Friday sales will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday sales will be from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A drawing will be on the stage at 3 p.m. Ticket sales will continue until 5 p.m. Sunday sales will be from 8 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Drawing will be at the award ceremony at 2 p.m.

Again we will be having a Swap Meet located at the south end of the field. There will be lots of treasurers to be found.

A Poker Run on Sunday is for participants only. Sign up will be Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. The run will leave the field Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. The winner will be announced at the trophy presentation Sunday with $700 in prizes to be given out.

We have approximately 33 vendors including food vendors, snack vendors, and non-food vendors. Some vendors will be serving breakfast. There will be some vendors open on Friday. Make sure you visit Vendor Row. If you would be interested in being a vendor please call Dawn at 360-518-8254. She might be able to squeeze you in this year.

As you walk around the field looking (or drooling) you will see cans with red lids and signs that say “Ballots” inviting you to vote for your favorite car. Participants get ballots in their packets and spectators will receive ballots at the entrance gates. Please vote for your favorite and deposit it in the ballot boxes at the various locations around the field. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite Host Car! Host cars will be lined up on the East side of the canal south of the bridge — look for the banner. Ballots need to be in by 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Participants who find a “You’re A Winner” sticker and a winner ribbon on their car Saturday will be receiving a custom-made trophy on Sunday at the award ceremony. The trophies will be available on Sunday Only. If you will not be able to accept your trophy on Sunday, please make arrangements for someone to pick it up for you. Trophies will Not be mailed.

On Sunday, participants only, will line up for our famous Seafood BBQ that will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Following the BBQ will be our awards ceremony that includes custom trophies presentation, 50/50 raffle winners, and poker run winner. This will conclude our 40th annual Rod Run to the End of the World.

Just a reminder to all drivers and spectators that every law enforcement agency on the peninsula has the authority to issue possible tickets. There will be a zero tolerance for unsafe behavior. If you light them up, they will write you up!
