Sept. 22 — Caller hears “extreme yelling and screaming,” two or three men fighting behind the building behind the fence, possibly on Washington Avenue.

Someone is pounding on caller’s door.

Person observed smoking inside a car with a child inside, windows rolled up.

Sept. 23 — Caller says there is a guy wearing white and baggy wet jeans coming at her with a stick.

A male with curly hair is riding a skateboard in the road.

Caller wants boyfriend removed from home because he is harassing her, won’t stop yanking her blanket and screaming at her.

Sept. 24 — Caller was selling his 1995 Jaguar for $1,000 to a subject and took the vehicle to his house but has never paid for it.

A male subject has been sitting outside and caller gave him water. He is stating he wants to go to the mission.

Sept. 25 — Caller thinks there is someone having an overdose, person is on the couch all sweaty. One dose of Narcan was provided and female is coming awake now.

Male is on the rampage about his sticks being thrown away.

LBPD has caller’s firearms and he is requesting a phone call for advice on how he can get them back.

The stick man is back from earlier and carving wood at the bathrooms by the boat launch.

Female is out of control, in a lot of pain from having two teeth pulled and is screaming at caller.

Caller just heard a lot of gunshots coming from somewhere close by in the neighborhood.

Sept. 26 — A transient was rattling the door of a business. Caller is requesting a phone call because they are attempting to trespass the subject but don’t know his name; they call him “the Whittler.”

Caller says something interesting is going on; saw several people walking back from some houses and one person had a garbage can with a hand truck.

A 2007 20-foot flatbed trailer was stolen.

The “stick man” is there again, walking around. He was trespassed yesterday.

A dog is loose in the neighborhood and running around in the road. It is a golden retriever, looks like an older dog.

A man came to the counter and brought a case of water, didn’t pay and he walked out without paying.

Sept. 27 — Someone left white powder all over the counter. The workers were advised not to touch it and have locked the doors.

Caller would like a check on a person who lives in front of her. She heard gunshots early in the morning, she has not seen him today and she has yelled his name a few times. He always answers.

Male subject with a bun and a hat is taking pictures of random people, and is flying a bright orange kite.

Student assaulted two staff members today; he is no longer at the school.

Animal vs. patrol vehicle accident.

Car parked in lot with a male driver slumped over and passed out. “Has color and isn’t blue.”

Sept. 28 — Thin white female patient with short hair took off running in paper scrubs.

“Stickman” is back at the port, wearing big gray coat and jeans with holes. He is sitting at the table whittling wood and making a mess.

Ford Edge is stuck in the sand.

Three men and two women have been “standing on her porch” and when she went to walk her dog they said “just wait.” She wants extra patrols through the night.

Hotel needs help kicking guests out because they made threats against another guest.

Sept. 22 — Caller says neighbor has been harassing them. Husband was out walking the dog and the neighbor thinks that they are walking on his property so he yelled at them to get off the property, but it’s not his. This is ongoing. Caller hasn’t seen any weapons this morning. But a week ago he “drove a forklift” at her.

Two subjects are passed out in a red Mazda with Oregon plates. Passenger door open, unknown how long they’ve been there, caller didn’t get close enough to see if they are breathing.

Kids heard neighbor yelling and screaming.

Female is on the ground possibly under the influence, screaming and incoherent, not making sense. Caller said they had to physically restrain her and she is bleeding from her stomach. “She is tearing herself up on the concrete outside.”

Caller can hear screaming and pounding at residence on northwest corner, officers have been there several times in last couple of weeks.

Someone hit a green cylinder power box and wires are hanging out. No vehicles around, wires on sidewalk, across from pumps at Jack’s on the corner.

Caller found small baggy of drugs, requesting an officer come and pick it up.

In Ocean Park, homeless subjects have tapped into power line, line is running over bushes, along road and then across roadway to multiple trailers and vehicle parked on property. Caller hasn’t seen any people, can only hear them, but is worried someone could get electrocuted.

Ongoing issue with trespassing, recently in court and neighbors are “still at it.” Neighbors are coming onto caller’s side and doing something to the lawn.

Neighbor threatening to kill caller; said she drove by and said “what the f*** are you looking at?” Caller put her car in reverse, asked him “what?” then he said “Get the f*** out of here, I will ruin you.” Caller said he then was at her front door.

Suspicious person was walking around caller’s Ocean Park house waving arm trying to see if cameras picked him up.

Neighbors are having a bonfire and throwing fireworks in it.

Vehicle went off the road near the PUD building, caller not injured.

Sept. 23 — Locking gas cap was broken off and fuel was siphoned.

Grandchild cut all of caller’s stuff up and destroyed it, everything is in pieces.

In Seaview there is a tall horse trailer that is blocking a stop sign; a vehicle went straight through without stopping.

In Ocean Park, another theft of fuel out of a bus. Caller made repairs on Friday but they stole more.

Female is being harassed by a guy at bus stop, he flicked a cigarette at her.

Caller reports identity theft happening in Kansas City, Missouri. Social Security told her that someone is working under granddaughter’s SS number.

A subject is in an Ocean Park store being “rude” and refusing to leave.

Report of animal neglect in Naselle involving four small kittens not being taken care of, so caller took them home. Owners have contacted the caller and want them back.

Naselle caller had three kittens taken from her property.

At 9:33 p.m. a report of “lots of shots fired, big guns, caller has heard more than 20 shots in the last 30 minutes. She has messaged a couple neighbors and they heard it as well. Last shot was about three minutes ago.”

Female says she was verbally assaulted today by a male who wouldn’t stop screaming her. She is disabled and he got mad because she didn’t make dinner.

Sept. 24 — Caller says there’s possibly yelling and screaming in the area, cussing and someone saying “get off of me.”

Someone dropped off a black purse full of stuff and it is sitting in front of the fire station.

Forest green BMW with Texas plate going at least 90 mph toward Raymond. Passed in no passing zone.

Neighbor’s brown pit bull keeps coming over; nice dog, not being taken care of, covered in feces and fleas. Dog went back to its residence but caller wants to know what to do about it.

Somebody took a wire-feed welder, welding helmet, diesel and gasoline. Caller suspects one of the contractors working across the road because there is a diesel trail that goes that way.

Head-on accident heading toward North Cove. Drunk driver all over the road.

Sept. 25 — Two women in the campground were arguing. Caller said one women left and she was drunk. Parties are separated, and the female “just wants to go home to Texas.”

Barking dog complaint, all the time barking. The lady goes to work at 6 a.m. and the dog is in the apartment all day. Younger lady, moved into the apartment in August.

Someone took items out of caller’s garage and neighbor’s garage. Two or three weeks ago caller had a lawnmower in the garage and he saw the lawnmower at a house nearby.

Scam by text: Caller was asked to send $5,000 in gift cards.

Customer fell for a scam and is concerned because the scammer said they were going to go to her house.

Traffic stop: Did not have headlights on, deputy showed driver how to turn lights on.

Caller reports lots of smoke in the area, unable to tell where it is coming from.

Sept. 26 — Caller thinks a drink cup was thrown at her car. It didn’t hit the car but she is concerned that he might hit someone’s car. She didn’t see any weapons, just flailing his hands. Also yelling.

A man reported to be lying down on the side of the highway screaming at people, looks like he is wearing blue scrubs.

Caller sold a car four years ago to someone and he can’t find the bill of sale. He is getting tickets for unpaid fines.

Male subject out at the end of the driveway is screaming and yelling, walking toward Naselle. Caller has been hearing him for an hour and a half.

Caller’s neighbor mowed half the lawn three days ago and they have not seen anyone over there since then. Would like someone to check on them.

Caller is concerned about horses on a property she takes care of. There are four or five people over there and they are talking about burning the barn down.

Caller was up at the tip of Leadbetter and saw the top of a white vehicle sticking out.

At 3:49 p.m. caller says someone in the area has been lighting off fireworks all day.

A man just came by and took pictures of caller’s house.

Trespasser camping on property is parked in front of the no-trespassing signs. Subject has lots of dogs. White male, 5-foot-10, 300-plus pounds.

A female subject came into caller’s house about two hours ago. Caller was not home but her oldest son was there when it happened. She came into the house yelling “I know you’re f***ing here,” was being aggressive and telling him that he needed to go to her farm. Caller used to work with her but does not know why she would do this.

Sept. 27 — Caller says there is a metal object rolling around in the tunnel.

A gentleman is lying on the grass across the street from caller’s house. She hasn’t seen him move and doesn’t know how long he has been there. Her dogs even went and sniffed him and he didn’t move.

Manager sent caller a text from maintenance guy saying he put dog poop all over caller’s trailer door because she filed a restraining order against him.

Man drove a car toward the water and the front end is stuck and underwater. Driver walked away.

Caller was notified someone stole her bank card and has used it fraudulently. She said her car was broken into and she didn’t report this but charges had been made since Sept. 15 and bank is wanting a case number.

Someone stole alcohol in Ocean Park.

Caller reports brush fire flames higher than the red barn nearby, not sure if it’s a burn pile. Did not see anyone around.

Sept. 28 — Rolled-over vehicle containing three adults and a baby, one back injury, up in the woods on a logging road.

Multiple tires are slashed on caller’s vehicles, unknown who would have done this.

Caller says a state cop told her to park on on the beach and then he left. Now caller is stuck on the beach in her black Dodge van. As soon as caller got stuck, she saw the cop driving off into the sunset.

Report about a silver Ford Fusion with driver who appeared to be under the influence. He was nodding, there was a child in the car, possibly driving north on Pacific.

Gray Subaru, possible DUI, car is all over the road.

Property owner broke into caller’s motor home and thrashed it out then towed it.

Male walking in the street with a guitar yelling and making threats to passing vehicles.

There was a white man with beard and tank top walking by Dismal Nitch and they ran onto the road, making the driver swerve. He was flipping off the caller as she went by.
