Long Beach Police Department

Dec. 1 — Man bleeding from the arm. Caller has no idea how it happened. Not sure how or what, but it’s dripping blood. Husband and wife are both out there, caller thinks that they are fighting. Caller transferred to Medix, and then discovered that it was a domestic.

Caller said she has had someone in her yard probably the last few nights. She found food on her bench Wednesday and Saturday nights, and she found footprints last night.

Dec. 2 — Customer left walking north toward police station. Wanting to fight, and not leave. No weapons. Guy is a repeat customer and is not usually like this.

Suspicious person leaning against shed, there has been issues with vagrancy in this area. Tall skinny male wearing hoodie, carrying several bags.

Caller heard a noise, sounded like rapid gunfire, about 20 rounds. Unsure if that’s what it was.

Dec. 3 — Male said he was going to turn volume up, line disconnected. Dispatcher recalled number, spoke with ER, who said they would go check with patients.

Caller says people are harassing her husband, trying to break into the place, flipping off her husband.

Dec. 4 — Police en route to downtown area for report of two subjects walking while consuming alcohol.

Caller had equipment/generator stolen from one of their boats.

Neighbor is burning something that smells toxic.

Caller has a rare allergy condition and has given landlord notice explaining what caller needs for a safe environment in which to live. Today the management dumped briquettes in fire pit and lit a fire, and now caller cannot go home. Caller would like to speak with an officer.

Dec. 5 — Caller says a male has been having contact with multiple minors, buying them substances and doing sexual things with them.

Caller reports a woman passed out, breathing OK. She did have some alcohol and just gave blood today. Her eyes are rolled back in head. Scene turned over to Medix.

A year ago a subject ripped off caller’s door and she says police didn’t do anything about it. Caller isn’t answering dispatcher’s questions.

Person who called because of the landlord she says put her life in jeopardy by lighting up a campfire says they are now cutting down trees.

Dec. 6 — A motor home has been parked in between building and Head Start building, has been there a couple days.

Caller to 911 said, “I don’t have an emergency, can you tell me how to get a hold of the local Long Beach police chief so that I can find out where the insurance agent is?” Caller then said “never mind” and hung up.

Dec. 7 — Person calling about an explosion last night; wants to know what it was, wants police to call back.

Pacific County Sheriff’s Office

Dec. 1 — Residential burglary alarm, resident requesting police, “she sounded a bit panicked.”

Drugged-out person screaming/banging in their trailer in area.

Ocean Park callers heard 7-8 high-powered rifle shots in area.

Dec. 2 — Prowler reported in Nahcotta. Person who is doing it is next door at a well-known drug place. This is second or third time this has happened.

Female gave caller some items as a gift and caller thinks they may be stolen property.

Seaview caller said a guy is sleeping under a table and thinks he’s been there all night; wearing black clothing and has a backpack.

Ocean Park caller said her husband and her mother-in-law have been having a sexual relationship; would like a call from an officer.

On a Ring camera Ocean Park property owner saw a male come over fence and go into gazebo, casing out area, stole items from gazebo, used wheelbarrow to haul items away.

Caller’s husband was driving their car at the intersection of Vernon and Bay when someone hit their car. Caller would like to make a police report.

An angry male trespasser on property in a silver Chevy Equinox with busted-out back window tried to illegally park. When caller told him he couldn’t, subject got upset, yelled at her, pulled out and almost caused accident, then left headed toward Chinook on Alternate 101.

Seaview caller left his bike out and now it’s missing.

Caller’s husband passed a female standing/sitting on side of State Route 105. Caller asked if she was OK and she said her boyfriend beat her up and kicked her her out of car with no shoes or coat.

Ocean Park caller is feeling threatened by a subject about a lawn mower.

Ocean Park subject who has been previously trespassed is messing with gas pumps.

Seaview caller has been having a dispute with her partner. She is just trying to go to sleep but he’s been screaming at her since she got home. Nothing physical, but he is in a grumpy mood. She just wants him to leave.

Dec. 3 — Female driving a white car just hit a power pole in front of his house; she says has friends coming to get her and tow her out. She is walking around and caller does not think she is injured. Power is still on.

Caller has been talking to a guy on Facebook who making threats to have caller’s mother killed, and has also been asking for money and gift cards.

Two-vehicle accident: Caller’s white Chevy Express van hit by a pickup with trailer behind it. They were going around corner at same time when the trailer swung into the van. Ripped mirror off, window broke, unknown if door will open, airbags deployed, icy road. Caller still inside van, other driver possibly out of vehicle and caller doesn’t think she’s injured. Vehicles are blocking roadway.

Caller said he lives in Oregon but has property in Raymond. His neighbor called last week and said there are “a whole bunch” of trailers on caller’s property. Caller also received a letter from city of Raymond saying “there is an illegal RV park on the property.” Caller said no one should be on the property.

Caller reports a woman on Facebook is threatening to post something and is blackmailing caller for money, and apparently already shared the pictures to TikTok.

Someone says there is a giant log blocking half the road on a beach approach.

Renter has had her tires slashed twice in the last two weeks, and had two attempted break-ins but the dogs scared them away.

A person who was arrested last week has kittens in her home. The mom cat had been gone for a few days and is now back, “freaking out” and wanting in.

Caller reports theft of a five-gallon blue jug of gas marked as kerosene, taken from his carport.

Ocean Park caller says someone came to her door and said that “something is going on at a neighbor’s house and it’s not good. Does not know what’s happening. The person who told her was a stranger and drove off.”

Seaview caller says “something weird has happened in last month, dad may be involved in this, phone is hacked, dad was going to help caller fix phone, but he just left.”

Caller says gate is locked up and he cannot get to his house in Ocean Park. Landlord has caller locked out of house. Rent is all paid up so unsure why gate is locked.

Two-car accident and “the guy in truck does not seem right.” Jacked-up Ford is stalled in the road.

Father-in-law fell off ladder in shop. Struggling to breath, lying on back, bleeding and something bubbling out of his mouth.

Older woman with curly blond short hair seen changing briefs in the Seaview Laundromat. Person heard in background saying she is a cancer patient and is incontinent. Caller says she has been told to leave and won’t.

Dec. 4 — Gentleman driving a black sedan is doing about 35 mph and swerving all over the road. Pulled over at 145th to let people pass and then got back on road heading southbound toward Long Beach.

Caller says two vehicles have been parked out in front of his property for about a month. Their owner has asked the owners to move the vehicles but hasn’t. Caller plans on dropping trees on the property and the vehicles will be in the way.

Caller would like a check on someone living in the backyard who has drug, alcohol and mental health problems. Caller was told he has a gun that doesn’t belong to him.

Caller northbound on Vernon says someone threw out a case of beer bottles and they’re in the road.

A female subject in Ocean Park was by the pumps going through the garbage cans. When reporting party called, she walked off the property wearing red and black flannel pajama pants and a dark-colored jacket.

Yesterday the caller received a fake $50.

Blue car in the ditch, possible drunk driver, the wheels were spinning in the air. Before aid arrived, someone pulled the car out of the ditch and they left the scene.

Citizen asked for a call from an officer regarding a stolen vessel. Citizen called again wanting to know when a deputy will call. Was advised it’s been five minutes since she last called and the deputy will call her when he gets a chance.

Dec. 5 — Caller wants to complain about the response to her dog that has been missing for a while. Reporting party is asking for an incident number, and has called several times.

Yesterday a Saint Bernard dog had caller pinned up against building, unknown who the owner is.

Neighbor throwing garbage onto caller’s property, leaning boards onto caller’s fence.

Caller and husband are being harassed by someone claiming to be with Publisher’s Clearinghouse. The person has called seven times since last night.

Silver Chevy pickup parked on Naselle property posted no trespassing. Caller reports previous problem with fish counters who are supposed to notify caller before going onto property.

Request for fire response for an illegal burn with exposure, structure threatened.

Someone fraudulently advertised caller’s property for sale. A person using caller’s name sold the property and it is in escrow.

Caller has a vacation home and it appears someone had burned some things on the porch last night. There is also busted window trim as if someone was trying to look in the windows.

Someone shot toward subject, “working on truck and a .22 shell went zinging by head.”

Caller sold a Nintendo Switch and some games to a male and now he says the item isn’t working. It was working the night before when caller sold it. Caller refused to give buyer a refund, and now is getting threats on Facebook and text message.

Local girl is screaming at cars and she is in and out of traffic.

Two-car accident, five people in caller’s car. No one injured in her car.

Suspicious man with a “heavy belly” has been standing the road for 45 minutes.

A person covered in tarps is sleeping on the corner and caller is concerned they might roll into the road.

Dec. 6 — Two dogs are barking in caller’s area, waking up the neighborhood, sounds like it’s coming from east in the cranberry bogs.

Caller wants to ask a deputy: “[I] was hypnotized to steal things and would like to know if that is against the law.” Deputy told caller “it is illegal to steal things.”

Last night someone threw something at caller’s windshield; “it was a female that is known to do this.”

Red-haired male walking in the area acting strange, been there all morning going back and forth, going in circles and throwing things.

White hatchback car took out a school bus stop and mailbox, continued through Raymond.

Male student ran away from the school, pinkish hair.

Yesterday a deputy dropped four kittens off at caller’s house. The humane society told him they would only take the kittens if a deputy brought them.

Male fell outside and has a hemorrhage injury to his groin. Lifeflight will be coming out of Kelso, 39 min ETA once launched.

Bear on the back porch, husband scared it off but it came back.

Dec. 7 — Silver Oldsmobile in embankment, caller does not believe there are any occupants in vehicle, airbags deployed.

A female subject is at the store and caller wants her to leave; wearing a black coat, unsure if she has pants.

Patient is refusing to cooperate with hospital staff unless an officer is there.

Male subject asking for an ambulance, but says that he is kicked out of the hospital.

Male is living in caller’s house but caller doesn’t want him there; has been using mushrooms and says he is invoking the “homestead act.”

Male in a navy blue SUV just assaulted caller, has a big dog that is running alongside the SUV. He came after the caller, “walked toward him and put his hand on his chest and kinda pushed him.” The guy’s dog came after caller’s dog and he threw sand at the dog to get it to go away.
