Sept. 8 — A subject who was airlifted out has items left at the hospital. The hospital doesn’t want to open the bag because they think there are knifes and drugs inside.

Someone who was not staying at the hotel “snuck” their bike inside the lobby and chained their bike to a guest’s bike. Caller wants an officer to come break the lock and take the other bike away.

Report from someone saying there is some kind of dead animal in a trap.

A caller says he lost his wallet again but this time it has not yet been turned into LBPD. He says he needs to get a better wallet.

Sept. 10 — Caller in the ER says someone sprayed something all over him, possibly bear spray, and has superficial burns all over his body.

The neighbors are fighting and the female could be heard saying “call the cops,” thinks he is going to kill her. Also there are kids in the house, they just ran outside.

Caller’s son’s vehicle broke down, tire disintegrated, and caller wants a phone call from officer to help with suggestions.

Sept. 11 — Three weeks ago the reporting party received an email with a threatening attachment. The caller deleted the email but has since received another email with more threats, with an old picture of the caller and a Google map image of neighbor’s house.

A subject made threats, blocked the door and yelled profanities at caller.

Sept. 12 — On a Friday when people line up for the food bank there were a man and a woman being loud and disruptive, talking about a boy in Texas that got shot and the man got away. They were laughing about the story and the caller is concerned.

At 7:47 p.m. a man is running a tractor with loud horns, making a lot of noise.

Sept. 13 — People are yelling at each other — woman, man and kids. Sounds like a man is hitting his kids.

Sept. 14 — Caller thinks there is someone in the woods behind the apartments, parked in a car beside the building. He said that he spoke to the male, who told them he was looking for his cat.

People are outside yelling and cussing, pounding on the door. Caller thinks it has something to do with drugs, does not believe it is a domestic issue.

Sept. 8 — Caller doesn’t know where she is; walking on the side of road wearing a black hoodie and has been wandering around.

“There are a bunch of people on the trail in the woods behind my house with head lamps and they are loud and I think they are drunk.” They are shouting at the caller, and the dogs are going crazy.

Caller on a vacant lot had a motor stolen, was going to put it in a vehicle.

Subjects in trucks are speeding in the area, very dangerously.

Caller is being held hostage by a delirious male subject.

Ongoing issue with tenants harassing caller, getting high. Caller is also complaining about boyfriend taking down her gutters and running over them.

Caller received email that included all her information and a picture of field across from her. She said they have been spying on her and talking sexually. They said they’re going to forward stuff to family if don’t pay up in cash or send them bitcoins.

Neighbor’s dog possibly killed another dog. Caller could hear a dog screaming and saw subjects come out dragging a dog, then put something into back of truck.

A larger white vehicle with a trailer is running people off the road.

A black bag fell from underneath a sink in the restroom on the beach approach. There were drugs inside with a needle.

A woman is lying outside screaming that she is dying.

An alarm is going off in Fort Columbia at the theater.

Person staying in a vacation home cannot get in touch with the host, and there is a bat in the bedroom. Called back to say she contacted the host and they got the bat out.

A separate call from Ocean Park from a citizen who has a bat in the house. They would like a phone call with any kind of suggestion.

Caller heard two shots from a high-powered rifle.

Ocean Park caller thinks someone is walking around trailer, or could be a bear; would like someone to come check it out since the other night the neighbor’s house was broken into.

Sept. 9 — Citizen report of a horse walking in the roadway.

Caller was up a river in a canoe and was followed by a huge drone yesterday and wants to know if it was law enforcement. “It was black and was harassing us, it flew up super high in FAA air space and then on top of us down low.” Caller felt “very freaked out.”

A person is on the property throwing driftwood around, and he is trespassed from the property. Customers are scared to leave to go to their cars.

A female is walking around the back of the school screaming and cussing.

Ocean Park caller says three men pulled into neighbor’s driveway and are being aggressive toward the caller. One is known to carry a gun.

A subject is being belligerent, “being defiant against coworkers,” punched door open and walking out; bald head covered in tattoos, last seen walking toward beach.

Ocean Park person bit by a random dog in the neighborhood.

Ocean Park “meth head” is screaming at caller.

Caller reports a lot of smoke coming from a car and people handing money to occupants inside.

In Ocean Park someone just flashed caller. He showed caller his genitals. He hiked up the leg of his shorts until his “thing” fell out the bottom and watched caller for her reaction, so she believes it was done intentionally.

Someone just lit a red flare a half-mile north of a beach approach.

Sept. 10 — A gentleman who “seemed intoxicated” and was naked ran off into the woods toward the ocean when the caller stopped to talk to him. His feet and knees were all bloody.

A subject left “a very threatening note on [caller’s] truck.”

Caller’s wife’s Cadillac Escalade broke down last night and says someone broke into it while it was parked; stole stuff and broke the window.

Caller’s girlfriend’s daughter is in his house and is assaulting him, then said never mind and doesn’t want anyone to come out, she left, forget it.

Sept. 11 — “There was a weird guy that pulled up and walked into neighbor’s apartment” in Naselle.

At 7:01 p.m. a caller reports a woman’s hand was partially blown off.

Sept. 12 — A big white dog with black spots looks like it got hit by a car.

Smoke coming out of a garage, caller can see flames outside building.

Someone keeps phoning caller’s father stating he is being awarded millions of dollars and has to pay the IRS. Father already tried to send money but caller stopped it, however the father did give the scammer credit card and retirement info.

A caller found pictures online of a child in underwear with a registered Level 2 sex offender.

Caller says someone hit the Dollar General with a car. It is gone now, older woman was driving it.

Caller’s shop was on fire today and a subject who was evicted is there now.

Older man lying inside a pickup cab seems out of it.

Caller thinks there is someone passed out in a porta-potty.

A white vehicle with broken windows has been on the Seaview approach since Sept. 4.

Sept. 13 — Caller wants to report a possibly vicious German shepherd that is in a fenced-in yard; it charges and barks at people and cars that go by. The owner has to hold him back with two hands when people walk by when the owner is walking the dog.

Neighbor’s goats are in son’s yard again.

Female is pounding on front door and flipping off caller, who says he does not know who she is. She keeps yelling that someone is inside of the residence getting beat, she will not leave.

Caller hears a disturbance and a screaming child in a red four-door truck.

Caller says a subject committed vandalism at his property; “moved trash in front of my yard and mowed my grass.”

A person “is screaming her head off because she is crazy, she doesn’t live here.”

Caller says there are two broken down trucks in the tunnel blocking southbound lane.

Caller is “hearing someone screaming up the hill at that one house that law enforcement was at earlier and they did nothing about it.”

Sept. 14 — A bear hit the caller’s truck; truck is fine, but bear was injured so the caller shot it.

Scam: A caller says she put $20,000 into a bitcoin machine.

911 open line: Female screaming and yelling “give me my blankets back” multiple times. “I’m going to call the cops, I did nothing to you, I made tacos and I made everything out of my pocket.” Female sounds very intoxicated, call disconnected.
