March 9 — Caller said she was unable to talk because the subject was in the bathroom. She said to send a few officers, and to please hurry, because he was upset. She is currently in the kitchen of the residence.

Transferred to Medix: Caller said she walked into her room, and her brother-in-law is dead. He hung himself. She said she got him down.

Caller said their friend came over, and he stole money and other items. This occurred yesterday afternoon around 4 p.m.

Caller said she has a subject on the phone in a panic, saying someone is in her attic and she needs someone there. The subject also said that someone trashed her house, and people are looking for him.

Caller said there was a woman on her porch this morning. The caller saw her on cameras, and she took the bird house with her. The caller didn’t realize this happened until just now.

Caller would like someone removed from her hotel room. He is harassing her, and refusing to leave. He is her kids’ father.

March 10 — Caller reported a subject on a mini-bike towing a little trailer with a male inside, drinking beer. They were last seen wearing beanie caps and army-colored coats. One was heavy-set, with a mustache. They were heading toward town.

March 11 — Caller said a male subject wanted to put a bag on his hand and duct tape it. She told him no, and he got upset and was yelling, and got in her face. He left a few minutes ago.

Caller just just picked up her son from rehab. He is in crisis, and she needs mental help. He went out to buy alcohol. Mom is at the house.

Caller said three people, one male and two females, are in the parking lot “looking at cars,” and yelling about the make and model. They might be behind the trailer.

Caller requested opening a trespassing call. The owners confronted the subject, and he took off walking north. He has been in their backyard, and other neighbors’ yards.

Dogs charged at the caller, and were barking a lot. He tried to let the owners know, but he couldn’t get hold of them. It’s a small terrier “mutt” mix, black and white, and a bully breed, boxer with brindle.

March 12 — Caller said the subject has been throwing things and yelling at another guest, and he screamed at the other guest, saying he would hurt her dog. The subject is currently near the post office wearing a black puffy coat, a Seahawks hat, and has a big black garbage bag with clothing in it.

Caller reported a red truck with people inside, parked outside a residence at the end of the street. They’ve been there for 20 minutes, and have been there two times already today. When they were confronted, they told the caller to mind his own business. They are possibly selling drugs out of a travel trailer on the property.

Referred to Recovery Navigator: Caller would like a phone call from an officer. He just really needs to talk to one, and he’s just trying to do the right thing.

March 13 — Caller’s mother is downstairs in the vacant apartment harassing the caller. She thinks she is being funny. The caller counted three of them, because he could hear them talking.

Caller found a deceased neighbor. There is blood everywhere. His dad is there; he had not seen him for three days.

A green single cab Chevy pick up truck with a silver tool box in back, has a female driver, and she is nodding off at the wheel. She turned north onto Washington Avenue. An additional caller said the vehicle almost hit them.

Caller said there is a mail van out front, but no one is responding. The door is not locked. The caller is concerned the mail person is not OK. The lights are flashing on the van.

Caller said a subject is drunk and won’t leave.

March 14 — Caller said one of his employees set an alarm off in the building, and then a Long Beach officer stopped her behind the building. He wants to know if that is true.

Caller thinks his aunt is in a vacant apartment talking to him through the walls. He says she dislocated his hip back in 2013, and he forgot to get a restraining order against her. He would like to speak to an officer.

Caller says the people below them are making the caller not feel safe. There is so much traffic going in and out, and people were knocking on their door at 1:30. The landlord told the caller that there isn’t anything they can do. The caller would like to be contacted.

Caller said a customer came in and told them that two males in the parking lot are fist fighting. There’s a black four-door pickup parked there. They are still out there.

March 15 — The caller said a subject is downstairs with her family, and they are threatening the caller. A subject is from Ukraine, and is talking about land. The caller advised he heard threatening with a knife.

March 9 — Caller can hear noises outside. It sounds like something was on his deck, and something is banging.

Someone is driving a smaller SUV on the Discovery Trail. It’s dark in color.

Caller saw an old van, blue and silver, on Friday, and it didn’t move all weekend. There’s no license plate, and the caller didn’t see anyone inside. They’ve never seen anyone on that lot before.

Caller said a subject and their daughter are living on the caller’s property. The subjects were supposed to be there cleaning up the property so the caller could sell it. They showed up, and there’s a child inside the residence, and there shouldn’t be. The other two subjects could be outside, in the trailer or on property somewhere.

Caller thinks his mother’s ex is at the house doing drugs. All of the security cameras went out at the same time, and the mother is not at the house. The ex is not supposed to be there, and has a long criminal history. The mother helped him buy a truck and gave him some money, and then he disappeared.

Caller advised a male subject was trespassing on the property, and Dispatch could hear yelling in the background. The subject left walking north, last seen wearing a blue hoody and carrying a brown bag and had another bag on his shoulder. The subject had been living there, and was told to leave last Thursday, but didn’t.

A duplex was broken into. The tenants on the other side cut a hole in the attic and stole things. The names are unknown. This occurred within the last seven days. No firearms were taken. The caller is at the residence now for contact.

The mother of the caller advised them their brother hung himself in the bathroom and is beyond any help. The caller is not on the scene.

Caller said the neighbors are leaving trash in the street for the last few weeks, and aren’t paying the bill for garbage service. It’s a group of fishermen guys, and there’s a black Scion parked outside.

Caller has spoken to a deputy. He is getting messages from his ex stating that she is going to tell people things about him.

An abandoned vehicle was dropped off in the last day or two. It’s an old Ford F250, 1970s model truck, in bad shape. The truck is hard to find on the property.

Caller can hear a man outside “going crazy.” She can just hear one voice, but she wasn’t sure if he was yelling at someone. This was in the area of the church across from her house.

Caller reported a neighbor came to his house and said that another neighbor kicked her in the face. She doesn’t want an ambulance. The other neighbor borrowed money from her, she asked for it back, and he told her to leave.

Caller reported a car flew off the roadway into a ditch, and can see the road from where they are, which is in muddy water. Four people are in the vehicle, but it’s unknown if anyone is injured. Both the front and back end are locked up.

March 10 — Caller’s brother passed away and the caller would like to make sure no one is breaking into the house until they get up there. She said they will be up here in the next few days.

Caller’s uncle passed away in a hotel in Oregon, but lived in Ocean Park. The caller is concerned about his property. He lived alone as far as they are aware, and the caller requests contact from an officer.

Caller just got power of attorney for his elderly grandmother, who has an unstable son living at the residence with her. The caller is going to be confronting the son and letting him know he has power of attorney, and will be gathering her documents. Adult Protective Services is involved. The caller has a concealed pistol license, and will be carrying while at the residence.

Caller lives on a property and another employee went into the caller’s room and trashed it. It’s unknown if anything was stolen. The other employee was seen by the boss and foreman, and was not supposed to be inside the caller’s living quarters. The door was unlocked. The caller is there now for contact.

A subject is making suicidal threats. He called in to get transportation to SSI, and was told they don’t cover that kind of transportation. He said “fine, I will just kill myself,” and disconnected the phone. The number they have for him says it’s disconnected when they tried calling him back.

Caller reported a male subject laying face down, not moving, and it’s unknown if he’s breathing. The caller didn’t get close enough to check, but the subject was wearing a brown Carhart coat and tan pants. It’s unknown how long the subject has been there.

Caller reported a person was in the house. She had keys, and said that she had permission to be there. When the caller came back, she was gone, and someone has replaced locks. No one is supposed to be there, the mom is in the nursing home. The caller would like to talk to someone about what to do.

Caller sold the subject a lot, and the subject, who is in the process of buying it, is living on the back part of the lot and he is throwing trash all over. A deputy was out there two weeks ago. The caller is afraid of the guy buying his lot, and said he has put signs all over the lot about “f**k you.”

Welfare check requested on a neighbor. The caller hasn’t seen him outside in over a week. He has two small dogs, and can’t hear them barking. There are packages on the porch. The caller looked inside the window of the garage, and his vehicle is inside, but didn’t try the door. There’s only one light on inside at night, and no exterior lights are on.

Dad died this morning, and there are drugs in the house. Caller said someone will be coming this way, and she doesn’t know what he is driving. She also thinks that some nephews might be there, but she doesn’t know what their last names are or what they drive.

Caller has an order against the subject, and he’s at her residence. The order hasn’t been served yet, but he is aware of the order. The subject is in the basement, and is loading up his stuff. He’s not being violent, they’re not having any issues, and there are no weapons.

Caller got three calls today from someone pretending to be a detective investigating “crank calls” from a security company. The caller wants contact from a deputy.

Caller wants more patrols. She says that there is an empty lot next to her, and there is a fifth wheel that moved in recently with a generator, and there is a lot of vehicle and foot traffic. She states that phone contact would be OK.

There’s a male at the front door causing a scene. The caller told the subject another subject wasn’t comfortable with him coming around until he found out if he’s a sex offender. Then the two subjects were arguing, and the first subject hit her significant other with a stick, then left and possibly went back to his apartment.

Subjects are fighting, the caller advised. The uncle died today, and the caller went to check on the dog. Five subjects were arguing at the residence. There were no weapons and it was not physical. The caller said they are leaving and are available by phone. While she was on the phone, a male hit a subject’s wife, then got into a Mustang. Can hear arguing and fighting in the background.

Caller reported a subject is out back kicking rocks at cars.

Caller just got home, and someone had broken the back window and the house has been rifled through. An SD card and mini camera were stolen. While on the phone, the line disconnected; there was no answer on recall.

March 11 — Caller said her husband is dead. He was last seen awake at 11 p.m., and is cold to the touch.

The FBI called the caller and requested for him to go open a gate for him to a gated community, as he was unable to send his credentials over the phone to the caller. The caller would like a deputy to go check and see if he is really who he says he is. The caller is stuck at home, and would like a deputy to contact him via phone.

One of the neighbors is walking around the park with his eyes glassed over, and the caller is afraid he will fall over. She said he’s “not right.” A male came on the phone, saying “he’s out of it” and he’s in a trance.

Caller received a call from a neighbor advising there were two camps set up on the caller’s property, and garbage everywhere. The neighbor has seen the subjects go into woods, but it’s unknown how many there are. The caller is en route to the location, and requests a call from an officer.

An abandoned vehicle was dumped last night. The caller said that two cars can’t get by it. It’s a camper with a trailer tow behind that has an old faded license plate.

Caller requested a wellness check. They lost contact 12 days ago, and the subject is going through a divorce and custody battle. The mom says he has never tried to harm himself, and has no known health problems. He is not currently working. Mom thinks he drives a black Honda. He is at his girlfriend’s.

Caller’s brother passed away a couple of days ago, and drug addicts are living in his home, and driving his truck. They’re saying they have power of attorney. The caller requests contact from an officer.

Fraud: Caller’s mother was at a niece’s residence in Raymond, and used a bank card between 12/2024 and 2/2025. The caller has a bank statement with the charges, and is available by phone.

A subject keeps calling non-emergency and harassing 911 for supervisors’ names, free meal vouchers, demanding a supervisor, and then called 911. An officer spoke to the subject on the phone and advised her to not call the dispatch center.

Caller said a red Ford pickup with two people in it has been parked in front of the neighbor’s house for 2.5 hours. The neighbor isn’t there. It’s a little cabin on the corner. There’s stuff in the back of the truck. No lights are on in the truck.

The neighbors’ dogs, four dogs of pit bull breed, attacked the caller’s dog. There is a fenced area that they came onto, and busted through the fence. This isn’t the first time. They bit his dog tonight, but the caller doesn’t believe that a vet is needed. His dog’s leg is bleeding.

Caller’s roommate has had people coming and going all day long, and the caller would like it to stop. She requests that a deputy come and talk to her. A deputy spoke with her on the phone regarding the ongoing roommate issue.

March 12 — Caller is having phone issues. A deputy has helped her with it before. The caller wanted a deputy to come out and help her again. She has no service on her phone at this time, and can only call 911.

Caller has game cams up on his property, and he checked them this morning and saw someone on the property last night. They were by the car and RV, and the caller believes it might be the same guy from Sunday who caused property damage.

A neighbor who lives in an apartment on the property told the caller that the lights and TV are on in the caller’s home. There is no car there, and no one should be there. There is construction going on next to the property.

Caller wants a phone call. He called from the phone by the elevator in the sheriff’s office. He would like to talk to a deputy about missing titles and broken down vehicles.

Caller received threatening messages. The threats are regarding a case from last week. The caller disconnected due to poor phone reception.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A white Chevy pickup towing a black utility trailer with Oregon plates, turning onto Highway 101 toward Naselle, was all over the road and went through a stop sign.

Caller received a letter in the mail referring to possible fraud out of Arizona. They have a utility bill for $2,500 for an address in Arizona. Caller has tried calling them, and they are saying the person on the bill has used his address as their base address. Caller requests a phone call from an officer.

Caller requests a welfare check on their sister, who has been sick and has a history of medical issues. Caller called the sister this morning and she could barely talk, and she lives alone. There should be a light gray Honda truck and small charcoal gray Volkswagen EOS parked outside. The caller requests phone contact.

Caller is having a dispute with his significant other. He’s trying to get his belongings and leave, but she’s refusing to let him, and is trying to say he’s beat her kid, and she is recording him. It’s not physical, and there are no weapons.

Caller wants to report an abandoned car. It’s been sitting there for a week. A tarp and driftwood are on top of the car.

Caller reported a subject is drunk, out of control, and refusing to leave, and the caller would like a deputy. The subject was gone on arrival. The caller was very upset the deputies took 30 min to arrive on the scene. He appeared intoxicated.

March 13 — Caller was awakened by her neighbors screaming. The female is crying, the male left in a dark colored SUV in an unknown direction of travel.

Caller reported a subject is riding on a suspected stolen gold-colored motorcycle with tassels on handle bars, and is on drugs. He has no tail lights, and he is terrorizing the town. The motorcycle has multiple plates.

Caller is being stalked by a representative of our district, and has screen shots. He has started posting the caller’s personal information online. The caller advised he is going to confront the representative tonight at the town hall meeting on Zoom.

Someone has abandoned a trailer on the corner, and it is full of garbage. The caller doesn’t think it has a license plate. It’s backed up against a cliff, kind of, in the intersection. The trail has been there for eight weeks.

Caller said a student is running out into traffic. The staff is currently out with the student on the sidewalk, and they do have a crisis team en route.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Caller saw a black cow trip, and it fell into the water. The cow is swimming, but the current is going out. The cow will have a tough road ahead of her.

Caller was just told that someone was in her house last night at 8:30 p.m. The caller is in Vancouver, and nobody should be there. People are taking care of the caller’s place while she is gone, and they are the only ones that should be there.

Someone tried to break into a car and the handle is broken. It’s a silver Toyota Camry.

A man and a woman hit the caller. The couple backed into the caller’s car and scratched it. Dispatch can hear arguing.

A car is in a ditch. Caller cannot see if anyone is inside, and kept going. The headlights and tail lights are on. The car is on the water side.

There is an abandoned trailer down the road. An older couple driving a Honda CR-V-type car were with the trailer. The caller is concerned about a younger couple that are also here. They were arguing (but the caller did not see anything physical) and the caller did hear the female say “she had a knife and would defend herself.”

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Caller reports that an erratic driver in a red Dodge Ram with big tires and a tool box. They are throwing things out their windows, and running up on the caller’s bumper, heading toward Raymond.

Open line: A male was yelling “calling 911 for no f**king reason.” The male then got on the phone and said the phone isn’t working and it’s randomly calling numbers. He advised it was an accident.

March 14 — Caller wants to report a two-vehicle accident. He does not know if they are blocking traffic, he did not go out to look. It’s dark and he lives across the street. It’s unknown if there are injuries or who the parties involved are.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Caller reported a male walking down the middle of the highway, last seen wearing a green jacket with black pants, walking toward Long Beach.

A neighbor has been playing loud music since 2:30 a.m., and the caller can feel the bass.

Caller had some camera gear and medications stolen, but doesn’t know who took the items. They were stolen yesterday around 7 a.m. The caller would like to be contacted.

There is a gray Ford blocking the right of way that belongs to a subject who lives at the end of the street. The caller is not on the scene.

A subject is on the property trespassing. She came to the caller’s property yesterday on a bicycle. She is drunk and high, and is in the caller’s shed. She is a nuisance, and has no weapons other than her mouth.

There is a housing development going on at the end of the road, and a silver Prius and a white work pickup with a canopy drove up the road at at least 40 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Caller requests a deputy contact her. She wants to buy a wood chipper online, but it could be stolen, or it couldn’t be.

There is an abandoned Pontiac car with Oregon plates. A neighbor told the caller it might have been hauled in two years ago during the night.

There is a guy with a John Deere yellow backhoe who is digging on public property. The caller asked the guy if he had a permit, and he doesn’t have a permit.

There’s a white Toyota sedan with California plates and a strap holding down the bumper. The female driver is trying to sell a dirt bike out of the back of her sedan. There’s an older white male wearing a black coat and dark jeans walking next to her car with a hunting knife; it looks like they are together. They are headed toward the boat launch in old Willapa.

Someone backed into the caller’s mailbox. The caller thinks it was from the accident last night. It’s the neighbors directly across the street, but the caller does not know their names.

Caller wants to trespass a subject who is not currently on the property and has not been there since last weekend.

Caller said a female subject is hanging around, and the caller thinks she is squatting on the property. She’s wearing a dark-colored rain jacket, and the caller saw her about 10 mins ago.

Caller saw someone laying on the grass on the east side of the road on the Pacific Highway. The caller believes he was sleeping. It looks like a man with a beanie and a cream-colored sweater.

Caller requests a welfare check on a patient. Caller was doing a pre-surgery questionnaire over the phone. When asked the question, “do you feel safe in your home?” the answer was “no.” Caller advised there is an adult child in the home who is currently using drugs, and the patient can’t leave the home unassisted.

A man is lying on the side of the road on Pacific Way with his feet toward the road. Someone stopped, and he said he was OK. He has a khaki-colored coat on.

A truck lost a 2×4 in the roadway. The driver was told to secure the load.

A subject is staying out in the shop and has been drinking, and his girlfriend wants to leave and the subject won’t let her. It’s possible it has gotten physical. There are no weapons out in the shop. The caller took the keys to the vehicle.

The landlord is stalking the caller, “coming in our home when we aren’t there, going through our garbage and putting notices up on our door.”

The caller was hired to move a trailer off the property, and he just wants to make sure it’s legal for him to do so. He does not want to get in trouble. The owners of the trailer are currently there with him.

There is a house that is mostly empty. There is an upstairs window where a curtain has fallen, and it seems suspicious to the caller. The house is tan/gold with black trim, it’s a Victorian-style house. The caller does not need contact.

The cops were here earlier, and no one can come and get the caller. There is background yelling from a female telling her to get out, and telling her “this is my house.”

Open line: Female is asking a male if he thinks he is having a heart attack. The male said he has weak legs and the wind knocked him over. The female is saying the man is laying on the sidewalk and he is slurring his words. The caller is concerned he is intoxicated and might try to drive away in a white Hyundai.

A neighbor has an ongoing dispute with a neighbor, and they posted a flag that says harassing remarks.

The neighbors are trying to steal a vehicle. The caller says they have been trying for days. It’s a silver Honda Ridgeline pickup. They are driving back and forth and someone is hiding in the bushes. The caller says she heard them out doing target practice on their property today, so they might be armed.

Caller thinks that someone might be about to serve these people who are at a house illegally, and the caller just realized they are missing some documents. The caller would rather they didn’t try to serve the papers tonight.

Caller would like a welfare check on a subject who had a bad stroke. His sister is in the house with the subject, and will not let the caller into the house to check on him. A nurse is opening an investigation on this. The caller would like to be contacted.

Caller reported a male who is very intoxicated. He is on the ground, and needs help getting up. He is currently crawling on the ground, won’t let anyone help him get up.

There is a large metal frame in the road by the boat launch. The fire chief is going to move the metal from the road. Washington State Patrol was advised.

A subject stole the caller’s cats, one short-haired, one long-haired. The caller called back and said the cats are back home.

Caller wants an officer to do a walk-through at a residence that the caller is leaving. The caller is being evicted, and would like to give the officer a key for the landlord. The caller would like a phone call.

March 15 — Caller said there is an unknown man on her property. He is on a piece of machinery, and he is not supposed to be there.

Caller is watching a house for a neighbor, and someone broke into one of the sheds. The caller went into the house, and there is water all over the ground. The caller was at the house on Thursday, and it’s unknown who broke into the shed.

The caller has not heard from her son for 20 days. She had him checked on last Thursday, and the officer advised her to call back if she hasn’t heard from her son. She would like someone to check on him.

Caller advised there are two angry, unwanted people in the house and a gentleman who just had a stroke.

Caller wants to report a criminal trespass. Two people were there around 5:20 a.m., and they are driving a green Subaru with no plate. They parked between an old logging gate and the road, and they took his neighbor’s fire ring on their way out. It was a male and female. The female has blonde hair and is wider in the shoulders. She’s wearing a beanie and blue plaid work shirt.

The owner of an iPhone has been in a severe car crash and is not responding to their phone. Dispatch can hear cars driving by.

Caller bought a property with a school bus on it. There is no title, and the caller wants to talk to a deputy about how to get the bus removed without a title. He was also asking about VIN verifications, and was told that is something the sheriff’s office does.

Caller reports there are squatters around who are cutting trees and making it a hazardous area for residents. The caller thinks there are five or six of them, but doesn’t know their names or descriptions.

Caller is trying to get stuff off the property, and dad is trying to trespass the caller and won’t let them take their stuff and vehicles.

Caller hit a deer. It is off the road in a yard and is still alive, but injured.

A plastic tarp was removed from the roadway.

Caller’s mother passed away, and her house is vacant. A neighbor phoned the caller and said she has seen curtains moved. She says her mother had friends who were “concerning,” and wouldn’t be surprised if people were coming and going from that residence.
