Dec. 22 — Homeless people with a campfire reported at storage units, but responding officer didn’t see anything.

Dec. 23 — Caller says medication is missing. It was delivered but caller said he can’t find it in his apartment.

Caller: “Unknown if there is a party going, or fighting, or something. Lots of yelling.”

Dec. 24 — Caller reports a suspected scam. Seller asked for $600 deposit on a car, caller sent $300 and asked seller this morning how much more she owed. Caller said two other people are asking about the car also and seller is asking them for a deposit. Caller thinks that she is scamming people.

Caller needs to get two cats out of the hotel. Officers removed a man. Now the caller found the cats hiding, and shelter is closed. She doesn’t know what to do with them.

Male walking up and down the street yelling, wearing a black and white jacket, has been doing this for about 30 minutes.

Dec. 25 — Caller is not in town but says it looks like someone broke into parents’ house and left with a big box. Only description is the person looked like a tweeker.

Illicit substance found in hospital; drugs were from a female brought in from a county call.

Dec. 26 — A white Astro van is heading northbound on the back roads and caller says the driver keeps running stop signs and speeding and almost hit caller’s kid.

A male driving a late 90s gold extended cab Ford F250 with a sticker in the back window that says “eff it” is speeding up and down the street.

Caller reports receiving a call from a Grants Pass dealership regarding an identity-theft incident. Someone was trying to purchase a vehicle under caller’s name and had all of caller’s other information.

Caller says he heard around 30 gunshots.

Dec. 27 — Caller says her neighbor’s door has been open since last night.

At the Bolstad beach approach restroom it looks like there is a camper getting ready to set up camp, caller thinks it’s a homeless person.

Caller was driving down highway and a car was driving southbound down the wrong side of road.

Dec. 28 — A homeless person in a green Suburban has an extension cord running from where he’s parked down one of caller’s hallways. Caller said he was bothering a guest last night and wants him to leave the property.

Ex won’t leave; yelling, threatened to hit caller and raised fist.

Dec. 22 — Yellow hatchback is doing 70 to 80 mph on the beach.

There is a lot of fentanyl smoking going on in a Chinook house.

An Ocean Park subject was supposed to meet caller today at noon to give a dog back and she never showed up. Caller says a deputy spoke to the subject last night and she did admit to having caller’s dog and agreed to meet caller today.

Someone hit a dog and then caller says the driver jumped out of the white Ford truck with a gun, but didn’t actually shoot the dog since it died as a result of the collision.

Reporting party says three dogs are “terrrizing” people. They have killed chickens — two black labs and a reddish-color dog.

Tree down blocking both directions in Naselle, 10 to 12 inches in diameter.

Young curly-haired “drugged out male” is in a Seaview residence and female caller is afraid to go back in, wants an officer to go in with her so she can get her clothes.

Caller was at grandma’s when she threatened to kill her — “You’ve been mean, I don’t like you, I want to kill you.” Caller said she locked herself in the bathroom and left out the backdoor.

Dec. 23 — Female having a possible overdose on fentanyl is very unresponsive; eyes are open, is breathing, four narcan given.

Caller’s girlfriend’s gun was stolen out of a locked gun safe, keys went missing for it about a month ago.

911 call abandoned; on call back, male answered said “help, help, help, help,” then disconnected again.

Volatile client needs to be removed. Has torn apart the office, stealing things; no weapons.

A red Kia is in a ditch in front of Grange Hall. Looks like they just drove or backed into the ditch.

Caller just went off the roadway in a Chevy Tahoe, nobody else in vehicle, was heading south on US101.

Ocean Park female came in and said her landlord assaulted her and broke her ribs.

Truck with a smashed window is in the parking lot, and caller says she is scared and is “freaked out.”

Caller says her fiance owns some lots and someone is living on the property with a generator.

Dec. 24 — Caller was making a chandelier out of a wagon wheel. Caller said the subject was upset and thought she was going to hit him and went to block the blow and he had a knife in his hand and cut her arm by accident. Both people have been drinking.

Ocean Park caller is at the fire department saying she has no place to stay after her landlord assaulted her.

Neighbor is pumping water onto caller’s property and it’s flooding it.

Caller is “a senior so many things have happened. Thinks things are abusive.”

Caller would like a deputy to patrol Ocean Park. A kid on a bike keeps roaming around the neighborhood, going through mailboxes.

Dec. 25 — Subject was over for dinner and is now refusing to leave.

A caller says there are a bunch of people in her house and she had to sneak out her bedroom window to get away. They trashed her house and won’t leave, and they took all the siding off her house.

Caller has a trailer house in Long Beach and received a PUD bill within last couple months that is higher than normal. Caller would like to have officer drive by residence and make sure there is nobody inside.

A male subject is high on something, possibly fentanyl; “is very out of it, zombie like, is causing problems.”

Caller just got home and noticed at the neighbor’s house directly in front of him there is a door open and a guy standing there trying to hide when they pulled up.

Seaview caller’s roommate punched him in the face, eye is bleeding, needs aid.

Dec. 26 — Fallen tree is blocking a logging road. No injuries, but two people were up there camping and are stuck behind the tree.

Caller’s wife was attacked by a dog on Christmas eve. They spoke with the health department and were told to make a statement to law enforcement.

Someone is outside at caller’s Chinook house. Doesn’t know who they are but sees feet under his truck. Heard a big bang and went back into home and now is locked inside.

Dec. 27 — Person driving home from work fell asleep at the wheel, hydroplaned and went off the road into the bushes. Subaru Impreza has no plates, not blocking, person’s head hurts and body aches.

Raymond caller says he has a gate at the end of the road, and people have been using the land on the other side of it for illegal fishing and shooting, and drug activity. He would like to speak to law enforcement about how to handle this.

Caller saw a maroon Ford F250 pickup with a white canopy and broken windshield around Ocean Park “doing bad things.”

There is a homeless person at the cemetery, and they have had problems with this person before.

Caller’s wife went for a walk in the woods in Seaview and has not come back. He walked as far as he could in the direction she went and called for her and their dog and didn’t hear anything.

Car parked out front since before daylight with two people inside. When anyone walks past, the people duck down.

Caller was sitting at Seaview beach approach when a Toyota pickup came racing around, spun out and threw dirt and rocks all over caller’s car; left southbound on the beach.

Neighbor’s home is being broken into right now. One man and two dogs and there are two guys sitting in a burgundy car.

Dec. 28 — A branch is hanging from phone lines, dangling over the road, and also a chunk of a branch is in the road partially blocking both lanes.

Last night a person was pounding on caller’s door, screaming and swearing for about 30 minutes.

Raymond subject is overdosing on fentanyl, not awake, unsure if he is breathing. Caller later said the subject resumed breathing.

Someone broke into caller’s Seaview vacation home. Caller is not inside because of broken glass, she is waiting outside.

“Lady came into the store and says she lost three dogs, her car is out of gas and is alone and not acting real with it.”

Accident just occurred, looks like male is still alive.
