Long Beach Police Department

March 2 — Caller said there’s another problem with the subject. He threw a fit, left in a black truck with spray paint on the back of the tailgate. She doesn’t know if he has weapons. He told her he had a gun, but she thinks he’s bluffing. He’s wearing a white T-shirt and pajama pants.

Caller said the subject is threatening her over the phone, but she didn’t want to repeat what he said to her on the phone because it’s gross. He won’t leave her alone. He is also saying he is going to get money from her sister, and she said he might rob the bank. 

Caller said an elderly couple recently moved into an apartment, and he thinks they are dealing drugs because they gave him some marijuana lotion. He thinks they are trying to deal to kids.

Caller reported a tall, scruffy male who walks around with a stick has some mental health issues. He came up to the caller’s fiancé and was holding a knife. The caller thinks he is schizophrenic. He’s walking toward Chinook, and the caller would like to be contacted.

March 4 — Dispatch says a call was an open line, shuffling, and no response. Called them back, but voicemail was not set up. Called back again, but no answer. Male voice said, “Oh, for f**k’s sake,” then the line disconnected.

Caller reported a person in Ilwaco who is an alcoholic and sounds suicidal. He said he drank everything in the house and wants to die. There are no known weapons in his home. Caller last spoke to him 10 minutes ago.

Caller’s sister has videos of the caller doing sexual activities with another female, and has been showing it to people. The caller was a minor in the videos.

March 5 — Caller said her son is suicidal. He was taken to the hospital yesterday and walked out sometime during the night. He just called her and asked her for help. She’s out of the area, and the subject is home alone. He has no weapons, no plans.

Caller reported they were almost run over by an old man in a dirty white SUV. The SUV is parked at the boat launch at the Port of Ilwaco.

Welfare check: Caller’s son called her and asked for help. He is willing to go with aid. They have been in contact with Willapa Behavioral Health and Wellness for two weeks.

March 6 — Caller said his mom and wife took his keys, and he wants to know if it’s legal or not.

Caller said her brother is harassing and bullying her by phone. He has red hair and freckles on his arms and face, and is light-skinned. He calls all day and night long, and calls her nasty names and the “F” word.

An emergency room nurse is reporting a dog bite for a patient who was bitten in Long Beach. She wants a phone call.

March 7 — Caller requests contact from an officer regarding her ex-husband.

Criminal trespass reported. Caller has two people at the hotel refusing to leave.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Gold sedan heading north on the beach about 10 minutes ago. The male driver seemed very incoherent.

Utility problem reported by caller. The water department shut the water off yesterday. There was no notice, they just shut it off. The caller wants to know how to get it turned back on, and wants to speak to an officer.

Caller said their daughter has been missing for an hour. She has blonde hair to her waist, and is wearing black leggings and a grey hoodie. Not driving.

March 8 — Agency needs assistance. Male patient with schizophrenia is being aggressive, and they need help holding him down to give him meds.

Suspicious Person/Circumstance: Caller reported the windows were open, and the cash out. There are closed signs and no one is inside, but there is food on the stove. It looked odd.

A public restroom has blood all over the walls, window and door.

Pacific County Sheriff’s Office

March 2 — Caller is at a parking area, camping there, and said people backed into them while they were sleeping, then tried to drive away. Caller is in a red Kia Sedona, and said subjects look like they are in a truck. There are about six males in the vehicle and they seem to be intoxicated.

Caller wants to report a scam. They called about five minutes ago, said he had $5.5 million, but needed to send $7,000 to collect this money. The scammer has the caller’s address. The caller wants a phone contact.

There is an Itasca motor home parked on the street with someone living in it, and it’s blocking a few lots that were just sold. The caller thinks they don’t own any of the lots. There was an elderly gentleman with shoulder-length gray hair who was wearing a gray hoodie and sweatpants.

Caller reported a scam text saying she owes them $7, and if she doesn’t pay, they are gonna restrict her from driving. She would like a phone contact.

Caller’s ex-husband is threatening to kill himself and her boyfriend. He drives a 2011 dark silver four-door BMW. It’s unknown if he has any weapons.

Deputy Sean Eastham gave a man a courtesy transport to Cape Disappointment State Park.

Dispatch reports a 911 open line. A male was yelling at a female about her sleeping around with all the men. The female can be heard mumbling in the background, with the male telling her to leave and he is done.

March 3 — Caller reports a subject is screaming and yelling, but she’s not sure what she is doing. The caller has an order against her, and she does not live in the area. She called back about an hour later saying the subject is down there yelling and screaming again.

Caller says they were assaulted about an hour ago. The subject started throwing stuff at the caller, and picked up a big stick and poked him with it and threatened to kill him. She took his wallet and wouldn’t give it back. There are no weapons involved. They are currently still in the same house, just in different rooms.

Caller said her boyfriend is on the other line with 911, so she wants to report she had previously left, but came back to get the kids ready for school. He snatched a hair straighter from her hand, scratching her, then grabbed her wig and threatened to flush it. Caller said she is going to be there until the kids get ready.

A male was screaming “Do you want to go back to jail?” He was saying a tenant was freaking out and said he broke into his home. The caller said he is trying to connect the washer and the subject is accusing him of doing drugs and pointing his finger at him. The caller said the subject pushed off his hat, and hit him in his side.

Caller said someone broke into the neighbor’s summer property/trailers. It’s one driveway north of the caller, who said another neighbor called him and told him. The caller has talked to the property owner, and let him know about the break-in. The owner will be here around noon.

Washington State Patrol requests we attempt to locate an erratic semi driver with a red cab and white box trailer with ATS written on the side, northbound. He ran a vehicle off the roadway. If located, contact Washington State Patrol.

Caller has a no-contact order against her neighbor. She has a survey crew at her house and the subject is threatening them.

Possible Heart Attack: Caller said her heart is beating fast, she’s short of breath and is having vision changes.

Caller requests a welfare check. They went to do a meter check and there’s a dog in the yard, and a car with a handicap placard in the driveway. They knocked on the door, and no one came. There is a lot of water usage, about half a million gallons in one month.

Caller said the subject left them a message this morning, and the caller stopped by to see her. The vehicle is there, the screen door is locked from inside, and she isn’t answering the door. Caller is requesting a welfare check and will be waiting at the house for a contact.

Caller said his brother is there threatening him with bear mace, and is in the house with the caller’s mom, yelling at her. It’s unknown if there are weapons, except for the bear mace, but he might have a weapon.

Caller reported a burglary. The door was open, and clothing had been gone through. The subject used the shower and things inside the home. There was debris from footsteps, and there was water around. Someone was last there one month ago.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A gray Oregon vehicle, and the subject was, driving very erratically and tailgating the caller. The subject tried to pass on the Astoria-Megler Bridge with oncoming traffic, and also tried to pass in the Chinook Tunnel. The Nissan passed the caller and was driving all over, speeding up and slowing down.

Caller requests a deputy call her regarding her neighbors and her cat.

Caller reported a male came up from the road and walked around the entire property. The caller thinks the male was aware of the camera. He had a pair of gloves in his right hand and was wearing a blue hoodie with neon writing and jeans. He is white, with a gray hat and a mustache, and a little overweight. The caller has a picture of him.

The caller’s ex is blackmailing them with nudes that she wasn’t authorized to take, and is currently harassing the caller through messages.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: A Honda on the ridge line hit two elk; one elk is lying on the southbound line, and another elk went over the side. The caller is speaking with the driver, who isn’t injured.

March 4 — Caller had a friend pass away, and it is affecting him. He has no weapons and hasn’t taken anything. He only has been smoking weed and drank a little bit. He felt like hurting himself for a while. He doesn’t have a plan, he just feels like hurting himself.

Caller said the subject was just inside speaking gibberish, but left walking, headed south, wearing a beanie with brown jacket. The caller said she was criminally trespassed.

Caller said a female is screaming, and said she needs to go to the “nut house,” and is crazy. The caller and a boyfriend are holding her down, keeping her from breaking items in the home. Another male got on the line and said he is breaking up with the female.

Dispatch received a call from a female on the line being verbal with someone, yelling expletives, and told them to “go die,” then gave the address and said “get cops here” and disconnected. There was no answer on recall.

Caller was scammed; had some people contact him through Facebook and text. They opened a bank account in his name, had him write checks and send them the money. The account is now negative. The subject is at the bank now for contact.

Caller reported an attempted break-in by a “tweaker” who was wandering around with a flashlight on the property and tried to pry the door open and see inside. The subject made entry into another building on the property, but nothing was stolen that the caller can see. This occurred on March 2. The caller has camera footage.

The neighbor’s goats are out, and the caller went to ask them to put them back in his yard. The owner pulled his pants down and showed the caller his rear, and told him to kiss his ass. The caller said other words were exchanged, and the caller chased the goats off. Dispatch can hear a male in the background yelling at the caller.

The caller loaned a motor home to the subject after a fire, and he’s refusing to return it for the last 6-7 months. The subject is now causing a problem for the neighborhood, as there’s drug use. The subject is parked at the end of the road in a cul de sac.

A male is walking around with an axe in his hand, talking to himself, with dark hair, last seen wearing a white tank top and blue jeans, walking south. He possibly belongs to a homeless camp that is in the area.

The caller has a neighbor she believes has broken into her house and stolen the key to her truck and the title. The caller said she has hidden her vehicle from him so he doesn’t steal it. When asked if she was sure it was the subject who did these things, the caller said a few months ago she had turned him in for scamming women.

Caller reported a male has parked a van at an abandoned house on the corner, and pulled up signs the county had put up saying the property was condemned. It’s a blue/silver Ford van with a short, skinny male inside that has been there the last 4-5 hours.

A male across the street passed out, and sat down under a tree. While on the phone, the caller said the male got up and is possibly intoxicated. He’s wearing black pants and a dark shirt and white shoes. He is rocking back and forth.

Caller said a male is in front of her house taking pictures and yelling at her. He came from across the street, and said that she is causing problems. She said she has him on video, and he got mad at her. She is inside her house with the door closed, and doesn’t have weapons for protection.

March 5 — A male subject is having suicidal thoughts, and tried to kill himself a couple times today. He tried to cut his wrists. He will meet aid and law out by the roadway, but no weapons. The subject drank alcohol. The caller would like a call from the deputy before he responds.

A small shop door has been busted open, and a wheelbarrow that was in the shop was at the gate. The caller doesn’t know when this occurred, but PUD was at property this morning and advised the caller of findings.

Caller noticed her phone wasn’t working well, but then received a phone call from Social Security, and she provided too much information to the caller. She believes her email has been compromised, and requests contact.

A female in a used beat-up silver car is in the caller’s pullout. It’s the same female that was here last summer. The caller requests a phone call.

Caller requests a welfare check on her ex-husband. She hasn’t had contact with him in 6 months, and this morning his doctor called her, advising they can’t get hold of him, either.

There are several vehicles parked nearby in a manner that creates a hazard for the caller, who is visually impaired. She talked to them, and they don’t seem to care. The vehicles have also caused damage to the curb with how they park.

A small gray four-door car with a child inside is parked in the back parking lot. No adult is around, and the vehicle is running. It’s been there for the last 4 minutes that the caller is aware of.

There are three kids chasing cars. One kid got behind the caller, and the other got in front of the caller, so she could not pass. They are on bicycles. There are two boys and a girl.

Caller saw a blond-haired girl who was wearing sweats and a purple sweatshirt, and running and crying with two cell phones. The caller stopped and asked if she was OK, and she said “no,” and kept running.

A patient sent a message that concerns her therapist. “Her husband has left, and she needs the police.” The caller does not know anything else, except that he has had weapons and domestic violence in the past.

Caller said her boyfriend came and took things from her house, a heater and a play station. There is a protection order in place. He may be at his mom’s house. He  drives a 2016 tan Ford F150.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Caller just hit an elk out by North River. The caller is about 6 months pregnant. The elk is off the road, but the car is in the roadway and not driveable.

March 6 — Caller said her security camera was stolen from her driveway two weeks ago, and a Halloween decoration head was stolen 4 or 5 days ago. She would like contact from a deputy.

Caller said he let a gal stay with him for a couple days, and it is a couple days too many. She won’t go, and the caller requests assistance. Deputy Alex Bennett said that as he arrived, she was leaving on her bicycle.

Caller said his ex-girlfriend took his white 2013 Acura ILX while he was out commercial fishing, and it is now supposedly impounded. There is no contact order between them. He would like to be contacted.

Caller wants to talk to a deputy about a neighbor and his dogs.

There are two abandoned vehicles, a brown Ford pickup with no hood, and a white Chevy with a box full of garbage.

Columbia County 911 transfer: Caller has some squatters at their property, and there is some drug paraphernalia. The caller’s neighbors told them to leave, and the sheriff has been there before, but the caller thinks they are locking themselves in the motor home and not answering the doors. The caller would like to be contacted.

Parking problem: A motor home is parked in front of the caller’s house, partially blocking the driveway. The caller saw a female and animals in there last night.

Caller advised someone is shooting a lot of rounds. It sounds like a rifle. Deputy Micah Ristow reported the subject was target practicing behind their friend’s house.

Caller is getting threatening phone calls from a private number, and wants to know what to do. She has no clue who is doing it. They know things about her, and she doesn’t recognize the voice. She wants a phone call.

A tan Yukon rig was driving erratically heading toward the Chinook tunnel, then came into Long Beach and almost hit a pedestrian. Advised the Long Beach Police Department and updated the Washington State Patrol.

Assisted a vehicle stuck in the sand.

March 7 — Welfare check requested on a subject. Caller said there are concerning posts online talking about child abuse.

Someone recently stole tools from the caller’s garage. The total tool value is $2,900.

The caller found a pair of car keys on a road in Bay Center, and will be bringing the keys to the Sheriff’s Office.

Scam: Yesterday two guys came to the caller’s sister’s house to sell life insurance. The caller believes the sister gave the guys a check for an unknown amount. She has dementia.

Four crab pots are in the road near the bridge. The caller moved them off the road, but there are still buoys near the road.

March 8 — Caller can hear yelling and screaming for over an hour. It’s two female voices. 

Unattended death: A person with terminal cancer passed away within the last 10 minutes. They had a DNR. 

Illegal Burning: Someone is burning on Summit, and the caller can see smoke everywhere.

Transferred to Washington State Patrol: Caller found a handgun on the beach, and is at the Klipsan Beach approach. It’s a handgun, silver and black.

Caller said there are people camping at the end of the road for the last two nights. It’s a motor home on a Ford chassis. It’s unknown how many people are there. Deputy Dustin Eaton contacted the subject, who said he would be leaving the area.

Unattended death: A patient on hospice passed away, and has a DNR. The family was present. Emergency Medical Services was requested to respond to pronounce the patient, but hospice just got there.

Caller said someone came into her yard, and an overweight woman threatened her. The threats were “I wanna know why you’re bothering my family.” The caller was outside rinsing her Jeep. She called her cuss words. There were no weapons, but the subject told the caller “I’m going to f**k you up.”

The caller suspects fraud. She is currently trying to find someone to buy a vacant property using a website. Someone reached out to her questioning about the property, then she got a call from a real estate agent from Long Beach who emailed her trying to sell her property.

Two males shoplifted a package of meat, and left in a white Ford pickup.

There was a 911 hangup. On recall, the female advised there was no emergency, she accidentally hit redial from her last call.

Washington State Patrol arrested a driver for DUI. Deputy Micah Ristow stood by with the grandma, who had also been drinking, and waited for friends. Their grandson was also in the vehicle.

Caller said an intoxicated male crashed into a ditch along the highway. It’s a sedan, and the caller can hear another male arguing with him.

On a 911 open line, Dispatch heard a female yelling “punched me in the face a couple of times, don’t f**king touch me, get away from me, how f**king dare you,” then the caller disconnected.
