information, but the other party would like the police to come.
Caller’s boyfriend is making death threats. He did have a gun, but the caller put the gun in the shed. He is inside, and the caller doesn’t have a phone number that works. The caller thinks has knives inside, too.
Dispatch reports multiple 911 hangups from a number. On the last call, a female advised it was an accidental dial, but when asked what her name was, she said “umm, umm” and walked away from the phone. After a few seconds passed, then someone picked the phone up and disconnected it.
Caller’s daughter lives in Long Beach with caller’s son-in-law. Her grandson called her and said that daughter and son-in-law are fighting, and the grandson is at the neighbor’s. It’s unknown if anyone is injured. Caller does not know of any weapons in the house.
Subject has a 10-inch carving knife on her, and the caller said she was waving it around and stabbing the ground. This was about 45 minutes ago, and the caller is not sure if she is still in the area or not.
Caller hit two deer on the road coming out of Raymond. The caller had to drive to get phone service. The deer are still alive.
A suspicious suspect was driving around, and was over by the fire department. The caller doesn’t know where the suspect is now. It’s a four-door blue sedan.
Text to 911: Text says they sent an illicit picture over Instagram and are being threatened. They stopped responding when asked for their name.
March 22 — Caller is a male whispering, who said he is being burglarized on his property. The caller is in a fifth wheel when he heard something about an hour ago, possibly someone trying to open the door. Ten minutes ago the caller said he heard someone shout. They sounded foreign.
There is a burgundy Ford pickup with a camper shell parked in the caller’s driveway. The truck is in bad shape, and it looks like it ran over the caller’s address post. The hatch on the back is open, but the caller hasn’t seen anyone around.
Caller reports there is a woman screaming and being disorderly. She’s wearing a purple sweater and a floral print miniskirt.
Caller had someone call him and tell him there is a male who has his truck and trailer backed up to the county’s rock pit and is loading it up by the recycling bins.
Unattended death: Caller went to check on a subject and found him deceased. Caller believes he’s been deceased for a few days, and he advised he’d meet the authorities at the gate, because he doesn’t know the house number.
Caller is calling on behalf of female subject whose separated husband has been threatening to come to where she is. He has been saying this all night, and there is a history of domestic violence. He said he was going to see one of the kids, and she can’t do anything about it.
Caller reported a black Toyota Tacoma with a black canopy in the parking lot. The windows are up, and there is a German Sheperd dog panting inside.
Caller requests a deputy contact her regarding a personal issue she will only discuss with a deputy.
Unattended death: It was expected, and no family was present. The coroner was notified.
It happened 15 years ago. The caller said he heard three shots, and thinks they came from a vehicle. He didn’t see the vehicle, they were going south. It sounded like a short barrel. There are no bullet holes that he can see, and the neighbor didn’t see any bullet holes anywhere.
Two males are fighting, and one male has a knife and is intoxicated. First aid requested for laceration.
A van is parked in a lot, and now a car (green white roof, green bottom 1990s Jeep, possibly an Oregon plate) is parked next to it. It’s been there for 30 minutes to an hour. Caller said the sheriffs have been by. She thinks it’s on county property.
A dark colored Subaru Outback pulling tent trailer is dumping garbage. A deputy contacted the vehicle parked along roadway with a trailer. The litter in the area appeared to be old and not to be from the vehicle.
The sheriff’s office told him to call, but he can’t get through to them, and he needs papers served on him before Monday. The caller requests contact from a deputy. The caller was contacted, and he was served the notice of hearing paperwork.
Caller said a vehicle near her property, a black Honda sedan, has been parking there the last two nights, and she is out “raking” gravel around the vehicle. There is one female, who is white with dark hair. She has a dog with her. The caller does not want her parking there, and said she has “nothing but trouble” with the people across the street.
Caller wants to know who called in a welfare check to her residence a couple of nights ago.
An inmate wants to report an assault. A female kicked her in the stomach, and she has bruises. Her wallet was stolen along with her bank card, and her dog also bit her. This happened two days ago. She’s unsure of the exact location.
A neighbor died a week or so ago, and the caller reported there has been traffic and nonstop weird stuff. Right now they are out looking in a gold van, parked on the side of the road.
