I’d like to share my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to so many involved in the 42nd Annual NW Garlic Festival this past weekend in Ocean Park.

Even though Mother Nature tried to toss us a curve ball on Saturday morning, we had a wonderful weekend! Our 40 vendors who traveled from near and far: Thank you! To our amazing and awesome volunteer crew: Thank you! To our community of visitors, friends and family for attending our festival: Thank you! To our talented musicians who entertained us both days: Thank you! To our partners who supported us with donated time and resources, including the Ocean Beach School District: Thank you!

We had just over 3,000 people come to our event at Sheldon Park and enjoy the delicious food choices, crafters and makers and small business owners who filled the field with activity.

And lastly, to Mother Nature — who generously allowed blue skies and sunshine to eventually appear — Thank you!

From the bottom of my heart, Thank You to everyone who played a part or attended our event. See you next year!
