The Haitians in Springfield, Ohio are not eating people’s pets, they are in the United States legally and settled in Springfield because of the low cost of living in that city and employment opportunities. We know this, yet we repeat the lies!

Undocumented aliens in the U.S. do not vote, and it is against the law for non-citizens to vote. We know this, yet we repeat the lie!

We cheer for Donald Trump when he uses hateful rhetoric that targets blacks, Muslims, Hispanics, immigrants and others; and then we repeat that rhetoric with an indifference to the suffering it causes.

By his rhetoric, Donald Trump invited and encouraged violence. Hate begets hate, and violence begets violence. So let us all be warned — that the hate, lies and violence we bring to others, will in time be brought upon us, and we will reap what we sow.
