Oct. 13 — Caller wants to report a theft of money, jewelry and other items.
Welfare check requested on a taller male walking with a bike, having mental health crisis, screaming/yelling and freaking out.
Caller just came home from work and roommate has another person there doing fentanyl.

Oct. 14 — Caller has a trespasser, not a guest, and does not know his name, wearing plaid pajama bottoms.
Oct. 15 — Caller visiting area and not getting along with a subject who has been giving her a hard time, being mean/yelling at her, has been trying to get taxi to leave for over an hour. Male subject started following her when she was headed to ATM, requesting that an officer check on her.
Male is in corner of laundromat crouched down messing with machine, possibly trying to get money out of it. Has long scraggly hair, looks homeless, still inside.
A male carrying a gas can was chased out of office.
Oct. 16 — Automated message: “You are being contacted by automated emergency voice service on behalf of a caller. Caller’s phone detected possible car crash and they were unresponsive, please send help.” Male came on the line and says was in an accident, non-blocking, trying to remove glass in road. Line open and caller not answering.
Car stuck on beach with tide coming in, a white Hyundai Elantra.
Patient has injury to face with bruising and swelling, allegedly caused by being struck by a male subject.
Man is peeking in things, wandering around and caller doesn’t know him.
Caller was verbally attacked by heavy-set neighbor.
Caller says a storage unit was broken into tonight. This is the third or fourth time unit has been broken into.
Neighbor came and rang caller’s door bell a bunch of times, then stuck a hot dog under her door and poured an unknown liquid on the floor to harass her.
Oct. 17 — Female screaming for “help,” sounds like it is coming from the row furthest from the port.
Oct. 18 — A man stole caller’s sailboat, This Side Up, from Ilwaco.
Oct. 19 — Male subject yelling and screaming, refusing to leave, caller is locked in the backroom with another employee.
The gate to the school is open and there is a car parked inside the gate; there is a man under the covered area with a sword.
Caller works at the hotel and they’re getting prank phone calls about blood and other things. Have been getting called nonstop all day. They called number back and spoke to a parent who hung up on them.

Oct. 13 — A male subject just ran through the bar and attacked a male in the back. He was escorted back out of the building and is no longer at the scene. Suspect also put hands on a female who was there.
Fifteen cows in middle of the roadway.
Ocean Park caller is having a panic attack. House was broken into and she just called a few minutes ago. She is wanting to have an officer sent to her house.
A lady on the road has been screaming for hours and throwing trash and will not leave in the Ocean Park area. She is a random neighbor lady that comes over to the “drug house.”
Caller received a call from a person who would not disclose his name. He made a lot of threats toward the owners of a trailer park, threatened to kill owners and their children.
North Cove caller’s cats are gone.
Caller following a male driving who was nodded out at a store with part of his truck into the road. She said she is following him home and he tried to drive over the top of her.
Oct. 14 — A husky has been around for four months. The dog was injured a few months ago when she first started seeing it but seems to be doing better now; seems like a friendly dog.
Caller would like to talk to an officer about computer harassment. Subject is sending pictures of her neighbor’s house telling her he knows where she lives and saying all these things he is going to do.
Abandoned boat in Chinook storage area, owner refusing to move it.
Theft in progress in Seaview, a male and female both have items in their pockets, subjects are walking toward the cash register now.
Caller just got to friend’s cabin and the place is trashed. The owner is on his way. It looks like the crooks might be planning on coming back. Cannot tell how they gained entry.
Caller was told of a truck over an embankment, looked like it has been there a few days near the spot people collect spring water.
Oct. 15 — A car hit a guardrail near milepost 21 on U.S. 101, caller talked to driver who said he was OK.
Caller had a bunch of campaign signs stolen from their property last night.
Raymond caller found a Ruger American rifle on landing this morning while hunting.
Old Doberman-type dog is roaming around neighborhood, in and out of road, worried it’s going to get hit.
Oct. 16 — A subject threatened caller with a gun and then took off down Cranberry Road.
“Looks like there was an altercation at the branch last night, there is blood on the floor in front of the front door.”
Neighbor hired a contractor to tear down their shared fence without permission.
Last night a black dog was digging holes on caller’s property.
Subject showed up from Portland saying he is going to kick the door down.
A guy is driving crazy off the Astoria-Megler Bridge heading toward Chinook, passing and almost caused a wreck.
Light brown dog running in the roadway, looks like someone dumped some garbage and the dog is digging in it.
Oct. 17 — There are people on caller’s property taking things, unknown how many people and unknown what they are taking.
A homeless guy on a bicycle walked out from caller’s backyard and he took some of caller’s lumber, then headed north toward Ocean Park.
Ongoing issue with a problem house every night in Ocean Park, there is traffic all night long.
Little silver car has been broken down for a few days with a woman and two dogs. Has a bunch of stuff tied up on top of the vehicle. It’s parked in a spot where the school bus turns around.
Neighbor’s dog came onto caller’s property and tried biting caller multiple times. Caller was able to get control of the dog and brought it back to its home. The neighbor told caller it served him right for trying to bring the dog back.
Ford roll over, air bags deployed.
Bunch of dogs barking, have reported this before, does not know the owner’s name.
Oct. 18 — At 1:32 a.m., dogs have been barking for hours. Deputy checked and the owner is not home. “Dogs in the backyard barking. I spoke with owner over his camera system about the dogs barking.”
Spikes reported in the middle of the road in the southbound lane. Deputy checked and the “spikes” are rubber and used by road crews to mark utility covers and other important objects/markers when re-paving a roadway. Not a hazard.
Suspected DUI driver almost caused many accidents, last seen turning on to Sandridge Road with four people in the car.
German shepherd in distress, tied up, howling and barking and nervous barking. Deputy drove through area with windows down, did not see or hear any dog barking.
A male came by caller’s house, said he lost his flashlight. Was carrying a “club” and possibly a knife.
Caller says “there is a flood of emotions and she needs police.”
Oct. 19 — Caller almost got hit head-on by a beige truck with a canopy, truck was all over the roadway.
