Long Beach Police Department

Aug. 18 — Female is saying one of our police officers is upstairs and it’s really dangerous there.

Caller says “Hit a man with my car.”

Someone is dumping on an empty lot, emptying a “rattle canned matte black sedan” of garbage.

Caller says he put $10 in the lotto machine and machine didn’t give him a ticket. Store is refusing to give him his money and he isn’t leaving without it.

Aug. 19 — Caller met someone named Jay and is “kinda creeped out” because he thinks that he is the one who delivered a package to his house. Worried that he is being stalked.

Aug. 20 — Caller thinks someone is going to hit him in the head with a hammer.

Vehicle’s front tire is off roadway and caller needs a tow.

Caller let people stay there for a couple days and “It’s coming to a head.” He wants them removed.

Female called demanding police security. When asked why, she started yelling and disconnected.

A blue van at Long Beach arch blew through flaggers at kite festival.

A car parked in front of the stop sign is causing traffic to stop to go around, partially in the roadway.

Dogs have been barking for past 20 minutes or so, caller thinks there is an ordinance about barking dogs.

“There are a lot of strange noises coming from the garage and outside. The door to garage is slightly open.”

Verbal domestic dispute with unknown weapons, caller cannot speak anymore.

Aug. 21 — A person requests an officer call him; he says his quad is street-legal and wants to know why he was told to not drive it in Long Beach.

People in one of the rooms at the hotel next door keep walking through RV park; caller has asked them to not walk through, it is not a public walkway.

Two kids have been riding their bikes on the approach; caller said the kids were told not to, and they said “some choice words and flipped reporting party and her volunteers off.”

A caller said she drove by and saw a male handcuff a lady; he was also walking her on a leash around her neck.

Caller found a red cruiser-style bike while walking by old city shop behind Black Lake.

Caller said a kid exposed himself to two other kids and there was touching involved.

Aug. 22 — A person in a blue golf cart is attempting to drive to the beach at the kite festival.

A male is at back door smoking meth.

Aug. 23 — Two trailers are parked on the street with generators making a lot of noise. Caller can hear it inside his living room.

Aug. 24 — A grown man is on the second floor in front of window masturbating, also a fully naked woman in the window.

Aggressive skateboarder has an electric skateboard that goes fast, male bumped into market manager.

A red 1995 Suburban skidding behind Sid’s, with taped-up window, driving too fast and hit a house. Vehicle blowing through stop signs heading south.

Caller was rear-ended and vehicle is leaving.

Aug. 18 — More screaming going on, mother and daughter fighting, mother keeps tormenting daughter day and night.

Message received that an iPhone has been in an accident. On callback, dispatcher talked to a male who stated he was in an accident, is very confused and shaken up.

Caller who put an offer on a house by school wants to know the laws on owning guns in a home that close to a school.

Harassment from neighbor who has been shooting a gun and doing donuts in caller’s driveway.

Found a dog, it’s been here two days; a big black labradoodle that’s been well cared for.

Male calling about his neighbors screaming and yelling.

Someone is trespassing on neighbor’s property. She went back toward garage where a nice car is stored. Suspect then left north in a black hoodie carrying something, also has a water bottle in her hand.

Raymond caller thinks someone broke into RV.

Abandoned black Infinity has a rope tied to the back, a broken window, stuff inside garbage bags, and a movie CD case lying on the dash.

Caller wants someone to document a major amount of poisonous liquid all over caller’s house and yard and everything; only wants this on the record, going to try to go to sleep now.

Aug. 19 — Male is outside their house, yelling and hitting himself. Male caller said that it’s too dark to see him, can just hear him screaming “help me.”

Caller said that some lady owns German shepherds and the dogs are out barking. Male claims that he can’t go outside his house because the dogs are down there. He says he calls all the time, but nothing gets done.

Daughter is outside and is upset, banging and hollering in the trailer.

Caller says people are still outside spraying his yard with “herbicide things that are used to kill plants and trees.” Caller says that he would like officer contact, said that he has called dozens of times. “He said that he didn’t know it was legal to do thousands of dollars of damage to someone’s property.”

Mail has been getting stolen. He thinks that someone in an RV parked on the side of the road may be the one who’s been stealing their mail.

Subject dressed all in black, beard, 6 feet tall, screaming and yelling.

Female was trying to pee on caller’s car. He describes her as taking down her undergarments and backing up against his car. She is with a male (possibly in a red pickup over in the park across from the elementary school). That’s where they went after they left the library.

A female walking toward Bay Avenue wearing a long dress, blonde hair, “smoking what looked like meth.” Caller “doesn’t think doing drugs out on the street is best.”

Neighbor behind caller has blocked his driveway with a vehicle. Last time this happened, the neighbor threatened him with a knife. He’s been doing this for 12 or 13 years.

Ongoing issue with neighbor’s beige boxer and black and white border collie mix dogs. Dogs chase caller’s cats and defecate in caller’s yard.

Seaview caller wants to report a Glock stolen, last saw it about three days ago.

Caller just wanted to report that people are driving with no mufflers and their cars are too loud.

Male inside home is yelling for help, in trailer in back of property.

A white car keeps driving around the block.

In Ocean Park, iPhone notification indicates a severe crash. But female says she doesn’t need assistance. However, a resident called to say there is an accident. Someone went through stop sign and through fence/yard.

Aug. 20 — In Raymond, a subject came on caller’s deck and threw lawn chairs because his girlfriend was there, threatened his girlfriend and said he wanted to kill everyone.

Four “tribal members trespassing on property again.” Caller says they have been using his property to cut through on their side by side.

Caller got rear-ended; three patients, one has headache.

A person showed up on Raymond property, honked horn. Caller told him to leave and he was told by officer last night not to step foot on property again.

Caller said he was contacted by state patrol and county a week ago saying his blue GMC pickup was stolen but it’s still sitting there.

Something wrapped in a garbage bag or a sleeping bag is lying on the ground. It has the shape of a body and caller thinks someone should check it out.

Trespassing in progress by two riders on a quad and two on a motorcycle, the same riders caller reported earlier. She stopped them in her driveway, male said “move b****” and tried to run her over.

Caller and her husband answered a post on Facebook about an older lady needing help picking up groceries in Astoria. When they arrived at the address, the lady was in an RV with pets and the living conditions were concerning to caller and husband. Caller said she wouldn’t mind a call.

Caller said she went outside, smelled smoke but does not see any fires around.

A small gray Nissan SUV with California license plates pulled up on reporting party and held up a fake gold chain and asked if the caller wanted to buy it. He told them they were scammers and they took off really quick. The driver was a dark-complexion man with a tattoo on his forearm, and there was a woman and kids in backseat.

Caller says a homeless man is pitching a tent outside the house. Caller feels uncomfortable about the situation.

Aug. 21 — South Bend caller says there was an orange car at the rock pit and someone was shooting. Caller thinks a bullet hit his Nissan pickup as he was driving by.

A male subject walking in the middle of the street is jumping in front of cars. White male wearing beige pants hanging down to his shorts, and mud boots, looks like he is not in his right mind.

Caller says “the hatchery people” told her someone is on her property with a yellow RV and garbage. The gate to the property is now destroyed.

Caller says there is a man lying on the right side of road. Caller thinks the man is sleeping but it is a dangerous area for sleeping.

A subject swallowed some fentanyl and is nodding off, kind of conscious.

Caller says there is some sort of fight at the boat launch; a man is yelling at other people in a boat. Verbal at this time, but caller is worried it could turn physical.

Caller says there is an abandoned dog tied up to a water spigot with a rope. Deputy checked and dog was no longer tied up and was nowhere in the area.

In North Cove, neighbor’s dog attacked caller’s dog. Caller went to talk to owner and they told him to go “F” himself.

Caller says his boat is offshore taking on water, no power. Transferred to Coast Guard; rang several times, no answer.

Tree in the road, one to two feet in diameter.

Aug. 22 — Ocean Park caller says there is a male on the property walking back and forth swearing; buzz-cut red hair.

White BMW has been there for about three weeks, windows busted out.

Ocean Park subject chased caller with an axe to her vehicle and hit the vehicle. She got away.

Ocean Park caller says someone keeps coming onto the property and stealing his stuff.

Speeding 73 in a 55 mph zone.

People seen on security camera who should not be there. One male and one female on foot, going house to house. Dogs scared them off.

White BMW SUV with Oregon plates been there 4-5 days, broken window, halfway up approach just past Seaview approach sign.

Soon to be ex-husband came back and took one of the dogs. She would like it back.

Three blasts/shots fired; caller states he and his neighbor heard shots in the area.

Found a white purse with orange strap, Hunger Games book.

Dispute between campers; truck alarm is going off at Grayland State Park.

Aug. 23 — Two electric bikes worth $2,400 were stolen sometime last night.

Caller wants to speak to a deputy about neighbor. Caller just had heart surgery and she is causing trouble, trying to get caller to do things he does not want to do.

Just south of Cranberry approach on the beach there are two adults and a juvenile setting off fireworks.

Someone came on Ocean Park property and picked all the mushrooms.

Caller saw a man beating his wife, watched him pushed her outside. She went back inside, can hear yelling and screaming.

Neighbor is yelling vulgar comments to guests and scaring children. Caller said she is telling their guests to “shut the f*** up” and using a bullhorn, directing a police siren toward camp.

Near 101 and Sandridge by Black Lake on west side of roadway there is white smoke but no flames.

Report of squatters; female is at the property, a twig-sized meth head, hair past shoulders.

Welfare check requested for a person parked at Seaview and the windows are fogged up; known to do drugs. Parks checked and says folks in car are napping.

Aug. 24 — White sedan in ditch, unknown injuries.

Tree down across Sandridge, blocking southbound lane, 14-18 inches in diameter.

Another dispute with neighbor over boulders and fencing.

Caller reports someone drove over a political sign in yard.

Woman fell and hit her face.

Ocean Park caller says a man broke into their house with a gun, threatened to shoot caller. Left on a red bike; bad teeth, no hair, hoodie and hat. Caller thinks this is a bad business deal gone wrong.

Large German shepherd running loose in the area, has previously attacked other dogs.

Two vehicles speeding and racing, went across Bolstad toward Sandridge.

Abandoned red Nissan has been there a couple days.

“Neighbors have two German shepherds that keep coming to our yard. They have no fence. These dogs are aggressive and my husband is disabled.”

Caller’s car was rear-ended and vehicle is leaving; suspect vehicle is a Nissan SUV; caller is following vehicle, told to stop and pull over for aid/law.

Trespassers on vacant lot, caller says “it’s a mess” and the county is aware. Caller said the people are moved onto his property.

Caller lives in a trailer in the front yard and his dad just unplugged the power.

At 10:18 p.m. neighbors are running a chainsaw and grinder very loudly. Caller advised that quiet hours start at midnight on Saturdays.

At 11:29 p.m. a caller reports loud music; said someone is having a party in the area, wants them to turn their music down. Advised by dispatcher that county ordinance says midnight is start of quiet hours. Caller “yelled at me, then hung up.”
