Nov. 10 — Neighbor’s property has a dead deer on it and caller doesn’t want to smell dead deer. Unknown owner, they usually use property for camping only a couple times a year, property only has a couple of sheds on it.
Stop sign lying in neighbor’s yard, unknown cause.
Female outside rolling around on ground, hold her head, screaming, throwing things out into road, smoking meth pipe.
Man on the side of the road looks distressed, talking to himself and making concerning movement with hands.
Nov. 11 — 911 open line with male and female arguing in background, “Call them, I will write you off for the rest of my f**king life, you hit me, I did not, you grabbed me, I never once, hit me in head, you f**king crazy woman, I’m your daughter, I have you on.” Line disconnected.
Someone left a backpack in parking lot, caller does not see any camera footage showing who dropped it off.
Caller says she cannot go back to trailer because she’s being attacked by squatters, said they will kill her if she goes back.
Female threatened caller’s mom, told her to get out of her face, shoulder checked her. Female left and came back, seems to be on drugs.
Nov. 12 — Neighbors got into caller’s face, yelling at him. Argument over him parking his vehicle in front of caller’s trailer, “if nothing is done will handle it himself.” Subject had a cast and was threatening to use it against him; no weapons.
Elderly female walking in the road, blue coat and white shirt, has a lanyard with badge.
Caller says she is on a hill and there is tree down. She is not in danger and just wants to get home.
Nov. 13 — Caller is wanting to report something, wants someone to protect and serve with emphasis on the serving, she wants someone to go to address and deal with an elderly female’s garbage can because it might roll. She wants the garbage can placed on the south side porch and hunkered down.
Female told the bus driver that her mom kidnapped someone last night.
Male needs to be trespassed from premises, has been using heroin a couple times in the restroom.
Caller heard possibly 3-4 gunshots in area, possibly power lines making noises from storm.
Nov. 14 — Caller can hear someone screaming “get the f**k off of me” but cannot see them, sounds like it’s coming from Pacific Avenue.
Black car is parked just past the fire department, caller wants an officer to tag the vehicle. All the tires are flat; car has been sitting there for a few months.
Victim showed up at the hospital and reported domestic violence.
Subject “is back from the penitentiary,” “him and [redacted] are going to fight each other and whomever wins, wins.” Asked if they are fighting now, caller responded “it’s quiet, too quiet.”
Behind the bakery there is a black vehicle with its car door open, it’s been like that for about an hour.
Nov. 15 — There is a lady downstairs arguing to kid about not taking the weed. Caller is upset with the kid because he told him not to take the drugs because they are laced with PCP.
Blue or black older 1990s Camaro buzzing around, screaming and yelling at people.
Nov. 16 — Caller said his niece checked herself out of the hospital in Everett about 8 hours ago. Subject went to caller’s house, told her uncle she took an Uber down to Ilwaco, said the Uber driver dropped her off farther away from the address and tried to sexually assault her and she ended up walking to the house.
Male patient screaming, stabbing himself with a sharp object in face, just walked in.
Silver Nissan almost ran them off the road and tried passing them on the right, call transferred to WSP.
There is a person lying in the street, might be drug related.
Female just called 911, was out of breath and said she just got attacked. When asked how she was attacked, she said “f**k you” and hung up.
Caller says there are three people throwing things at her, she needs an officer to come.
Someone left a boat on a trailer in the parking lot, it has been there a long time.
Guest locked out of room and their dog is inside. Cannot get a hold of the after-hours person.

Nov. 10 — Caller thinks someone took a photo of her trailer, said she could hear the click of the camera. She didn’t see anyone. Caller said that she has heard and seen this before.
Someone backed into a 2019 Chevy Silverado and damaged the tailgate. It was parked on a side road along Highway 101 between Long Beach and Raymond.
Tan SUV is in the ditch near Bone River.
Can hear yelling coming from neighbor’s house, two kids crying and someone saying “stop, stop” and banging noises.
Female is saying she is having an anxiety attack and wants cops sent back.
Female says her roommate and somebody else are arguing because one of them threw up in the yard and the other roommate’s dog ate it.
Caller’s mother sent her a picture of a lady in a white car parked out front of her house. She said that someone is breaking in right now.
Female said that there was a bear in her neighborhood, it was outside of her window. She isn’t sure if this is the one that was shot a few days ago. Now it’s headed towards Sid’s Market.
Nov. 11 — Caller would like to talk to a deputy about shooting a bear in the area, wants to know the laws for the county.
German shepherd just showed up on back porch, looks like it has babies. No collar, unknown owner, doesn’t know what to do with her. Advised that county has no animal control officer.
White Chevy Tahoe swerving and heading north on highway. Almost ran off roadway multiple times.
Ocean Park caller is saying he has property damage, broken window from disturbance last night.
Seaview caller says WDFW told her to call if bear is still an issue. She says the bear went after her husband tonight. While on the phone, caller said bear is still outside near her home.
Nov. 12 — Caller says people are outside running around, he can hear whistling. Male said that he was broken into last night, and it could be “them.” Didn’t hear any vehicles. Didn’t see anyone.
Sixty gallons of diesel and gas and some tools were taken from caller’s property last week.
A person wants “to report election fraud in Pacific County, bribery and corrupt solicitation all across Pacific County.” Is in the lobby of sheriff’s office.
Caller lost wallet, left it at a restaurant in June. The owner has been saying he’s going to send it to him and still hasn’t.
Person fell down, she is awake and breathing, either having a mental issue or is intoxicated. She has face and arm injuries and is bleeding.
A big tree fell on a power line, blocking the road.
Nov. 13 — “They’re saying she’s dead,” someone said there is a small battle going on and someone is dead. A person was killed “this hour,” according to them.
At 2:50 a.m. call transferred from Astoria from a caller about a “structure fire,” one of the Chinook houses on fire by the bow picker and the coffee shop on the river.
Caller requesting an officer to contact her, she has a question about officer badges — “does the badge just say ‘protect?’”
Dispatcher can hear screaming in background, “I’m going to kill you if you send me away. I don’t want to leave.” They are breaking things, have been in contact with Crisis Support Network.
Caller attempted to purchase firewood on Facebook, paid half of the price and didn’t receive the wood, it was supposed to show up yesterday.
Four trees down blocking both lanes, several trucks backed up.
Nov. 14 — Male overdosing, no narcan.
Caller said that she doesn’t know the address, and she is naked and someone is outside trying to kill her. But she isn’t sure who is outside trying to kill her.
Caller is reporting “mischief with his ballot, it got kicked out because of a computer glitch, got a new ballot one day before election, the new ballot was marked and caller is concerned about that.”
Pickup truck parked in the middle of the road in Ocean Park looks broken down.
Neighbor pulled motor home onto right-of-way and is refusing to move it; he told the caller he was being petty.
Caller said she was following a Toyota Corolla on U.S. 101 that was swerving, turned right toward the Chinook port.
Caller said he just got to his vacation home and someone broke into the back shed building, but no one broke into the house.
Nov. 15 — White and brown spotted dog running loose in the area. Unknown who it belongs to, it’s sitting by the neighbor’s house but unknown if it belongs to them. Dog went inside.
Caller is outside and he looked up and saw a drone. The drone took off toward the trees.
Caller is home alone and heard what sounded like someone walking inside his home and going through cabinets. Heard sliding glass door open and then floor creaking, possibly footsteps, then in the kitchen cabinets quietly shut and drawers sliding. Then heard footsteps toward his room, then walking away and door shut.
Nov. 16 — Young lady friend of caller is out walking the streets in the rain and he wants her to be checked on.
Someone stole money out of caller’s safe — jewelry, coin collection, and ammo. Unknown when it happened.
Black GMC taking a left on State Route 401 off State Route 4, Arkansas plate, went off the road about six feet, also lots of lane travel.
Caller believes dispatch received a call about three vicious dogs in Ocean Park. She is not on the scene and had placed her dogs in a foster care.
There were three dogs running through caller’s yard.
There are two women “screeching and fighting at property.”
Someone dropped off three dogs in the area and caller said the brown one “seems a little aggressive.”
Male on property is harassing her, pulled up in a van and threatened to pull the gate down. Said as soon as she leaves he will tear it down.

Welfare check requested. Someone is outside screaming, sounds like she is hitting something.
At 5:41 p.m., male said he is on Weyerhaeuser state land and there is a rollover of a side-by-side, one person is stuck inside the vehicle near the rock pit. Subject is breathing and coherent.
