Aug. 25 — Tall guy with a beard is looking under cars and acting weird.
Aug. 26 — Blacked-out Audi is doing donuts on the beach.
Caller reports tent and other items stolen while camping in the area and enjoying kite festival. Came back and it was all gone. Doesn’t know the address where he was camping.

Subject was assaulted earlier at an apartment in Long Beach.
Aug. 27 — Suspicious car parked in the area since Sunday, people have been coming to the car at all hours of the day.
A guy is yelling at a lady in white Ford Explorer. Can hear female yelling, no weapons visible.
There is a tall man outside the apartment screaming; he was served a notice and is being threatening.
A guy threatened to get a shotgun and shoot; caller is at house taking pictures for a realty company, was packing up and leaving. Neighbor still outside yelling at him.
Possible gunshots being heard; heard three spaced apart, then heard another 10 in a row.
Aug. 28 — Caller thought he heard gunshots, male is “investigating from his patio,” thinks it sounds like someone is trying to get into his apartment.
A subject called making threats, saying he wanted to break a person’s legs and he was going to take care of everybody else at Ocean Beach Hospital because of the service he got there.
Clothing, dog kennel and a tote full of stuff were taken.
Local male was cutting branches off trees.
Possible DUI in a green Chevy pickup went over fog line five times and over center line three times.
Neighbor is screaming at caller because her dogs were barking. Caller came out because her dogs are barking to find neighbor screaming at them and her. Neighbor called the woman names and told her she was going to call the cops.
Caller heard about 30 gunshots, doesn’t think it was fireworks.
Aug. 29 — Toyota Prius vs. motorcycle, both parties saying they are OK.
Guy lying in grass, unresponsive but breathing.
Aug. 30 — Male at bus stop drinking and smoking cigarettes, has his belongings spread all around.
Caller says he had some wood items taken and is outside the library for officer contact.
Guy who “widdles a stick” is there. Said he is distressed right now, said the police were looking for him earlier about a stolen backpack.
Reporting party was at a storage facility in Ilwaco. When caller was leaving, a subject ran up to caller screaming that she stole something. He pushed her and fell to the ground, scraped her arm.
Aug. 31 — A person took someone else’s animal and is trying to rehome it.
Caller wants to report animal abuse; there is a women selling puppies out of her dark-colored minivan.
Caller was charged by a male subject and caller used pepper spray on him.
Loud “Mexican gangster rap music” is coming from a storefront. Caller has no idea why the music is playing from the store.

Aug. 25 — Several people are yelling and screaming at each other. A male saying he can talk to his woman however he wants. Male on the line says someone “punched me in the face.”
A bunch of debris with life jackets have washed up on shore.
Caller says “he has some flops in his house and he needs them to go.” Male said people in his house are smoking “fetty” and heroin.
A group of people cut friend’s gate and let his dog out.
Someone drove up driveway to caller’s house, turned around and ran over plants and small fences, then left.
Scion going approximately 100 mph on Sandridge headed toward Ocean Park.
There’s a lot of debris in neighbor’s yard and people walking around with flashlights.
Cows are on the highway, caller says they almost hit them.
Aug. 26 — Just off the Port of Chinook, a sailboat is anchored not far from shore. Coast Guard would like someone from the sheriff’s office to see if they can see the boat.
Caller thinks someone is shooting BBs or something at his house; heard a pop and then there was a mark above the garage door; thinks someone in the neighborhood is messing with him. “He is not very well liked, thinks they also messed with his car.”
Fake $50 was attempted to be passed yesterday afternoon.
Semi-truck driver passing on double yellow and on the bridge at high rate of speed.
Caller says an ATV was driving on Bay Avenue and is now at Okie’s.
There is a little dog in a blue car in Ocean Park that has been barking for hours now.
Batteries have been stolen out of caller’s trailer.
A subject has infected teeth that are making him disoriented, falling down, he has been combative too.
Truck is on its side, driver stuck inside. Driver was driving erratically before the accident.
Two- or three-car accident; caller can see people or one person on the ground and possibly smoke coming from the engine of one vehicle.
Caller hit a cow, at first thought it was an elk but it’s a dairy cow.
Aug. 27 — Person who lives there with caller “is going to take him out.” Caller said she thinks he killed her cat. He is unsure if there are any weapons.
A dog in a black truck has been barking all night for the past couple of nights.
Ongoing problem with neighbor’s dog coming to yard and being aggressive, but nothing is occurring at this time.
Caller says there’s either a live person or a body lying on the side of road in a bunch of garbage bags; has been there for about two hours and has not moved.
Bike stolen from garage within last couple of days; caller “may have suspects, but hates to say anything.”
Aug. 28 — Caller walked through a homeless camp and a skinny guy with long hair pulled a black 9mm pistol on him and there was another guy with a machete.
A car has been abandoned for five years and other people are leaving junk by it.
Elderly man and a toddler are sitting on the side of the road and caller is concerned they might get hit.
Neighbor is squatting by his other neighbor; there are 10 dogs that are loud and won’t shut up.
Caller is a vendor at an antique shop and the owner of the building changed the locks and didn’t notify vendors. She wants to get her stuff.
There’s an oil spill south of county road next to Grayland Beach State Park. Caller wants a deputy to go out and get eyes on the spill. Transformer oil spill is possibly impacting roadway and soil. Department of Ecology not on scene or en route at the time of the call.
There’s a person standing in a yard by a no-trespassing sign, has been there for about an hour and a half. Caller thought it was creepy.
Couple is arguing again and nobody can get any sleep; they have been hitting each other. Deputy checked and they were fine, no arguing but had been earlier, briefly.
Aug. 29 — In Ocean Park a report of a woman yelling and screaming, beating on people’s doors. walking toward the beach.
Female in a red plaid blanket threatening to kill people; caller can’t see any weapons or anything, she’s marching up and down the street making threats.
Large group of around 30 campers is trespassing on property near Cedar River just south of Tokeland.
Person wants to speak to a deputy because the prosecutor’s office hung up on her and she wants to get an incident number.
Department of Public Works is trying to chip-seal Sandridge between Cranberry and 155th but cars are flying by and they want a deputy to come help with traffic.
Neighbor behind caller “is going nuts, screaming and yelling.”
Call transferred to WSP about a lot of vehicles driving over the speed limit in an area where there are children. Caller told a guy to slow down and he stopped and yelled at caller, possibly intoxicated.
Caller has been keeping track of two German shepherds for the deputies; they are now off their leash and down by the tractor tires on the beach.
Aug. 30 — Call about a lady standing and screaming in the middle of the road, stopping traffic. Caller stopped, she punched his truck and caller drove away.
Male is curled up in his blanket, woke up to drink beer over by the trees at county park.
In Raymond, husband beat her up, caller is leaving right now, said her lip is split open but denied aid.
A subject threatened caller, yelling and screaming, told caller to get out of here and that he was going inside to get his gun. Also told caller that if he ever saw them again he would shoot them. He was also frothing at the mouth.
Someone is harassing caller’s husband and she thinks he has a gun in his waistband. He has physically put his hands on the husband while he was cutting branches.
Intoxicated subjects yelling and getting ready to fight, subjects have been drinking all day, possibly 15 people in the group. They are harassing the wildlife and the park host wants a deputy there. There was a weapon in one of the pickups, a rifle or shotgun.
Aug. 31 — A subject has a long kitchen knife, threatened caller with it and said he was going to kill a cop.
Caller got a letter in the mail stating she owed money. She called them and gave them her checking account number; they have taken $299.
