How roughly 3 to 4 million more than 50% of the voters sent President Trump back to the White House, flipped all the swing states, created at least one more, improved President Trump’s margins in every state except Washington and improved margins over 2020 in Pacific County. We the people voted.

This particular voter grew tired of being called names and lied to for many years. Recall the “Presidential Basement Campaign” and the following years as we watched our president deteriorate and were told he was fine. Russian collusion and the Steele Dossier funded by the Clinton Campaign for $1 million, “The Laptop,” the Deplorables and so forth. We have also been told our southern border is secure. Fast forward to the more recent name calling such as Hitler, Nazis, Fascists and human garbage and you might have a clue.

Your recent Opinion Page included the Observer claiming “Proud to be purple” — although sounding good, these are only words. Noted was one recurring opinion column mentioned that “Journalism is more important than ever now.” Agreed, but hoping you know that nothing on your Opinion Page could be considered journalism in the customary sense.

From the Reagan years forward, every past president to include Biden, has deported more illegals than President Trump ever did. Yet, you make him out to be the Boogeyman. We need immigrants in this country for a number of reasons and they are most welcome. Legally.

Furthermore, it seems as though the Democrats have indeed learned how to rig an election. In defiance of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Buck County Dems are currently counting, and openly bragging about counting, illegal votes. Your own Associated Press has called the Senate race involved, yet the taxpayers are now on the hook for a $1 million recount that goes along with the illegal counting.

If there is “an ethical difference between calling a candidate wrongheaded and misinformed versus calling them evil,” where is your purple outrage?
