I, too, find Long Beach’s water rates outrageous. Then they increase them more. When do they stop increasing their rates?

Having spent our winters in Arizona, my water water bill runs around $85 per month. That includes garbage. I find that at my three-unit apartments in Long Beach the average monthly rate runs about $147 per unit per month, with no garbage.

It is time to look for ways to lower Long Beach water rates.
